Everyone is friendly and quite knowledgeable. Ive referred my friends to precision combat for ffls and purchasing firearms. Prices are reasonable plus you get the one to one connection with your firearm dealer. If youre new to firearms Ive seen personally where they take the time to answer questions and concerns to make sure you pick the right fit for you. So theirs never a stupid question or youre left feeling intimidated.

I have been into the shop a few times. Not once have I been treated like a welcome customer. The first time I thought, maybe the guy is having a bad day. The second? Maybe another bad day? Ok. After my third time in and being treated like an unwelcome guest, brushed off and treated rudely by the staff. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time here to anyone. They obviously aren’t in the business of selling anything.

This gunstore is one of THE most unique of its kind you will ever encounter in Spokane! I have not experienced walking into a gunstore run by a small business owner, only to feel welcomed and in awe looking at some of the inventory available. The owner takes pride is showcasing his inventory, especially with the collector’s pieces. This store is setup like a mini firearm museum! The owner is very knowledgeable about the firearms industry. He will kindly inform and educate you regarding everything you need to know to make a wise purchase. I was not pushed into making any rash purchase decisions, nor did the owner annoy me with hard selling any unnecessary accessories.

Ive had great experiences everytime I go there. Bought my SR556, Glock 17 mags and GI AR15 mags there on Three separate occasions. Great prices and patient. When I bought my SR556, he only had them in his warehouse. He closed his shop to go get it for me so I could buy it that day. Very happy with his service and prices.

Customer service does not seem to be high on their priority list. Not a retailer I would order from online. I placed an order online and was weary that at least one of the items might be out of stock even though their website clearly listed that they had inventory in stock. After 3 days of stalking the compnay via email and phone I was finally able to get ahold of an employee who told me that the bulk of my order was out of stock lost in a recent move. I can understand if your inventory is not accurate but at least have the respect to try to contact me or at the very least return my calls when I have contacted you when there is an issue with my order. The only good thing about this experience was that they were quick to refund my money when I asked that the order be cancelled.

Clint and Brock are very friendly, helpful and knowledgable. This is a hidden gem of gun shops in Spokane. Clints prices are BY FAR the lowest Ive found anywhere and Brock makes some kickass custom Kydex holsters. If you like your guns at a great price, this is the only place you need to shop!

I had a rifle FFL transfer done at PCA, had no problems and the transfer rate alone will bring me back for any other transfers.

Ive not been to the Airsoft side, but for firearms youd have a hell of a time finding better service, I have bought several firearms from this shop, he is friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. Will always come here first when I am in the market for a new firearm or equipment.
