Traveling from Florida to NY with a toddler and 2 dogs when our Toyota started experiencing shaking in the front end. The awesome people at this location got us right in, they let our dogs come inside the lobby as well. In under 45 minutes, they had us back on the road. Even gave my son a balloon. Katie in the service department was so great!

As first time buyers, we were nervous to start this process after hearing stories about other places, but this team was focused on looking out for us and the car we wanted rather than pushing to make a sale. Would highly recommend making the trip to see them.

Terrible experience with the service dept here. Took our 2019 tundra here for oil change and tire rotation. Found on our multi point inspection that a front strut was in the Red and needed changed due to component failure . Which wasnt brought to our attention. When we asked about the strut we were told it wasnt a big issue and just worry about it next service. Our next service date will be over mileage for the warranty (big surprise). Also the advisor said this is happens when hauling alot or off roading. The truck hauls a 6x12 trailer once every 3-6 months also has never been off road since purchased brand new. I will never take another vehicle here again. Took to Hendrick Toyota and they said it was a part failure and would replace asap. So they ordered the part and are going to make the repair.Just goes to show that after sales customer care isnt there priority. I would never buy another vehicle here just for this reason. And for sure will never take another vehicle there for any type of service.

Mr. Jerry Lambert made the impossible possible for me. My truck had lost its driveshaft and carrier bearing on Thursday, while I was driving to work. Mr. Lambert was able to get me into a new car by Saturday. The day and 1 hour before needing to leave for work. I went to them on Friday at 5pm after waiting all day to hear what was wrong with my truck. Arrived late that evening and Mr. Lambert was able to find me a car in Winston-Salem and had gotten me approved for a loan by 7pm. I just came in to browse around and left with a new Ruby Red highlander which i love. I will never purchase another car from any dealer other than flow toyota unless Todd leaves, then i will follow him to the next one!

Our company purchased TWO brand new 2021 Highlanders at the end of March. I didn’t go test drive- I purchased over the phone and they delivered them both the next day. I paid them IN FULL for both vehicles at the time of delivery. Everything seemed to be perfect…..until…..here it is nearly the end of July (FOUR MONTHS LATER) and I STILL do not have a title. Apparently, their clerks inverted numbers and messed up our VINs. We have been through two temp tags and when the last one ran out, I had to demand a dealer tag - which they weren’t going to bring me. They had the audacity to ask me to spend my time and gas to get it. We have been on 18 phone calls- spent numerous hours- and guess what? I STILL DONT HAVE A TITLE for one of the Highlanders. Our corporate lawyer has encouraged me to return the vehicles, as I have legal right, but I’m waiting a few more days to see what Flow can do. Once it’s been 4 FULL months of fully paid for vehicles- if I still have no title- they’re BOTH being returned. Oh, and there’s been no offerings of “sorry” made. They haven’t offered any services….nothing….besides hunting down the issues- which we have had to BEG them to do- and it’s their J-O-B. So, wanna buy your car from FLOW? Beware.
