Love servicing our vehicles here and the free car wash passes come in handy! The guys here are always kind and dont try to rip you off. I usually pull up with tim hortons donuts for them for their hard work. Keep doing what you do!

These are my go to guys. Friendly, reliable, consistently the same guys who always want to do more and build loyalty through their hard work and great service. One of the few places that will change out difficult headlights. I highly recommend them for oil changes and much more.

Excellent Car Wash. Only place I go to get my vehicles washed. Prices are comparable to surrounding car washes, but the equipment is better than other car washed. Always get the Platinum Wash and my car looks amazing. Towel drying is free, but I tip because I appreciate the service.

Service very very no goodF++++++ i have been here for 16 years doing car repair and oil changes. however, the glass cracked during the car wash . it is said that he cant fix that there is no fault .the services is the worst. very very no good

Hit a nasty puddle that ripped my exhaust up and caused it to drag, this happened at 8 Mile and Livernois. Called several shops and they were all rude or getting ready to leave. Stopped at one shop that said they could fix it, got there and they were closing. Drop everything one mile over and found Ryan Road Auto, for $20 and 10 min of work they got my exhaust back up. Glad some places still care about people needing help. And my car sounds better

We’ve been here several times for our older minivan. They are always prompt and reliable. It’s hard to find a mechanic that is trustworthy but these guys are. Today they fit in a brake job for me among tons of oil changes and I only had to leave it for a couple hours. Highly recommended.

I walked in for an oil change and they left my oil filter loose. Thank god for the pool of oil in my driveway for me to notice before it was too late. I checked my oil and only 2 quarts were left. This is CRAZY I don’t recommend at all. My brand new driveway is stained, thanks a lot Ryan road auto.

I called today to inquire about patches and plugs for tires mind you when searching for this place everywhere it says 730pm closing time. So I called to inquire about this the guys tells me last car 645pm. So I ask do you close early he says yes our hours are different during winter time. I politely hung up and said okay thanks. I then called back said my gps says I can get there by 650 at the latest he rudely takes deep breath sighs and explains to me how he’s been there all day he’s tired and he has plans and really didn’t want to take me. Overall terrible customer service experience over the phone. I wish I took the guys name but the call was at 641pm Tuesday January 21st 2020.

I went there and I had my own oil and FilterUsually they charge 25$ with the fliterHe wanted 35$ for the oil change only but I do have my own filter and oil so should be 25$ for the label only so that’s isn’t business to runs for good customer serviceThe owner has to know that because I’m sure you guys will lose customers for that way

Everyone is very nice. They do a great job drying off car afterwards. Attendant Noticed that one of my wipers was torn. He directed me to the oil change place to have it replaced. If I was out in the rain then it would of been a bad time to find out. Glad he noticed it when he did.

Alfred the Mechanic is very sharp, knew what was wrong and fixed my wiring for my windows, very honest people there and they don’t try to rip you off, I will only go there from now on for all my car needs. I always have gotten oil changes there and light work done but I will now go there for major problems as well!!! God bless you guys, Thank you so much!!!!

Service here is okay just depends on who you get. Wish everyone knew what they were doing. Because I recently purchased a new vehicle, I will be going back to the dealer for service. I wouldnt trust a new vehicle with any of these outside auto shops.

I have been going there for at least 7 years now apparently they have changed management, the person who worked on the car forgot to tighten the drain screw which lead to oil leaks on my brand new driveway i go under and the screw turns without any tools just using my fingers. Im glad i caught this before it drained all of the oil out of my favorite car thankfully have not been driving it much. i will never ever take any of my cars there again and i highly suggest that you dont but if you do be sure to check after them. pictures coming soon.

I go car wash almost 4 times weekly in this place they are very nice but my bad experience is was in oil change It’s really bad customer service and not respect the person he worked there talking for bad way and I feel bad for this place has like that person
