Guys beware!!My company, and myself have bought 6 or more vehicles from black over the past few years. I will never buy or recommend them again!I ordered a truck back in March 5 months ago,And the only reason I ordered it was because of the trade value they told me they would give me for my current truck.So I placed my order, and the truck finally comes 5 months later, and then they try to offer me $20,000 dollars LESS for my GMC 2500 AT4.Be careful with Dave.I will never do business there again.

We had a wonderful experience with Kev at Black Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. We did a lot of online shopping and narrowed our picks down to 3. Their dealership was the first we visited and we didnt bother to look anywhere else. This was my sons first time purchasing and he was offered a great deal and also helped him shop for insurance. AWESOME customer service. CLEAN vehicles. WIDE variety of New and Used vehicles. We drove 3 hours and would do it again. Highly recommend Black dealership and look for Kev!

Only giving one star because I have to. My car has been serviced at least once a month since March (I just dropped it off for the fourth time now) with similar issues. However, every time I bring it back, they tell me it’s something new (even though I’m experiencing the same problems). I’ve now spent over $5K here since March. The only person who’s worth anything there is the advisor Sherry. My family and I (several cars each) have had our vehicles serviced here for years but we will no longer be using them due to this. It’s very unfortunate that the business has gone down hill. Hopefully, this time my car will actually be repaired but quite honestly, I’m not holding my breath. Don’t let my terrible experience be yours.

If youre looking for a friendly and knowledgeable salesman at this dealership that will work with you ask for Scott Hoffman. He is transplanted from Ohio but dont hold that against Ohio. I give 4 stars because of the wait.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! Called about a 2017 Toyota Highlander. Told them when I would be there to test drive the car and the car wasn’t ready. Test drove the car and the car had almost 2500 more miles than advertised. Asked if there was anything wrong with the car and was told no that the dealership fixes anything that’s wrong with them prior to selling..I absolutely love the car but once we had the first rain I noticed the car leaks. Called the dealership about it and was told the person who sold the car would call me back. Still haven’t received a call and it’s been 3 days now.

I have never met a car salesperson anywhere Ive been with such a flat affect. Chriss attitude was negative from the start and he never smiled the whole time. It was obvious he didnt want to sell my wife a vehicle. He showed no enthusiasm whatsoever. I dont know if others at this dealership are the same way or not but I would not be interested in going back.

Dont buy a car from them. I bought a 2020 wrangler from them 3 weeks later I cant get tags for it. Come to find out they never had the title to it. Here it is a month later and the temp tags ran out! They refuse to help me. Ive contacted them several times about this. They are horrible people who just want to move inventory. They dont care who they hurt in the process. They have my contact info and will not reach out to me regarding this. Dont waste your money at this place!

I called on Friday of last week and spoke with George. From the beginning he was honest about things and never tried to get my hopes up if he wasnt sure. I honestly wasnt expecting a call back but he called Monday and needed a little more information and said he was trying to work something out. Tuesday he called and said he was able to work out a great deal for me and it definitely was way better than I expected. Everything was ready when I got to the dealership- it was such a painless process thanks to him. He was able to get me a great rate for my credit. Truly better than I ever thought. He made sure we knew anything we needed to know about the vehicle before leaving. This has been the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. The SLOWEST service department on the face of the planet!!!!!!3 1/2 hours for an oil change and 2 very basic service bulletinsUPDATEThey had to install a new headliner in my truck under warranty.When I picked up the truck after 10 days at the shop, there were dirty hand prints all over my new headliner and sun visors.Im NEVER going back there and absolutely do not recommend the service department to anyone.ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE.

My family and I have used service department for years. But my latest experience was horrible. Service writer and service manager treated me like they didn’t care if my family ever stepped foot back in their dealership or service department ever again. Service writer is not knowledgeable enough to answer customer’s questions about there vehicles. The info that their service writer gave me was incorrect and end up cost me $ 500.00 more than the original quoted price. Service manager had not regrets that his employee gave wrong info, nor did him try to help me out with the cost of the repair. Had to give 1 star because a negative star option was not available.

Its Good To Have A Hometown Dealership To Be Your Go To...My Wife and I have been working with Black Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram since 2011. They do all our service needs. Bought a 2011 Dodge Caravan, a 2013 Ram 1500, and now a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica. They are easy to work with regardless if we are trading in for a new purchase or getting a simple oil change. Our go to persons have always been Mike in sales and Sherry in service. Being called by your first name when you walk in the door makes all the difference in the world. Run for the hills..... Bought a 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from them. Within a day every light on the dash was on. They would not do anything to resolve the issues since I did not purchase a warranty. Had to spend over $4000 at another dealer to get the vehicle road worthy again. I had asked them to replace a wheel stub that was stripped and did not have a lug nut on it. Come to find out later that they just glued the lug not onto the bad stud and did not actually replace it.

Although I wasnt able to make the deal I wanted, this dealership was by far the absolute best in this area. Several thousands less than the other huge places. George was honest, very polite and not a cologne soaked typical salesman. Jamie as well was very polite and tried to get me what I was going for. I was there for maybe 1.5 hours from start to finish, the other LKN dealer, blasted my credit app to 14 other places and took all day to the point I left agitated at the very least. Blacks is where Ill purchase my next car 100%.

I understand that some peoples experiences are different than others, but if I could rate zero stars from my experience, I would. The Sales team was pushy and I felt uncomfortable the whole time I was at the dealership. We agreed on a price over the phone and when we got to the dealership, they acted like it wasnt the price we agreed on, so the total was higher than the agreed upon price. By the way, this was after negotiating on and off for 3 days. Without going into any more detail I will say this, I personally will never buy from this dealership, because I dont give business to liars.

Dont use their service department. Its absolutely terrible. They were supposed to do my brothers Jeep brakes and fix some things. Nothing major mind you....couple months later we take it to another shop and learn they didnt even do half the stuff they said they did. And now where they halfway did the things they actually worked on we are looking at atleast 3000$ to get it drivable again. We will never go back. My brother takes really good care of his Jeep and this just ruined our view of this dealership.

Dropped my Jeep off for some repairs on 01/10/20. Service dept informed me that I needed a new radiator and had to replace a rocker arm and cam. Should have my Jeep back 1/20/20 is what I was told. Just got off the phone with service dept this morning and it appears that while putting my radiator in they broke a valve and now it will be ready 1/25/20 if the part comes in. Hopefully they will compensate me for extended amount of time for repairs.The bright side, Sherry in customer service is phenomenal to work with. Always upbeat, very informative and honest. The delay was not her fault but she always shows empathy for the customer.Other than Sherry, not too impressed with this location.

Took my 2012 Chrysler Town N Country in on July 9th. Sherry was my Service person. I explained to her that my car was running perfect however I had a strong coolant smell and that I was driving from FL to NY for a family trip. I explained to her that I was going to leave the car and rent a car so they had time to assess the car properly. I left at 8am and went on my trip at 11:30am Sherry called me and told me that I needed the head gasket replaced, a new radiator, hoses replaced, and the water pump replaced. She told me that I should savage the vehicle and that it was beyond repair. She advised me that because we put Stop leak in the vehicle that everything would need to be replaced! There was NO estimate given, She told me she would hook me up with her best salesman...... So I had the car towed to a shop and had them pressure test the vehicle and check it completely out, not only was it not pressure checked it was not the head gasket or any of the other parts stated! There was 1 hose that was cracked that was spewing coolant all over the passenger side of the car! $130 fix!!!!! Very disappointed that you would take advantage of a traveler like that, if you did it to me how many others are you taking advantage of?!?!?!?

Ordered parts but never called me for service. Went for parts and installation and the forgot my appointment. Now they ordered a part I was told it would be around 2 hours to complete the installation and I called after 4 hours and they said they just now sent it back for installation.I won’t be going back to purchase a car or to have any service work done if possible.I love my car 2017 Jeep Wrangler sport unlimited.Have a great day

My husband and I went in both looking for new vehicles, they price range and the payments they gave us were absolutely outrageous and wanted a ton of money down for a lease! We were told that no matter where we go we’d get the same numbers. We went to another dealership and they blew them out of the water. Much much better deals and friendly people who aren’t pushing you into a sale! We weren’t even offered a test drive let alone to step inside the vehicle! All this place wanted was our money and had no shame in asking for anything they wanted. Buyer beware

Was driving thru on vacation and about to head thru the Appalachian Mountains, headed north when my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee, started to produce a rumble from the rear end. So before I hit the mountains I decided to stop at this dealer for a safety check. Came in on a Friday at 1130 and was told I could get the vehicle in at 1pm, not bad when you want a safety check on your vehicle on a Friday near noon. So upon me waiting I notice my lug nuts where loose on a rear tire(not a solid review for my tire guys, that put on new tires a week ago). So I went back into the service desk and told RISHAN, who was the man who first waited on me and upon telling him my lugs were loose he immediately went back to the shop got a ratchet and tightened down my lugs for me free of charge. Great Service from a great employee, Thanks RISHAN & the Black dealership!

Took my Dodge Ram 3500 in for airbag and tie rod recall was called and told truck was ready for pickup I came the next day to pick up the truck and was told they would pull it around for me I waited for over 30mins and still no truck I walked around to the shop area to find my truck with the hood up and a tech standing with it I asked what the issue was and was told nothing was wrong that they just wanted to take a look at it when they job was already completed the day before which seemed strange as the tech was closing the hood he managed to drop tools on the fender once I leave I didn’t even make it half a mile from the dealer and realized the alignment was so far off you couldn’t hardly keep they truck in its lane so I took the truck back and the service advisor said they would handle it as I’m waiting to be picked up one of the tech pulled the truck around while he was waiting for someone to open a bay door he repeatedly kept reving the truck after I leave that same afternoon I get a call saying the truck has been aligned and I should have no issues so I return to pickup the truck and once I’m on the road the truck is still way out of alignment had to take the truck to another shop to have them fix what the dealership could not would not recommend to anyone for even the simplest of service from black dodge Jeep and ram could possibly be the worst experience I have had when it comes to repair work

Its a rarity I complain on social media. When a dealer is paid to inspect a vehicle on my behalf, and per the service tech who defined exactly what would be done, I paid them to turn on every switch, check all fluids and help me anticipate future repairs. They fail at it... only to have the service tech defend the mechanic and the manager defend the service tech.... so....sometimes you just have to call them out.Hey Bill, the Jeep dealership manager, you should learn to do the right thing. The right thing is to pay to fix what your mechanic missed. At a minimum...refund the inspection fee. Doing nothing or paying to tell me how much it will cost me to fix what you missed...really? Next time, dont be that guy.As the owner of Black Automotive, I would find manager who can relate to clients. Not make weak efforts to pacify unhappy customers. This was a truly weak response. Wont be back.

Horrible place to buy a car. The salesmen were extremely rude. After showing interest in a car and wanted to proceed with negotiations, they basically told us to leave the dealership. I would not recommend anyone visit or do business with them. Rocco does not know how to talk to customers or how to sell a car. After asked if they would sell us the car, he replied “Not to you.” I feel sympathy for anyone who has to speak with him in the future.

Was looking at a vehicle here and called to inquire and made an appointment to see it. Couldnt make the appointment due to an emergency and cancelled the appointment. Soon after I had someone calling me nonstop from the dealership and I was unable to answer. Hours later they called again from a restricted number (I assume hoping I would answer) and I did and hung up when I realized who it was, they then called me again 3 more times from the restricted number. Not professional in the least. I understand wanting to make a sale but this is beyond ridiculous.

My sales person Mark Odom was great but it goes downhill from there. Bought a new Dodge Ram 2500 last December and I love the truck. Problem is I cant keep it out of the service department. Been in 3 times with transmission issues and still having issues. They say it is fixed but transmission still makes a humming noise. On my way to Florida in July my power steering goes out and I loose a days vacation waiting for my truck to be repaired in SC. Had to pay for repair out of my pocket for some reason and also had to stay overnight. I still have not been reimbursed for my 260.00 it cost me to repair truck not to mention loosing a days vacation. My power steering is still not right but my service person in Statesville ( Ra......?) stated I needed to take this up with CORPORATE. This is his standard answer when I ask something. Well I did not buy my truck from CORPORATE I bought it from Black Chrysler Dodge in Statesville. Just very frustrated and disappointed. Guess my next step will be to take my truck to another dealership to try and get some satisfaction. You would think if you had a vehicle in the shop 5 times someone would call you and ask a few questions. I know if I owned a dealership I would be calling or somebody better be.All I want is for my truck to be fixed or if you can not fix it RIGHT then find me another truck.

My salesperson (Michael Summers), was a very nice guy and I enjoyed meeting him. However, my experience at Black Chrysler Jeep Dodge went downhill from there. I test drove a used vehicle with low mileage. The rearview mirror was loose, the tires were out of balance, the front end was out of alignment, and the fluids were low (coolant and wiper fluid). All of these issues, though minor and easily corrected, played into my decision to make an offer on the vehicle lower than the asking price. The salesperson and sales manager refused to budge on the price. I was completely fine with the fact they did not want to sale me the vehicle I offered to buy. I was simply surprised at the lack of effort by the sales staff to make a sale.

Will never, ever return to that place, bring my challenger in for a simple oil change and inspection and the car comes out of there with a dent in drivers fender, careless people!
