Treat women very differently than men. I was talked over and down to, ignored, rushed, and was given the rapid fire jargon meant to scare. My husband called and was listened to, had a calm conversation, and a much more reasonable outcome in under a minute.Very gross behavior. My husband is by no means an expert, and yet I was belittled and ignored because I am not one, despite fully understanding what was wrong with our volvo. A dead battery.I dont deserve this treatment. If you are a man and are comfortable condoning this behavior, it seems youll get help and acceptance without needing to be a mechanic yourself. If you are a woman, be prepared to be made to feel like an idiot for even attempting discuss your vehicle without being an expert mechanic yourself. Disgusting.
