We purchased our first Nissan at Flow Nissan of Statesville last week and this is the first time Ive ever been to a dealership where there was NO pressure to purchase a vehicle at all. General Sales Manager Sean was very helpful in getting me started and allowed me to take the vehicle home for my wife to see before we considered purchasing it. Kirah was the first sales consultant I spoke with, but, when she had to go out of town, Jake took over as my sales consultant. Jake was personable, funny and VERY knowledgeable about the Rogue we were looking at to purchase and He explained everything we needed to know about the car. When it was time to make a decision we had one of the best financial agents Ive ever dealt with workup the prices . Again, no pressure and no hidden agenda with Tyler. We were happy with the deal we got and it didnt take us very long to accept the offer. We live 38 miles from Statesville, but it was worth the drive to buy from this dealership. If you are considering purchasing a Nissan, I highly recommend you take a drive to Flow Nissan of Statesville to purchase one. I promise, you wont regret it!!! I know when it is time for me to purchase another, thats were Im going.

Went and got Air put in my 2020 Nissan Rogue this morning. The guy was very helpful even though they was short staff. Called back and talk to a girl to make sure they had nitrogen air. She was very unprofessional and rude. This is not the first time we had a encounter with her. Calling cooperate!!

What can I say,  its hard enough being a full time working mom of 2.  Things get even harder when youre also a 30 something year old whos accumulated 0 ZERO credit, looking to finance a car for the first time.  The guys at Flow Nissan of Statesville could not have done a better job at getting me in a vehicle, on the one day I had available to get it all done.   Devin made us feel welcome and comfortable from the start.  Honestly if it hadnt been for his genuine, positive and kind personality...I probably wouldnt have stayed once I realized I wasnt going to be easily approved.  Psssh,  not with my anxiety anyways! But I felt like I was in safe hands from the start. Tyler helped coordinate the details and did everything he could to help me out with a seamless process. This is an honest dealer. Their numbers are clear and there is no bait and switch. Sean the manager was awesome to work with and Jake my sales person took care of everything. We had been to some other big dealers in the area and their sales tactics were shady at best. The guys at Flow Nissan were honest. Other dealers should take some notes on how these guys operate. Honesty goes a long way. This is my first Nissan and I love the Titan. I would buy from these guys again.

Jake Lancaster - 5 STARS!Jake was an absolute pleasure to work with. From start to finish he was respectful, professional, informative, and personal. My husband is deployed and upon finding out this he didn’t treat us any different; because he truly couldn’t have been any kinder, or personal to myself or my mother-in-law.I take away a star because of the other employees at this facility. Specifically the GM, and the man named Tyler that we also worked with.The General Manager kept interrupting Jake mid-sentence, and treated him in a way that it was clear he did not respect him as an employee. It was the unfortunate typical “I’m the boss of you” attitude, it was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable to watch. I was hesitant to even add that into my review because of concern for how it would affect Jakes work environment upon the GM reading this.Tyler, I believe was in finance also would abruptly interrupt Jake showing no respect for his colleague, yet Jake showed unbelievable professional, respect, and patience while being disrespected in front us as customers. Tyler made comments behind his colleagues back like; “He’s not perfect, but it’s a good thing I am.” after a simple paperwork error, following a paperwork error that Tyler also made. He also made demanding comments like “Get my papers off the printers.” or “Thanks for asking me, I want want one.” when Jake asked if we would like a water or soda.Ultimately, I would recommend you buy a vehicle from this dealership solely because of Jake Lancaster’s professional, ability to educate, and overall experience buying through him.

I use to love going to Classic Nissan! But every since they switched over to Flow I rather go to another town to get my car serviced. They will tell you one price but will have a totally different price when it’s time to pay. Pay attention to your receipts!! They blame it on a system update every time. Appointments are crazy. You can make an appointment but they expect you to sit and wait on it. If you leave WITH an appointment they service the people that’s waiting in the waiting room first, even if your appointment was first. We are still in a pandemic! Not everyone wants to sit in public places 😷

Absolutely fantastic! Jake and Sean Donnelly were amazing! I spoke with Sean many times over the phone and he made the entire experience so easy and enjoyable. Flow Nissan of Statesville is the place to go. I can, with all sincerity, tell you that Sean is an HONEST salesperson. I didnt think honest, trustworthy people like Sean exist in car dealerships. I am 41 years old. Ive bought and sold over 15 cars in my adult life and I have never had a good experience at a dealership where I didnt feel pressured, bullied, or shamed into spending more or agreeing to a deal I didnt want until now. Sean really took the time to listen to what I wanted, explained all of my options, answered all of my questions, returned all of my calls and emails in less time than I would have thought. He made the entire car buying process very easy. I originally started out with my own bank financing. Sean was great about getting things faxed over quickly. In the end, my bank wanted to charge me added fees and expenses my bank didnt explain to me up front. I thought everything was a bust at that point. But Sean was able to get the deal done and financed through Nissan in a way that made better sense for me financially. I even got an honest trade in value for my 2019 Kia Forte. I never felt pressured, I am very pleased with the end result of the deal, my trade in value was appropriate to what my car was actually worth, the price of the new Nissan was not over inflated. This is how buying a car should be. Jake was awesome too, explaining all the features on my new 2021 Nissan Sentra SV. Jake even sent me a video to see the leg room in the backseats because this was a concern I had for my kids. I know all dealerships say Dont go anywhere else and make you a lot of promises. Im not going to promise you anything. Im just going to say, give them a chance, you will NOT be disappointed! Ive owned 6 Kias in a row, and Ive been loyal to Kia for many years even though they are pushy, blood sucking vultures. My tire kept going low and I asked them to look at it when I did my oil change because I was going to the beach. They said they would and never mentioned anything in my tire. At the beach, we discovered a nail in the tire that they apparently couldn’t find. This isn’t the first time this has happened. I’ve had the same issue before (once I took it in JUST for them to check my tire and it kept going low, Flow told me they didn’t find anything but it went low again so I had to pay another shop to find the nail and that shop did so within 5 minutes). Now, I need new tires and will NOT be using flow and will probably be finding someone else to do my mechanic work.

Will and Kira were wonderful, as was management. I can be pretty hard on a sales team but they rose to the occasion and got me the car I wanted at the price I would pay. There was some haggle as to be expected but ultimately we agreed on a price and my trade and I was able to walk away with a 2021 Platinum Rogue which was the color and build out I wanted. If you have not seen the new Rogue, and drive a small SUV, take a look. They have made leaps and bounds on this vehicle.

They give you all the information you need in order to make a intelligent decision.They never strong arm you and are very fair with their prices.I recently purchased a second vehicle from the dealership. I received the customary text a week following welcoming me to the flow family. I thought about that text throughout the day and realize thats exactly how they made me feel. Throughout the purchase of both vehicles both will and Joseph went out of the way to answer any questions that I would have.About 10 days following the purchase of the second vehicle my engine light came on. I was able to bring it into the dealership the next day they were able to put it on their computer identify the problem order the part install the part when it came in and save me over $600.

Typically purchasing a car can be a hassle and they will hound you throughout the process but the staff here was the complete opposite. I had dealt with multiple dealerships this week and this was by far the best staff and provided the best service. I have been in sales for 5 years and know what great service looks like and this dealership provides that. I brought my vehicle in stating I had a tire pressure light on and I thought it may be a bad sensor, after changing the oil, and recalibrate the sensor they sent me on my way, about 5 miles from dealership the light came back on an hour later I was told it was a bad battery in the sensor and they would order it and call me in a couple days, well it’s 6 days and about 16 hours since and I haven’t heard back! The oil change worked out ok so they get 2 stars on a stretch

Poor experience, i liked a Titan that was on their website. Came to the dealership ready to buy, instead was greeted by salesman with can you move your vehicle? No hi or how are you doing today. Bad first impression. Instead I went to nissan of shelby and bought a 2020 titan sv.Response to dealership:If the dealership were concerned about safety, they would not park the new vehicles on the embankment right off the highway where they know people are going to walk up there and look at the trucks on display. I parked on the embankment so I wouldnt have to walk and cross in front of in coming traffic. Its time to stop risking the safety of your customers for the benefit of advertising!!

I just purchased a Murano Platinum edition 2020 on this past week due to a total loss accident in the month of January. My experience with Flow Nissan in Statesville was an impeccable process. The level of expertise, professionalism, and customer service was the best that I have experienced in a long time. I dealt with Mr. Reggie Jackson, the New Car Manager. He was able to listen to my near tragic story and demonstrated empathy in how frustrating this financial process has been for me. I owe Flow Nissan an abject apology for giving them a one star rating. That honor goes to Classic Nissan of Statesville for their poor customer service and lying about the maintenance records on the 2018 Nissan Sentra I purchased from them being up to date. The general manager of Flow Nissan immediately responded after my post and even though it was not their problem has made an offer to try and rectify the situation. Crooks!!!Do not shop here. The first clue should have been I was the only person in the showroom. I was offered a fraction of what my vehicle was worth. I said thank you and prepared to leave. The sales representative stopped me. He went to his manger and offered me a good deal on my trade. We worked out a deal right down to the dollar. We were agreed at $390 per month for 36 months. This was after 1.5 hours of working through the logistics, (APR, Term of the loan, etc.). The sales rep comes back at the last moment and adds $7,000 to the cost of their vehicle. We are now back at $560 per month for 36 months. This is “creative accounting” at it’s best.

After a very bad experience buying my last car at a dealership on Mooresville My husband and I were not looking forward to the process of buying another new car! But from the moment we stepped into Nissan of Statesville I knew we were going to be taken care of. Recently I was in need of getting new tires for my truck. Initially I wanted to do some special modification and outfitting to the truck. I was able to get in contact with Ian Grohs, the parts manager. He saved me a lot of time, effort, and hassle down the road. His product knowledge about parts and vehicles is exceptional, and he will put for the effort to help you understand and provide you a great experience. I was able to make a wise purchase on my tires, and get the additional items taken care of that was needed. He also went the extra mile in providing great service that I did not have to wait as long. Definitely consider using Classic Nissan of Statesville, and speak with Ian. Great guy with a great personality.

Not only was I able to get a car but I really wanted an SUV and they helped me get one. Most other dealerships wouldnt help me because of my credit but this time it was not an issue.
