An excellent range for pistols and is very well run and efficient. If you become a member at least then all the rates are very reasonable and you can rent a good variety of handguns to shoot. 25 m range- typically not so busy that you have to wait for a lane or anything. Their staff also appears to be very knowledgeable.
My wife and I went at 4 and it was not overly busy. The staff was very helpful with their instructions on how to throw and with tips to improve. Our 1 hour time slot went by quickly, prepare to work up a sweat and have fun!
This is my go to store for firearms. Selection there has a good variety, but their service and quality is top notch. I purchased a few Glocks from there and is very satisfied with the firearm. They also give a lifetime warranty for the firearms you purchased. Another plus, is the range. They have a wide selection of firearms to try, if you decide on purchasing one. Five stars and I will be back.
Edit: nothing was resolved, even after a talk with the owner a month ago. Ive been given no new information but they were more than happy to take my money. His excuse was a lack of communication with the manufacturer and that he would try to source the gun from somewhere else. He made himself seem confident, but he obviously failed at this task. I will be attempting to get my money back, I will update on how that goes. If you want to avoid the headache I did just shop somewhere else, their version of customer service is only lip service.Beware, salesmen will give misleading production times on orders to make a sale, then leave you waiting for months on the order. I was told it would take roughly 2-3 weeks for a Glock 45 MOS with front slide serrations I ordered, the salesman even made comments like Ive seen guys get it as soon as within a week. I have been waiting 2 months so far and after a phonecall today, was told it would take another few months because of the MOS and slide serrations. Given this places local reputation, I am surprised I was given such scummy treatment. Everyone told me to go here and now I feel betrayed.
Sad to see Robin and her husband retire. But also happy that they sold the store to their son and his wife and not sell it to a different company or close the doors like what white elephant did. I Hope Robin and her husband enjoy their retirement. 👍🏻
One of my absolute favorite spots in town! I was a pretty green shooter when i bought a pistol from them last year. They were super helpful in finding me just what i was looking for. Laid back cool place. I had such a great experience i decided to become a member and have been ever since. The staff is incredibly nice and Ive always felt very welcomed there even if Im just browsing around. The staff will show you anything you want and tell you ALL about it. Their prices are pretty good and the range memberships are a STEAL of a deal. Thank you guys for being so awesome!
Friendly and knowledgeable staff, excellent selection of firearms and gear. Usually have ammo in stock to buy. Havent used the range there but plan to one day. Have purchased two firearms there and wont hesitate to do so again. Really cool store for the firearm enthusiast, go check them out!
Went here for some information regarding pior purchase. Met Mike who was very knowledgeable and help me through my my search for new firearm. 10/10 would come back.
Been a member for quite some time now. Good deals on training ammo while using their range, as a member. While there are are a couple employees that are a bit short with me and seem to have little patience, I have found most of them to be very pleasant, knowledge and helpful.I do hope they eventually work on their range area to accept rifle caliber rounds and shotgun loads to be used... Id prefer to stay within my area than having to drive to Idaho to train with my rifle caliber platforms.
I have purchased 3 firearms from here. Service seemed good but I was barely allowed inside because of the pandemic. Things have changed now. They have good prices on some Sigs but obviously the inventory just isnt there currently and I was unable to find what I was looking for. Havent used their range but it seems like it would be a good place to try out a gun or learn some basic skills, but once you gain some experience and are conscious of safetyI think its much more valuable to train In the woods. I would return here 100%.
Very friendly and helpful people. I recommend this place to everyone especially if youre just getting into fire arms.
Great company. Congratulations to Robin and her husband on their retirement. And thank you for keeping the business in the family and not selling to another company or closing your doors like the white elephant did.
I have purchased several pistols from them and they have always been accommodating and helpful. In fact my recent purchase of a Beretta I could have gotten cheaper from Gun Broker but I really wanted them to get my business.Nice people and always helpful!!!!
What a great shop! I drove up from the Tri-cities to place a special order than no shops would place for me here. Quick, easy and friendly staff. All other shops I went to acted like my order was a huge inconvenience, but not these guys. Ill definitely be coming back to do business with them. Also the shop is clean! Better than anything we have in town. Thanks!
Best firearms store and indoor range in the greater Spokane/CDA area.
Its the only good spot in town to find good deals on ammo. The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable about stuff I ask them keep up the good work
Best gun shop in Spokane. PERIOD. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and actually helpful. Novice shooters can come here and not feel judged or looked down upon, which sadly isnt always the case at other shops (ask me how I know). I HIGHLY suggest becoming a member if you go to the range more than once a month. Heck, the money I saved as a member on a half case of ammo paid for the first month! I found a firearm I liked at another shop, but talked to these guys first before purchasing. They couldnt get the same one unfortunately, but told me it was a good deal and I should get it. They told me to spend upwards of $1000 somewhere else because it was a good deal, not for them, but for me. In a world of lies, I appreciate their honesty and integrity. Cant say the same for ANY OTHER gun shop in Spokane, and Ive been to them all now.
Great place to shoot or buy guns! I highly recommend them.
Friendly knowledgeable staff, usually the mid mornings are the slow time.
Its a great place to shoot, its a little expensive but a great experience. The staff seemed knowledgeable and very helpful. I am looking forward to the next time I can go shoot.
Do not go here. I bought a Springfield M1A from them for almost 2k. I took it out on the range and it broke in 5 shots. I reported the issue to the shop to see what could be done. They point blank told me that it isnt under their warranty because it came from consignment from another seller (which they failed to disclose to me on purchase) They said it would have to be returned to the manufacturer and I would be responsible for any shipping and handling. When I told them I was not olay with that as I did not sell the rifle to the public, they decided to try and act like I was the one who broke the rifle and started questioning me on the ammo I was using. Thank goodness that malfunction wasnt something more serious that could have hurt someone too. Please go to another store whatever you do because Im not only out my money (they refused to return that as well), but Im out a working rifle.Edit in response to reply:In fact, I was on board with doing that and I told you the ammo I used. You said it was fine and insisted I bring the ammo in as proof.
Ladies, you will be treated with respect here. I knew nothing about guns, but I needed some protection at my business where I am often the only one in. The staff walked me through options and had me test out various calibres and sizes. After months of dithering and contemplation, I settled on a Walther 380. Since then, Ive taken a class, added a laser sight, added a magazine, and had the gun serviced. Every time, the staff were so, so professional. I have sent my daughter (and son) here.
We had a great experience here. Tons of fun. My main purpose was to find a 9mm handgun that would want to buy. The workers were very helpful and explaining a lot to me about how I should pick! Will go again.
I have been here 3 different times on inventory Ive seen on their online site. Every single time I come in they say, I havent seen that gun here in months even though on their site it says its in stores right now. Then they proceed to try to sale me on a way more expensive gun. In times like this, its ridiculous that places are still trying to scam. Stay away from this location
Probably my favorite LGS in town, theyre knowledgeable in everything they carry and even in these times, they take the time to answer all your questions!Definitely my top recommendation for a range day, first time buyer or collector!

My experience here was honestly great. Theo was beyond helpful and I appreciate his assistance very much. I recommend this establishment very highly. Thank you again Theo. I wish you the best.
My wife and I took new shooter orientation today, and I must say that the instruction was great. It was a no judgement zone, which is a relief to green shooters. We learned a lot in a short time. Excited that there is a place that we can go and feel comfortable. Cant wait to come back in.
These guys are great! They are a locally owned and operated place that have a great store front as well as a well ventilated indoor range. Beings they are not a big box store yes their prices are higher but their customer service is great and most of the guys and gals are super knowledgeable. Im under the belief, you get what you pay for and the fact of the matter is they are a growing business always trying to expand. Their transfer fees are a little high but thats the cost of keeping well informed staff, that enjoy their job, employed. They have been in business through good times and recessions so if you want a place to go that will be there today, tomorrow, and so on down the line, this is the place.
Nice Safe Range with lots of supplies and accessories.
Nice and friendly staff. Good workers. Nice and clean range..
Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the facility itself is clean and well laid out. Prices arent to expensive and they offer a wide selection of pistols and accessories. Date nights (Wed & Fri) are the place to be. It gets a little busy but there is a great special on these nights. Only suggestion would be to have someone walk the range to make sure people are following the rules. Would recommend to anyone.
Great customer service. Many items to choose from.
The employees did not enforce mask wearing, distancing and didnt clean any surfaces. One of the guns we got didnt work.
Outstanding Service & expertise! Theo made my experience worthwhile & informative. The honesty and practicality displayed confirmed that the transaction was well invested of time & money! Do not get cheap when it comes to your safety! You will get what you pay for.Thank you Theo! God Bless, Good Luck, & Always Trust Your Instinct!
Love this place! The staff is great. Most of them are knowledgeable and don’t try to sell you on anything. They just answer your questions and let you decide.
Best indoor range in Spokane, friendly knowledgeable staff.
I have been a member for over 5 years now. Robin and Jeremy have taken good care of my firearm needs. The staff works hard to get you what you need if they dont have it in stock. If you need small repairs or upgrades they got you. My only ding is the price of their ammo is a little high, I understand that they are in business to make money, but if you buy a large amount Robin will give you a fair price. If you have kids, they will let you teach them to shoot. Go by and check them out. A great place to shoot.
I’ve been very satisfied with the range and gun shop. The staff are helpful and treat the customer right.
We were gifted a safety course that came with range time, and had an amazing time! Both of us were pretty skittish of guns going in, but learned a lot and by the end of the course felt a lot more comfortable. I would highly recommend taking a course with them if youre curious about guns or gun safety!
So far, I have taken two classes through Sharp Shooting and I am so very happy to have found this place! My first class was Women and Guns, taught by Nathan. He was very thorough and explained everything clearly, even breaking it down a bit more for some of us who needed more help understanding. Following this class I purchased my first handgun and the employees who helped me were all so helpful. The second class was Handgun Marksmanship (also taught by Nathan) which not only taught us how to improve our shot but how to identify what needs correcting when we are not hitting our target. I left this class with an improved shot and a better understanding of why my aim is sometimes off.I found both of these classes to be well organized and thought out from order of instruction, time allowance, communication and practical application. Not only is Nathan a great teacher but each of the employees I dealt with were very helpful and informative. As a new shooter I find myself easily overwhelmed with, well, everything pertaining to guns. That overwhelming feeling is a big reason why it took me so long to move forward with the sport on my own. Im certain it was clear to them that I was a new shooter and pretty unfamiliar with guns. Thankfully everyone was so cool about communicating with me in a way that made me feel comfortable asking questions and even taking the time to make sure I really understood.I really appreciate how the crew at Sharp Shooting not only sold me a gun but are helping me to KNOW my gun and enjoy the sport with safety and accuracy.Seriously, these guys are great. Looking forward to more classes and time on the range.
Great selection and service. Friendly/ knowledgeable staff. My wife and I dig this spot.
Good selection of firearms but a terrible check in system for the range. Waited for 30 minutes and was overlooked multiple times in favor of those who rushed the counter to be served. Left without having an opportunity to visit the range.Edit because the owner replied so quickly: Your facility is top notch, and your employees were working hard. Just need some type of queue during peak times.
I cant tell you how nice the service here is. The entire team from the manager to gun Smith are always ready to help and provide the very best service. I wish all business were run like sharp shooting does business. You have my appreciation.
Ive been to Sharp Shooting a few times and Ive always thought their staff were great. Today my daughter and I went and took a class from Wes on Women & Guns. He did an awesome job. We learned about gun safety and marksmanship, the operation of semi-automatics and revolvers, safe carrying and storage, plus much more and then we had a live-fire session. Wes covered everything thoroughly, his emphasis was on safety, he was friendly, fielded questions patiently from everyone and was a good listener. Overall he was an awesome teacher and the experience exceeded my expectations. Sharp Shooters has great indoor ranges and so much in their shop between guns, apparel and accessories that I didnt even have time to look at everything. Very impressed!
I purchased sights for my handgun here and received great customer service far beyond what I expected. The assistant manager had me come back to the work bench and walked me through how to replace my sights. I really enjoyed the hands on experience and how personable he was. I will absolutely continue to give them my business.
Ive been to this range 4 or 5 times and loved the experience! Very knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately, my last visit was cut extremely short when they told me I was not able to rent a gun to use on the range. Apparently they have a policy that states that you arent allowed to rent a firearm unless you are shooting with someone or have your own weapon with you. Ive been there before on my own, rented a gun, got some range time in without any issue. Not sure why this time was different but I probably will not be returning. If you are looking for a place to shoot your own firearm, then you may enjoy this place. If you are looking to get some range practice in with a rental firearm, look elsewhere. This isnt the place.
I have been going to Sharp Shooters for a few years. My other half and I really enjoy the date night specials. It’s a bit more economic than a range membership for us. It’s a really nice facility and closer than our outdoor range locations. I recently purchased a new firearm from this great staff, it was about $100 less than other places in town. Phil was helpful and prompt getting the paperwork taken care of, and Nick was also a great help when it came time to button up the purchase and pick up some ammo. I couldn’t be more happy with the service, as always.
Awesome place for getting the rounds down range. Safety is enforced. Staff is outstanding. The only downside is the rounds may get pricey... I offset with coming in with mine and buying from them
Hands down the best range in Spokane. Every staff member was knowledgeable, attentive, and professional. They carried parts like RailScales that I’ve never seen another gun shop carry in-person. Huge selection, clean environment. This is not a paid review but one born from a truly pleasant experience.Shout-out to Jeremy and the rest of the team for all that you do.
Ive been going to sharpshooters for 5 or 6 years now and have always had a fantastic experience there. The range is clean, they have a ton of rental options, and the customer service is outstanding. I recently bought a rifle and optic from them, and I cant emphasize enough how engaged and helpful they were. They helped me make informed decisions and worked diligently with me through the whole process. Big thanks to their team there!
I have been shooting rifle competitions and providing rifle marksmanship clinics for over 30 years. Been to a lot of ranges in North America. Nice job by these folks. Ive been shooting my .22 rimfire rifle recently at their facility and have quite enjoyed myself. Excellent ventilation, good range lighting, polite and helpful staff. I believe the fees to be pretty reasonable. Very nice store with everything one might need for a day at the range and then a lot more. The process to get a shooting lane is simple and the check out is as well. As with all indoor ranges, I would advice double hearing protection if you value that sense. I wear plugs and muffs. As it should be, protective eye wear is mandatory. Have a great time!
Great place to blow off a few rounds of your hand gun and also they have a great selection of new and used guns. A great place to find accessories or ask for any information regarding what accessories would be the best for your type of gun. Overall great place for the gun enthusiast!
Amazing. Having never held a hand gun prior to going to sharp shooting (Im from England!) I was quite nervous. Lloyd and all of the guys there were incredible. They gave us a full tutorial, all the time and attention we needed to go into the range. Had the best time with a buddy from back home and will definitely be going back. These guys are the best
Very impressed with the friendly and helpful staff! Very knowledgeable about the products without the being pushy and just trying to make a sale. I started shooting the indoor GSSF matches here a few months ago and love the Range officers helpfulness and encouragement. This is a great range for the new shooter as well as the seasoned shooter! And as a woman, I give this place a thumbs up for being lady friendly. Looking forward many range visits in the future, thank you Robin and Staff
I have used Sharp Shooting two times. Each time I have called ahead and requested a quote for shipping. Each time I was very specific in stating that it was a long rifle to be shipped. Both times I was told a substantial price increase once I was in the store. The first time there was no question and they honored the quote. This time they proceeded to argue with me and refused to honor their quote. The employee in question was behind the counter that had misquoted the price. The younger employee asked if I still wanted to ship at the higher price. I said no, you need to honor the quote. The one that has made the error pulled money from his own pocket to cover the error. I understand that mistakes happen, repeatedly is not a mistake it is a pattern. I will find a different shop to ship my rifles next time.
If you are just looking for a range out of the weather to shoot some targets this will work. If you are in the market to buy and interested in firing a variety of firearms to get an actually hands on experience. They do not have any rental selection, it is basic this or this. I have been to ranges even stores with a couple target lanes, that have 10-15 guns per classification, and generally all you pay for is the ammo, here they have a rental fee and you have to buy their ammo . I bought elsewhere 2 days later and saved money most likely. This place would have to close its doors if someone was willing to set up an actual range and full service sales department in the Spokane area.
Well since Nick left I feel like the quality of customer service has gone down hill. Firstly I’ve boughten two supressor from them in the last few years, because the had them in stock when no one else did. Both times they tried to charge me 100 dollar fee for passport photos and fingerprints. No place in town charges that high. Even if you didn’t half an hour driving across town it would cost you 30 dollars for both. The finger print machine is terrible took about 45 minutes for them to get it to work right to have my cards printed. They need a silencer shop kiosk but then they can’t overcharge you for suppressors. I bought the one for 899, 1100 after tax and stamp to find out the silencershop has it for 699. But I digress the real reason for the negative review is they never called me either time telling me they got my stamp. I called the AtF it was approved for two months and when I called stating so they acted surprised and said they just got my paper work. Not in all my life in my 5 suppressors have it taken the AtF a whole month to send out the form and then they stated two months for it to arrive.Update I see the response from whom I assume is the owner or manager. If you weren’t there and didn’t speak to me directly please save your two cents. I can dispute any fact acting like I know how any of your transactions went. But I don’t because I wasn’t there so you shouldn’t either.
Decent range BUT... Went in and let the clerk know I wanted to check out and shoot a few different pistols to make a final decision for a purchase. Asked for the guns I wanted to shoot beforehand and once I committed to the gun, they tried to sell it for 40 bucks more than what it’s worth and THEN they tell me they don’t even have the gun in stock... would have been nice to know right?! Ended up getting a pitch for a couple used pistols and I lost the money I spent for the range and rental. They’re running a business I get it, but I can’t respect their practice.
I was able to hold 20+ handguns to try and see which style I wanted. Friendly staff but way overpriced products compared to other stores.
Went there with my dad and my sister for the first time ever the other day and the guys working were super nice and very helpful! The whole experience was very positive! (:
Professional, polite, and very informative. They dont make you feel dumb if you know very little about firearms. Took my son here to get a little practice since he is leaving for the navy when he graduated in june. Went on a friday evening and got a special for 25 a lane for 2 people with any gun rental included only had to pay for ammo. He had a blast
Updated: 9/2018 I have purchased a rifle, three pistols, optics and holsters from Sharp Shooting. They are always willing to help and present themselves as knowledgeable. I recently brought two friends in to introduce them to the store. Both wanted a carry weapon. Both rented the weapon they were interested in, test fired that model, then bought it, one the same day and the other came in few days later. My most recent purchase was for a just released AR pistol in .300 blk.I asked Sharp Shooters to let me know when they got them in and they did. Robin took a hand in the transaction and it was smooth sailing. I couldnt ask for better service and is exactly the reason I continue to shop with Sharp Shooting. The fact of the matter is there are other gun stores that I could give my business and money to, but I go to Sharp Shooting because thats where I get the service, selection and price I desire.
I love this gun shop and range. Since the first gun that I purchased from them, I have never purchased one elsewhere. Lifetime warranty on the guns they sell. They always have a knowledgeable staff and have nice deals on the range. Ammo is slightly on the pricey side but that would be my only complaint.
Easy and affordable. Love it here
Wife and I went here on a wed. After 5pm for there date night special(2 people for $24 and free rentals on range guns just have to buy there ammo for there guns) we had a really good time! They let me use my 9mm carbine as well which was really cool. Definitely a pistol only range. They are a little strict on range rules but Id rather them be strict then not be. Be sure to bring your id. The shop has a wide variety of guns to choose from there gun rental case. The store part of it is really nice! I had a great time here!
Ive always had a good experience at Sharp Shooting. Im new to shooting, and they have always been nothing but helpful. I had been shooting left consistently, and one of the employees, Brian, was even kind enough to come out on the range, take a look, and adjust my sights for me and give me some tips on my grip. I am very impressed by the politeness and the helpfulness of the staff.
Went down to Spokane from Canada and went to Sharp Shooting based on the Google Reviews. We found the staff to be super helpful and very friendly. They didnt seem to care that we were from Canada and they assumed we knew what we were doing. We need a little instruction for some of the rentals (AR-15) but they were more than willing to careful instruct us on its use and range safety. This range was much cheaper than the range in Edmonton (West Ed. Mall) and had way more lanes. We found the various stickers and advertisements in the bathrooms to be a hilarious end to a great day of shooting.I would definitely recommend!
Brought in my project ar-15 because it was not cycling properly... I had recently bought a nice ballistic advantage barrel from these guys and I was shooting with the new barrel and noticed some feeding/cycling issues. It was blowing primers on the ammo. I brought the gun to them in hopes they could help me with the timing of the gun and help fix the gun. Josh If I remember correctly was the one that went to great lengths to inspect the gun and find any faults then we shot it and everything just seemed to work fine. So the gun self cured itself but I have no doubt he would’ve been able to find the problem and fix it. I appreciate his knowledge and time and it was free of cost! You can’t beat that kind of service and have always had great service. I will always continue to buy parts from them and come in for new guns. Thanks
Very through staff. Knowledgeable and friendly!
We have been into Sharp Shooting numerous times this year. Every sales associate is knowledgeable and very helpful. In February of 2016 I attended a Handgun Safety Class. My instructor was Rick and I have to say that I was very impressed by his over all presentation.
Great indoor facility, friendly knowledgeable people. A bit spendy but I bet Their costs with insurance for a place like this is not cheap. The wife is also taking a class here. Its a Great place for the Community, just wish shooting was a little cheaper.
Fast and friendly service! Quick to respond to questions.
The guy behind the counter told us to check in with the tablet and it would be 5-10 min. We waited 35 min until I asked if they had called our name only to find out that he didnt ask us for our ID. I will have a hard time recommending this establishment in the future.
Great place, I bought my first gun here and loved all the guy who helped me. Ask for Rico! Place has a big selection and the range is fun. I will come back here again.
Nice clean place with a gun shop and you can buy targets and ammo for fair prices. They even rent guns to shoot in the range or try out before you purchase. Range rental is a but pricey though. But it is a safe place to go shooting.
Excellent service, excellent people, great experience. Price was very resonable for indoor shooting and rentals, staff were knowledgeable, and helpful selecting weapons and ammo, cautioning us when selecting expensive items. Rentals were handled like a bar tab and very professional. Highly recommended.
Apparently run by idiots who dont want your money or your business...Saw a handgun elsewhere that I and my adult daughter were interested in possibly purchasing. Called this place last week to confirm they had one in the rental gear which they did.Had some time today and was in the area, so I went down to check out the gun. I get up to the counter and asked about taking the weapon into the range to check it out. The guy behind the counter informs me that because Im by myself, and since I didnt have a weapon with me, that they wouldnt rent the gun to me to try it out. Some BS policy they have. So out the door I go, along with my credit card. So, they lose out on a range fee, gun rental, ammo sale, target sale, and a potential 2 gun sale immediately.Long term loss: future purchases of anything from this business, me telling my friends to not waste their time with this place, and the people who read this review and take their money elsewhere to spend. With that kind of customer service, you wont have to worry about being bothered by those pesky customers who want to spend money at your business.Response to the Owner:Perhaps you should post your policies on your website so you dont alienate potential customers. Either way, Ill spend my money elsewhere.
Ive been reading a lot of the reviews on this store, some of the bad reviews seem to be biased and fast to judge a business. I have been in a number of times, some have been not very welcome, and others I felt like they were on top of there game and ready to help in any way they could. Some of the guys seemed like it was just a job they didnt care about, and others went out of there way for any little question. They helped me pick my first pistol and I am very happy with it. I listed what I was looking for and they grabbed a number of pistols and let me try them out. Thats how I ended up with my Sig that I got from them. So over all I like the place.
It took a little bit longer to get checked in than I would like but there was a class ahead of me. the employees were super helpful and polite which is hard to come by. I wish the card board was changed a little more often it was hard to hang my targets because it was torn up pretty bad. The facility was very clean and well kept and overall it was a very pleasant range and I will return.
Great place to go practice. Ammo prices are a bit steep, but otherwise a great place to shoot. Just about the only place in Spokane where you can try before you buy. The staff has always been very polite and knowledgeable in my experience.
Nothing but great things out of this place. Had some troubles putting an AR together and Nick helped out tremendously. All the guys in there are professional and knowledgeable. Just all around good guys. Definitely my go to gun shop.
Great place for practice, training, or purchases for your firearms. Their staff is always knowledgeable, very professional, and courteous. And the owner, Robin Ball, she is always a delight to work with!
Was told about them through a friend. Josh was great, wanted to show my daughter that guns aren’t bad and he did a great job, even took her aside and gave her a tutorial. We will be back most definitely.
One of the best retail experiences Ive had, and I have been working in retail for 15 years. As a novice in the shooting world, taking on a ground up build was my idea of total emersion learning. Nick B did an excellent job of educating and guiding me through the building process, taking the time to answer my many questions. All the guys I spoke with were very professional and showed a genuine interest in helping me make wise decisions through the build. My hats off to the staff and Nick B for going above and beyond in customer services. The build shoots fantastic and I learned a ton. Id recommend this shop to anyone from first time shooteruyer to professionals. Thanks for all the help and guidance.
Went to couples night and had a great time. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and didnt try to push you for a sale! Will be returning for sure!
I ordered a Sig Sauer 938. When ordering i asked the store manager if Sig was good about sending the gun as it was represented in the picture. The grips on the specific gun that i wanted were a very light walnut. The store manager assured me that i would receive what was pictured. A week later my gun came in and the grips were so dark that you could not even see the wood grain. Called the manager the next day to see if we could remedy the problem. He said that we could but that it would take some time. I asked how long and was not given a time line. I waited two weeks with no response and finally went in for a refund where i was told that sig does not make those grips anymore. I was then charged a 25 dollar restocking fee from the full refund price. I own three businesses. If I made the customer pay for my companies screw up, I would not be i business for long. I will make sure that i tell everyone that is interested in buying a firearm to avoid Sharp Shooting Gun Shop. Once you give them your money you are not a priority.
Nothing but a good experience here. Their retail shelf prices are actually competitive with amazon. Keith has great knowledge and extremely helpful
I was very impressed with the customer service since this was my first time visiting the range here. Very informative and friendly staff compared to other ranges i have been to. Im looking forward to visiting this range again when im back in Spokane
Love the place. The staff are great and the prices are quite reasonable. They always have what I need 😃
Sharp Shooting Indoor Range is the most friendly, knowledgeable, and professional place of business. Everyone is so helpful and nice. Im in there all the time and their customer service is top notch!!! They are also Family owned which is huge in our area!Customer for life!!!
Staff was helpful and patient. Great place to go and unwind. Reasonable prices for non-members and gun rentals.
Very nice range and extremely experienced people running it. Jeremy has a problem with women even though his paycheck is paid by a woman who owns it. He reminds me of Hitler in his ways. All the other guys are great...especially Rico!
Just completed classes offered by SS. Instructors and staff are very knowledgeable and flexible with scheduling. The time is managed well between the classroom and the range. Highly recommend taking and of the offered classes to gain the knowledge of fundamentals. Nice job.
Indoor gun range is hugely convenient. high markups and not all staff are well mannered.
We went to the women and guns class here and it was so professional and informational. I learned alot and I will definitely be back. Everyone should take one of their many classes. You wont regret it.
Great knowledgeable staff, took time to answer all questions. Very familiar with their inventories and products. A welcomed experienced in todays rushed service industry. Have used the range on multiple visits when visiting Spokane, very well run operation.
I came down on a Wednesday a couple of weeks ago. Taught my buddy how to shoot a pistol. This place is great. Awesome service!
