The woman that changed my battery was super friendly and helpful. She did a fabulous job!

I use this place alot, mostly for oil changes, headlight bulbs and wiper blades, and they have what you need at a good price. Sometimes you have to wait a little while to get checked out but thats life.

I had my battery changed here. They offered a variety of different batteries to choose from. The service was quick and professional.

I went with a friend to AutoZone today as they needed a battery for their vehicle. The clerk was helpful and actually installed the battery for them. My friend actually went to tip the person, and they refused because they said it was part of the purchase of the battery when they werent busy. I needed some special windshield wiper fluid and when I went to purchase one container for $5 and some change, the clerk told me there was a special going on for two containers for $7. Everything was clean and tidy and social distancing was being practiced.

Went to test my motorcycle battery with the battery in hand. I was told to wait in the back of the store while they decided to ignore me and help others with batteries and other tasks for over 20 mins. Not sure why they were biased towards me.

For free because I paid with my autozone reward card.

I would have expected more employees to be well train and know what they were doing. A guy that worked there looked lost on what he was doing. The only employee who knew what she was doing was Karla she got the customers who what they needed in a very professional way without taking that long. She was doing the job of 3 people, yet all the customers seemed satisfy. She helped me out in matters of 5 minutes got me my battery and got someone to quickly install it. I hope the future employees get better trained than the ones that were there today.

I saw a sign in the store that said text a number and get a $7 off the next $30 purchase. Well I did it and I went to the store the next day to use it and it said offer expired, I showed him the messages and he said he couldnt help me. I felt cheated, and they wouldnt help me, even though I spent $70 in the store.

I was having a terrible trouble trying to vacuum my car. Since 8am four Gas Stations with vacuums were Out of Service, so I went to Auto Zone on E Main, I got a Shop Vac. I got home opened it and didnt find the hose. Hours pass and I still can not vacuum my car. I went back to return the Vacuum and an Employee named Camilo, with the utmost professionalism, asked me if the hose was inside(meaning inside the vacuum) I didnt exactly understand what he meant by Inside. I thought he meant box, I was wrong. He opened the vacuum and there it was. Now after hours of frustrating failure to complete such a simple task I can now succeed. Thank you Camilo for your patience and professionalism. The customer service you provided during a period of which I felt completely fed up was awesome.

Samuel gave us a great suggestion for a headlight restorer, that was cheaper and as efficient. He even came out and restored our headlights. The lights were good as brand new! Other staff members were very helpful and kind.

Excellent - had the parts I needed and the staff was friendly and helpful...and wearing masks to protect customers!

Incredibly horrible experience. Had to call the police as I was threatened and experienced racial slurs by a deranged employee.Filed a complaint with their website and will escalate to make sure no one is exposed to such an experience again.

I have never been to an Autozone that has sold me used oil. I went in to purchase oil for my car. On the drive home it tipped over and i realized it leaking. Didnt think too much of it until a few days later when I started the oil change and come to find out, the seal on the bottle was broken and the oil was dirty. This bottle was the first one presented on their shelves. Even when i went in to exchange the bottle and present the issue they didnt even question how it happened which leads me to believe this is a common occurrence. If anything only buy small items and air fresheners from this location. Clearly cant be trusted with anything actually important for you car. The one star is for exchanging my oil. This issue should not have happened to begin with.

Service is very good but you might have to wait a bit. Seems like theyre under staffed and need more workers but cant complain about taking your time to help out your customer. Store is right of Boston Post rd, and has limited parking spaces.

AutoZone is pretty good about consistency every one I go to is setup pretty much the same way making it very easy to find stuff... Most of the time you will know more than the people working at the store so theyre usually only as much help as the computer can provide

Gamems aA manager Gamems (so?) was right on time 7:30 am. We were on a time crunch to get back to work after the holidays. Weather was horrible and we needed help getting windshield wipers for our car. “Gamems” sp? Was very helpful and we really appreciated it!

Probably the worst autozone. Spend some money and hire some knowledgable people. Completely understaffed location with a huge turnover rate. I get second class treatment because Im not a commercial account . As compared to the hack in front of me that looks like he works out of his garage but hes a professional .

I parked in the lot, as I was going to purchase new wiper blades... But my car got booted in the lot when I quickly walked away from my car for 5-10 minutes to grab something down the street before I went into AutoZone. It cost me $50 and a terrible experience.

We have used this store a few times and they have always been helpful. I got a new battery for free when the old one started to go after 3 years. What a nice surprise.

I called ahead and asked if a part was in stock, they said yes. I drove there and the part was not in stock. I then asked to rent a part and an Auto Zone employee was complaining about his hours. I was standing in front of him at the desk and he ranted for 3 minutes to another employee ignoring me.I finally was able to ask the employee if I could rent a certain part and he literally plopped a binder on the desk and walked away. I asked whats this?…he said find your part! The binder was torn, and falling apart. I found my part and this same employee rang me up, handed me a piece of of paper (not a receipt) and walked away…I asked whats this?. He said its ordered…I said OK, for when? When do I come back? The employee just walked away.This is the worst customer service next to airports. Absolutely disgusting. This place needs a new manager to hire new people with better training. I will never go back.

They have a lot of spare parts, solutions for the car, a lot of interesting stuff and the database that they have is amazing, but definitely the customer service is awful . Associates are rude and lazy to help. I used to go there even just to take a pick, but now I avoid it.

They always have or can always get the part I need within a day. The alternator I bought from here broke after a few months and it took two seconds to swap out for a new one.

This is my go to Autozone. All other local ones are way too slow and often lookup a different part than requested.

Bought a second battery from Auto Zone within four years. They never make their warranty period. They are probably under powered or have to much built in obsolescence. I have bought my drivers side head light for the second time within two two years. Also,The bulbs from Auto Zone did not last long.

It had what I need and at cashier confirm I was taking the right item.
