Super friendly staff and fairly reasonable prices.Rob was great to deal with even when informing me that the issue with my motorcycle was human error 🤣Hopefully I wont need to, but if I do, Ill definitely be bringing my bike back here.Definitely recommend this place A ++
Good people good service reasonable prices
Very good shop, nice people got me in and out super fast
Buy all my motor sport equipment here. They also maintain my equipment in good working order. The employees are very knowledgeable and easy to work with. They carry quality products & offer quality service
Not service...but sales. Google wouldnt let me change it.I had this problem last time I went to purchase a bike, I figured a new helmet would be easier. They have no sales person to help with any questions 😕 I waited around and looked for someone, but couldnt find anyone on the floor. Now not sure what to do with my gift card. Online might be the only way.
Went in to replace our Spark Key and was helped out by some great guys!! Thank you for all your help!
Customers are not important to this business. No one answers the phone in the parts department. They answer the phone in the sales department. I was told someone from their parts department would call me back. No one ever did. I will go somewhere else for the parts i need to fix my motorcycle.
Thought it was weird when i picked up my new tires and old weights were still on there. Just rode out of town 100 miles and sure enough extreme vibration. Confirmed not balanced by another shop. Will not be returning for service if they mess up something so simple. Large showroom with lots of inventory though if you are looking for new.
Ive been updating a 35 year old vintage 1983 XL200R Honda enduro that I will be taking on a southwest road trip soon. So Ive been ordering and purchasing parts from Westside to bring it up to date. Its been about 40 + years since I rode and/or worked on a Honda XL enduro. The last one was an 1972 XL250 that I bought new! The folks in both parts and service have been excellent with advice, knowledge and service. Westsides pricing has also been competitive with on-line part vendors. I just hope the ol boy (the XL200R) wont strand me out in the desert for something I didnt replace!! Thanks again! Thanks Todd, Mercedes, Rob, Cameron and Grant.
Not that big of a selection compared to the size of the building but then again its a repair shop
Had an issue after having a tire replaced. I was most recently in to look at a bike, and Ryan was helpful.
Great reps, sold me an awesome bike. Theyre definitely getting all my business from now on!
Great peoole
Extremely helpful, willing to negotiate, wide variety of sweet rides.
Mikayla is the best... thank you so much westside team!
Surprising selection of bikes, and quite a few nice helmets
This is a great place to buy parts for any of your toys.
Had my bike a local shop they ordered parts from Westside and after doing my own research I didnt feel I needed the part. I paid my shop bill and a $20.00 dollar restocking fee on a $80.00 dollar part. I called Westside parts about a week later because I was bringing my bike to a different shop, I just wanted to make sure they still had the part in stock just in case it was needed. It took over 4 days to get a return call and they even had to nerve to call the 1st shop I had my bike at and told them I called!?! WOW super unprofessional!!!!
Way fun, maybe her next thing
New bikes all the time my brother worked here and everyone is super nice!
Nice stock and pleasant employees.
I have been riding motorcycles for over 60 years. In fall of 2016 I purchased a used Yamaha FJR1300 from a private party for the express purpose of riding it around the U.S.A. in early summer of 2017. In January of 2017 I made a May appointment for a major service of the FJR. This included items that normally would not need replaced such as battery, brakes, air filter, and tires and anything else it would need for the trip. They called and advised that the service had been completed. Before I could pick it up the next day they called and said that overnight both front fork seals were leaking fluid on the floor. This sounded suspicious but told them to replace them. I was told that they supposed I could be put ahead of everyone else and they would have to order the seals. This also seemed strange as my FJR was already there with an appointment and I was leaving in a few days. They ordered the seals and I picked it up the next day. Looking at the repair order I noticed the mechanic had written that the head bearings needed serviced and adjusted. That seemed weird as they were supposed to take care of anything it needed. I did not have time for them to do that as I was leaving in less than a week. I had gone to Westside three times trying to order and pay for the tires as I needed a receipt for both tires dated just before the service date for a substantial manufacturer discount. They did not order the tires until after the motorcycle was there so I missed out on the discount refund.I had told the sales dept several times that if I liked this motorcycle that I would buy a new Yamaha FJR 1300 when I returned. They had a black one but told them I preferred to wait for a blue 2018 one.I rode this FJR 1300 10,345 miles in 22 days and really liked it. I went to Westside to buy a new one but they only had a black one at the time. Shortly afterwards I tipped the FJR over while it was sitting still in my driveway.Basically, the damage consisted of paint damage as it was not moving. My insurance company needed an estimate. I took it to Westside and had to pay $100 for an estimate. My insurance company rejected the estimate which was about $3000. I kept contacting ins co and kept being advised that the issue had not been resolved. As winter approached I had a body shop take care of the paint damage myself, billed insurance co and total bill was less than half of Westsides estimate.I have contacted Westside several times to buy a new blue 2018 FJR1300. I have been told various things like they did not have one in yet, they were not going to have one, they had a whole bunch in 2017 and couldnt sell them so dumped them, some in parts and sales didnt even know who built an FJR 1300 and they are the dealer. On my last inquiry I asked if they could steer me to a dealer who had one so I could buy one else where. I was then told that they could order one for me but that I would be required to buy it when it arrived but they suggested that I move up to a BMW.If it were not for the very pleasant, helpful, and competent young lady at the motorcycle service counter I would not have even given this dealer a one star rating. If experiences like this do not bother you at all, go ahead and try Westside Motor Sports at Spokane, WA for yourself. Oh, also hang onto your wallet as they will try to empty it with their high prices.
Nice apartments and they take pets.
Good and bad at Westside. Always have my parts, though...
