Brought my 09 vulcan to the boys at brap today Saturday 09/11 to get some regular maintenance done. Oil, tune up, coolant flush and a full inspection. Left it with them around 11:30am not expecting to get it back until Monday. around 3:30pm he called and told me I needed a battery and should do the plugs and coolant so I gave him the go ahead and by 5:00pm it was ready to be picked up. They were super nice and fast. I got home and noticed some coolant leaking and called them, Bryan came straight out to my house to fix the problem (around 6pm). one of the hose clamps had came loose and he tightened them all back up to spec and topped off the coolant. These guys know what they are doing and will make you whole if anything goes wrong. Stuff happens, and I will 100% recommend these guys for the customer service alone.
Came in after getting some subpar repairs from another shop and they were incredible! I initially called and the woman I spoke with was very professional and nice! Super easy to make an appointment even if they were booked out a little ways, which to me is a good sign! The gentleman who checked in my bike for drop off was nice and efficient and both the technician and owner were there and they are both obviously incredibly knowledgeable! They called a couple times with very thorough quotes and explanations of the repairs etc and it was still less than what the original shop charged! Really cool that they could text me my estimate for approval cause my job makes it hard for me to take phone calls! Pickup went super smooth and my bike runs better than it has in years! They might be newer and smaller but theyre all very friendly and professional and obviously value their customers! Wouldnt recommend anywhere else!
Not many shops will work on Goldwings because of the bodywork. Called them up for a quote on tires and fork seals, sounded good and took the bike in for the work. During the repairs they noticed the sliders inside the forks needed replacement, the did an excellent job of communicating the issue and explaining the cost and time frame, got it done on time and correctly. Will be using them again on the Wing and a couple other toys I have 👍😃
Best small shop in the business- you wont regret going here for your bike needs.
As a new rider they provided me all the information I had questions about. Went in to service a used bike purchase and after inspecting my bike they called me and told me that no servicing is needed right now and everything is in great condition. Super honest business that I will continue to support moving forward. Cant reccomend them enough!!!!
Brought in my rear wheel off of my ‘74 CB750 along with a brand new tire to be put on. I needed a tube and rim strip. Had them order one. I also figured while they were at it, to order a tube and rim strip for my front tire since it will need changing soon enough. I’m new to town. Trying to find a place for future work since I am constantly needing a bit of assistance here and there on vintage bikes. Apparently I missed the call that it was ready. That’s ok. I went to pick it up and was charged $40 for 1 tube and 1 rim strip plus the mounting fee for the tire. Plus an additional 8% for using a card. Now, I’m not sure where they are buying their parts, but a tube and a rim strip runs about $25 max. Not $40. For $50 I should have gotten 2 tubes and 2 rim strips. Anyhow, I’m sure they do good work. My tire looks fine, but upcharging on something like that isn’t cool. That’s almost twice as much as I have paid from motorcycle shops in Seattle. The most expensive place on Earth
Liked the place. It was small but busy. Looks like they are a newer business that is striving to grow and gain speed. Like the Owner, seems eager to improve and provide a good service in the powersports repair market here in Spokane
Came in for a tire change. Great work and customer service. Support the little shops over the big name stores!
These guys are awesome! My bike gave them a series of curveballs but they didn’t give up and it’s back on the road. They were always communicating with us through the process and are very friendly. I think they were as excited as we were to see it ride away. (Maybe because of those curveballs but they looked genuinely happy😂) AND there was no sticker shock at the end!Justin is a rockstar! Thanks Brap!
These guys did a great job on an old 90s dr650 I brought in which had sat in the rain for awhile and hadnt been started in forever. Rebuilt the carb, starts first kick now. The owner James was very accomodating to get me my bike back as soon as possible. Also, their hourly rate is more reasonable than some of the other shops around. 10/10 would reccomend
These guys are great. I took my crf450r in to get an inspection because of a few different issues I was experiencing with the bike and the guys at Brap were able to identify my issue in less than a couple hours. They were quick and knowledgeable. Definitely will be going back if I ever need future work.
I took my friends 2000 Harley sportster 1200 in the drive belt was broke. They fixed it got her back up and running a couple of days later. Great awesome guys to take your bike, quad too there Reasonable on the price. They have fast turn around get you back on the road. I’ll be doing business with these guys again !!!!!!!!!! A+++++++++ in my book. James is a nice respectful person. Very experienced and knowledgeable on all motor sports !!!!!!!!
Friendly manager, and a busy place show signs of quality work.
This will be the 3rd brand new side by side we’re bringing here for aftermarket installation. Spent $35k on this machine and have no problem trusting Brap with it!
Affordable and reliable shop.
