The international market at State College is at a walkable distance from Downtown and easily accessible. I was able to find a wide variety of Indian products like pickles, spices, pulses, Gingely oil, etc. Their products are all from familiar Indian brands as well. They have great customer service and the staff are ready to help you out. Will definitely keep visiting to get my monthly groceries here.

Great selection ranging from Middle Eastern items to almost anything you need. Staff is very friendly and understanding. Have been shopping here for over 10 years and always a returning customer! If they do not stock an item that you need, they will order it for you, you just have to bring it to their attention. 5 stars and the best international market in town, no one else can beat their prices. A perfect place for Indian, Middle East, Asian food items. They are prices very reasonably and provides home delivery for order >$20. A blessing for International students on campus. One can find all they need and can also ask for any thing that one may need that is not available. They can arrange it.

Extremely nice employees and you can find almost anything here (If you are looking for indian foods, go for the really good brands Deep and Haldirams). This is one of my favorite places to address the nostalgia of indian food. Middle-eastern foods and spices are also available!

The cashier was very kind. The prices are pretty reasonable, considering how isolated State College is. I was able to find an excellent variety of snacks, drinks, and ingredients. If home is far away, this can make it seem a little closer.

Some items are a bit pricey. You can find most items elsewhere at half the price on most items. The aisles are very narrow and wheelchairs will not fit through some areas if you are or need a wheelchair.

Well organized and friendly international store. You will find many Chinese, Arabic, Turkish, Indian cuisine related goods here. Must stop if youre craving tastes from back home...

Went there to just see what kind of products actually they have as it’s the only one international market for desi ingredients but the behavior of the cashier creeped me out. She followed me to the parking lot and was asking me why didn’t I find anything to buy! it’s very strange that I didn’t buy anything while she had everything in her store! Honestly, I don’t think I will ever go there in future.

Interior is packed with all imaginable spices, seasonings, oils, sauces and specialty foods you could ever need for Chinese, Thai, Japanese, Korean and Middle Eastern food and more. Very reasonable prices and great selection. Friendly staff. Convient location a few blocks from downtown with limited2 free off street parking. Highly recommended.

Best place for east Asian food in state college

The best place for any international food.Very friendly staff and they even give small goodies everytime you shop.Home delivery available for free of cost if you buy items in the shop.Affordable place too!

Not a big place, but does have some interesting products from india, middle East

This place is small, doesnt have that much selection, most of the products arent what I usually buy, and its can use a face lift. So why the 5 stars?This place has that intangible feeling of satisfaction that comes with a small, local shop, a feeling lost to a world of Walmart, Costco, Amazon, etc. While I love the national discount stores for the money they save me, I find myself regularly visiting this small little place for that feeling of familiarity, walking around relaxed, picking up a few products Ive never tried before.Its hard to explain the charm this place has, maybe because it feels more like a little home than a store.

Bit overpriced

What a treat to have a shop that has an incredible amount of Indian, Halal, Turkish etc. foods and spices. A really great spot for whether you need to stock up on bulk pantry items and grains, or want a quick snack/treat. With limited produce offered as well which can save you the additional trip to the other grocery store if you’re missing a few items for tonight’s dinner. Staff are kind and helpful

Worst store i have ever been . Shopping baskets are not clean and sanitized very unclean shop products looks like very stale. Please be careful there no hygiene no hand sanitizers used on anything . Parking lot is very dangerous to enter in and exit .

The people here are nice and handy. If there is an item that is not available, they will try to provide it. Once you pay for your groceries, they usually slip a gift in your bag. If you pay in cash, you get %5 discount.

Nice selection of primarily Asian, Indian, and Middle Eastern foods such as noodles, cheeses, and sauces. Theres also a variety of fragrant dried herbs and spices to choose from. Definitely check it out if youre nearby.

As the only international market in the area, I feel there is not enough international stuff out there. I miss Asian produce in State College, and this place could have been a perfect market to ind those.

International food store real nice place, most of the food is geared toward middle east. ie... India, Pakistan, Chinese, Japanese.I was hope there maybe items from U.K.I did like it and Ill ne back.

Though it is a small place, where you can find most of the international food ( frozen, DIY meals). The owners are open to improve their inventory based on your suggestions and request to a specific product. Great place

They have a nice selection of various international food options, mostly Asian, but also some other options. I mostly came here to buy Indian Paneer cheese, but after they didnt have it in stock on two consecutive days, I started to go to the Indian store on Atherton. I didnt compare prices, but I think the International Market is cheaper and I may come back here to see if they managed to manage their stock better.

A really cool little place with just about all international food that you can think of. Couple that with excellent customer service and it was a pretty nice shopping experience.
