Jim has gotta be one of the nicest and most helpful guys out there. I was referred to him from another shop in Portland and called him up out of the blue to ask him his thoughts on what carb to use on my bike. While I did not want to take much of his time as I was not at that point planing to spend any money with him, he was not concerned about it at all and spent quite a bit time with me to make sure I was clear on the options. He then repeated this same scenario with me today and this time I decided to spend money with him simply because he was not only helpful but very generous with his knowledge and time. Great guy and knowledgeable to boot, cant go wrong with him!

Took my 2000 Sportster in for coughing and sputtering. Its been doing that since we bought it new. Jim is very knowledgeable. After replacing the seals going into the jugs and a few other things he said we should try a different carburetor. He had a used one we could try and that has done the trick. I would highly recommend him.
