The installers where very polite, clean, efficient and cared about the work they where doing. It’s a great feeling when the installer smiles with achievement for the job they did. Great service and prices! I just had my 3 bedrooms redone. The crew installing was excellent. They remove, cleanup all the debris under the carpet, install, vacuum and then have you check every room to make sure you are happy with the carpet. I am definitely going back for my wood floors!

I am very dissatisfied with the customer service experience with Texas Direct Carpet. The owner was very cordial in the beginning, however when it was raised to the attention of his contractor on site that transition strips were required at several thresholds, the contractor appeared confused.Therefore, I raised this concern with the owner, he stated that it was not part of a standard installation and other clients usually do not request transition strips. Therefore, his contractor does not carry them (My big box hardware store confirmed that transition strips are always included in typical carpet installations).After much debate back and forth, he agreed to install the transition strips, but then he failed to respond to numerous e-mails and phone calls. He also refused to provide a final receipt which was requested several times.This was a very disappointing experience which surprised me from a contractor with such high ratings on Google. I afforded him several opportunities to address this concern, but Texas Direct Carpet and its owners, just disregarded my attempts to resolve this issue.

After getting three different quotes, Texas Direct Carpet had the best pricing and the best quality carpet! What a great experience :) They came in with the best price. They showed up on time 10am with 5 installers. there was 2 guys upstairs and 2 down stairs installing. Carpet was removed and pad down within 2 hours. They carpeted 4 bedrooms a den, hallway and stairs and were gone by 4:30pm and the job looks perfect :) Strongly recommend Ken at Texas Direct to anyone needing carpet installed. The 5th man was running back and forth cleaning and clearing areas the entire time. One word to describe Texas Direct Carpet would be Thorough :) Even the salesmanship was refreshing as the install process :)
