Cesar is always the first person to help out and never fails to get me anything from parts to detailing supplies. 10/10 Would recommended shopping with Advanced on East Main in Stamford.

I have gone to advanced many times and Cesar has been mostly the one that has helped me out. Went in the other day and needed help with a lightbulb I had out on my truck. Cesar saw me struggling to find the right bulb and came right over to help. Got the bulb and he even helped me change it! 5/5!!!! What a gentleman!

This place ac is blown and only blowing hot air u walk in and a literal wall of heat hits you and i feel bad for the people that work there i seen the same faces from the morning to about night time just working through the heat i couldnt barely breathe in there i promise it was colder outside than in please fix this for you workers sakes!

Was helped by a Bob. His customer service is impeccable. Needed a diagnosis for my engine light, he was swift, thorough, and incredibly helpful. Bob went above and beyond to double-check and make sure he was giving me all the information I needed to forward to my mechanic. Anyone who goes in there should ask for Bob, hes AWESOME.

I went to buy some oil for my car and the sales person “Frank” was absolutely awesome. I didn’t know what oil to get and had some issues with determining the level of oil in my car. He couldn’t have been kinder and professional. He took the time to not only find out exactly the type of oil to buy but actually went outside of the store and help me check & fill the oil to the proper level! Talk about service!! Definitely the place to go if you are a novice about car issues and need assistance.

NOT ENOUGH STARS available for THIS Auto Parts store..... ONLY STORE WHO WAS WILLING TO BRING US AN ALTERNATOR!! WE WERE TRAPPED AT THE WELCOME CENTER. Been traveling for DAYS and were on our last 2 deliveries to Mass and New Hampshire.These guys are from Stamford and they WORK. FN HEROES MAN...

The sign on the door requires all customers to wear masks. None of the employees wore their masks, though when I visited on Sunday morning.

I felt welcome entering the store. A young man answered all my questions regarding products. I found a nice mini screw diver with bits. And, the cable ties I bought were in different colors and sizes to help distinguished where to place the ties.

I used to go the Auto Zone at the same street one mile away. Started shop at here 3 or 4 years ago since it opened because it was closer. I bought parts and supplies for all my 3 cars and everything looks fine until today. I went there to buy headlights around 2PM today. There was only one customer except me. Two cashier as I seen. One cashier was checking out for the other customer. They both specking Spanish. I dont understand what they were talking so I dont want to judge them but it took very long time. I waited at least 20 minutes they still didnt finish. Meanwhile The other worker just walked around, answering the phone........Keeping ignoring me!!! Finally He saidCan I help you? I gave the bulb to him. That is all I need!. I saidI waited almost half an hour with only one custom in front of me. I didnt feel like it was a complain. I just told the simple truth. However, In stead of saying sorry, the guys said to me madlyBecase the other guy having issues.You DO NOT NEED TO SHOP HERE IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO WAIT!!!. This guys really surprised me.It that really the right way to treat a loyally customer??? Thank God this happened right before the Thanks Giving Day! I left the store without buying anything. I went to The Autozone which is one mile away. There were 4 customer in front of me. I got my H7 Bulbs In 5 minutes! Never will go back to this location. By the way, I really believe this guy is the manager. Shame on you!

I went in looking for a relay and a few other supplies to set up another horn for my car. I found. The store had very limited options which seemed mostly aimed for teenage over-the-top car modder market rather than actual quality and functional parts.I had already looked at the fuse and electrical aisle and didnt find a relay. I asked the cashier which told me to go right back to the fuse aisle. Turns out she doesnt know the difference between a fuse and a relay. After she walked away from me I ended up having to pull a picture on my phone for another worker to get an idea of what I was looking for. Youd think for an auto parts store they would know their auto parts!

This place is disturbing, apparently this business allows violent people to work here. I saw a fat black guy with a beard threatening another person in the parking lot for no reason and i believe he might even be the manger here. These low paying jobs really do attract the neighborhood scum, after being a witness to that i will never shop at Advanced auto again!
