Was a good experience Dealing with the WELL KNOWABLE STAFFING That I had dealt with when I initially started to start the layaway program process Theres at Double Eagle Pawn Shop. Though the 1 set back I had was my waiting period or process doesnt start until I FULLY PAID OFF MY HAND GUN, which is fine and I understand the rules but it just wasnt FULLY explained by STAFF at the time of my first placed payment until after I had already paid and then was told that I would have to pay the gun off FULLY B4 the waiting period started... just kinda killed the whole advantage of the layaway process I thought. But all good now got my Merchandise and Works like New!

They always treat me with respect. You can use your debt and pay by phone. They’ve called me to let me know my item was due to be paid so I didn’t lose it! I think they are fantastic there! Very nice and helpful folks there!

I have never had a bad experience at any of the three Double Eagle pawn shops in Spokane, Spokane Valley, or Deer Park. The staff has always been courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable about their products, and I have never been disappointed with a purchase. I will continue to do business with them for years to come.

Inventory for firearms is very small. Relegated to a corner of the store. Other Double Eagle shops up north have much better inventory.

We love Double Eagle Pawn for movies and video games. They always have a big selection with great prices. Today when we asked if they had any old ‘tube’ style TVs, Kyle went out of his way to bring one out from the back, clean it off and make sure everything worked, including hooking up a DVD player. These guys were just amazing. They are professional. I was looking for a pistol, and had not purchased one before. Of course I had been shopping around. Bill at Double Eagle took the time to LISTEN to me in what I was looking for. Other places just talked about price and why each piece I looked at was inferior and I should save my money and buy a more expensive one. I felt a bit like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman, I had plenty of money, and could buy several of the more expensive guns. But I was looking for a good value. Bill actually explained what you got for more money, but didnt talk down to me because I had questions and wanted to start a little cheaper. Thanks Double Eagle and Bill. Helped me with the paperwork, making sure to explain what I needed to fill out and how to make sure it was done correctly (before I could screw it up). I will definitely be back.

Never use Pawn 1 because their customer service is just not the same! As well as their pricing being higher than Double Eagles.

**Dani and Ken** Maximum stars - 5 is not enough. Stopped by the shop to price laptops so I could get online and print my temporary document (proof of driver license) All were a bit more than I could afford, and I explained Dani that I had lost my wallet yesterday and just needed internet access and a printer. She reached out to Ken, who I assume was the manager on duty. He initially offered to let me use their wireless printer, but I lack the tech skills to print from my phone. I was near giving up when he suggested I send it to him via his work email. Moments later he was printing them up for me. Something that took a total of 5 minutes between 2 employees made the company a life long customer. I will be back as a customer, and will be spreading the word. Dani and Ken - THANK YOU!!! I have never known a pawn shop to be so people friendly, I was in a fix as I am in between construction jobs and things are stretched thin financially, they treated me right and was exstremely fair in the funds they gave me, honest, upfront and professional in every way, all the other pawn brokers could take lessons on how not to take advantage of clientele in there time of need, Ive also purchased from them in the past and was very pleased with the products, I strongly recommend them and wish them all the success.

Tried getting a refund and the lady told me no because it’s been over a month. I showed her the receipt it was clearly exactly 14days. and then she said they don’t do refunds/ returns here.(with an Attitude) so I left confused/embarrassed.

I just recently picked up a computer at Double Eagle Pawn but first I was having a terrible time with my old computer I went in and gentleman by the name of Kyle went through it and got the old computer running for me which was the Sun going to be a waste so I he ran through an entire educational experience with me showing me how to run a q computer poor Kyle but it all turned out fine and I learned more in 20 minutes with Kyle then Ive learned in the entire time Ive had a computer Im very very grateful to them they are very very fine people there Ive been dealing with them for over 25 years I think I like it so what do we do now

It has been my experience that the staff at Double Eagle is always polite curtious and respectful. They are knowledgeable and very fair with their prices. And most importantly they always seem glad to see me. Iam a customer for life!

Easy transactions, friendly staff, reasonable prices but A LOT of spendy items also.. A buck fifty ($1.50) for regular DVD,S(pretty good deal) Hundreds to choose from. Lots of blurays also $4 to $5 bucks for most. Will deal with them often.
