Im sorry this took so long, but I have nothing but good things to say regarding my experience with Firearm Finishing Inc. A while back I had to transfer some guns from another state, and used Firearm Finishing to handle the transfer. I received my guns in a timely manner and enjoyed the professional courtesy bestowed on me. There were extra charges that could have been hoisted on me for the gun transfer, but you chose not to charge me anything. I dont know if it was because you knew this was an inheritance or what your motivations were, but I certainly appreciate the gesture. My only regret is not posting this sooner. Thank you so much for your service. If my Dad was still here, Im sure he would have appreciated your courtesies and frequented the business. I am in the process of recommending you to a friend for some re-bluing he is looking to accomplish. I know hell be satisfied with your work.

Not impressed with the customer service. I had been wanting to stop by and get a quote on refinishing a couple guns for a while, and finally swung by (due to the mostly good reviews). The guy that answered the door seemed annoyed that I was there and asked me what I wanted. I asked him if they refinished the guns I was looking to have done. He looked at the ground and after thinking for a bit said, Yeah. He asked me what king of finish I wanted, not offering choices. I mentioned Duracoat, and he said it would be $220 a gun which seems high to me, but he didnt seem to care one way or the other. Not sure if they felt too busy (there was another customer in the store) to try and sell me on their products and services or if they just assume you should know what they are without explanation. Not sure, but I left there disappointed. I hope I summed up the negative experience. It wasnt horrible by any means, just not good. YMMV.

Scott and Jerry have worked on a number of my firearms and in all cases the work has been extremely professional and reasonably priced. They go to great lengths to make the repaired weapon equal to or better than new. Id recommend them to anyone needing their firearm repaired or renewed.

I’ve done various transfers through FF now and they have been excellent. Always professional and timely with reasonable fees. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for any gunsmithing work or an FFL to transfer through.Keep up the good work guys!

Best Gunsmith in town if you ask me. They always give free advice on firearm maintenance or other firearm questions. Very friendly. I take all my firearms here. Keep it up.

Ive used firearm finishing for a few transfers now and each time has been pleasant quick and decently priced... friendly staff great knowledge I would highly recommend these guys for any of your firearm needs... I will continue to use them for anything I NEED... Ive seen some of their work and it is flawless... Ive havent had a firearm done yet but Ive walked the shop and I will be using them for some bluing work real soon...

Amazing customer service, intelligent, and very thorough. These guys are very professional and honest. They simplified everything for me so i could understand exactly what I needed for my firearms and how much it would cost. Ive been doing business with these guys since I moved to Spokane and they remain my go-to guys for everything. Quality work, laid back attitude, always friendly and professional.

The gentleman that run this shop are experts in their field. They diagnosed the problems I was having with a couple of my shotguns and fixed them up perfectly for a more than reasonable price. I highly reccomend going here for any firearm repairs.

Horrible experience. Took my gun in, took 3 weeks to get my gun back, this was after several calls to see how things were going. After getting my gun back, I took it out to test fire, had the same issues. I took it back to them and they insisted it was fine. Actually got irate with me and cursed. They attempted to fix it again to no avail. Spend your money elsewhere. These guys are rude as hell.

Had my slide milled by them to accommodate an RMR. Rick & Scott both did an awesome job. They even went as far as making a custom base plate and refinishing my slide and no extra charge to me. It was also cheaper than they quoted. Id never go to anyone else. They are by far some of the best guys in town

These men are honest and competent. I had an old gun restored and it didnt cost and arm and a leg and it looks beautiful. Another gun, a military sidearm, I had parkerized and its the best job Ive ever seen. Ive had them do trigger jobs for me and other work and I cant recommend them highly enough.

This shop has very helpful and friendly people, great service, great prices, and always strives to make the customer happy. I 100% recommend.

These guys are great! Lowest price for a trigger job on a sometimes difficult H&R handirifle and had it turned around a week early right before hunting season. Go elsewhere at your own risk.

Scott didnt know me from Adam, and I was calling from out of town. But he went out of his way to help me. I cant say enough about him. While I was waiting around he was very friendly. His wirk is top knotch. I highly recommend this store to you!
