Someone backed into my car and I brought it here because it had good reviews. So glad I did! Jeff was super friendly and helpful. The shop did all the communication with the insurance company and gave me regular updates on the progress.Jeff made everything incredibly easy on me the whole time and answered all my questions. Got my car back and it looks great! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking.

Best place to get your car repaired. First off the service Manger Paul is knowledgeable and curtious to me and my husband.He takes the time to understand and listen to us about whats going on with our vehicles. The place is always clean and well kept up. The mechanics are top notch,clean,friendly, and listen and take care of your needs.WE drive 60 miles to get our car fixed there and only there.

I bought a used truck... They gave me a good run down on what needed to be fixed..and what will need attention later. They are Great. Did not push any menu on me ..to have everything fixed.. They also work very well with Ins co... These guys are my new go-to guys for my repairs.... And I was surprised..they have a rewards program..i received a Service Card in the mail..to use on my next repair/service. Free money..great service..friendly..not pushy... Highly recommended..

I had a hole in my tire. I work next door and was in a bit of a jam. Dropped my car off during my lunch break, and the tire was patched and ready to go within 45 minutes. Recently stopped in at Showcase to get my car looked at after I struck a curb at a low speed. My gas pedal was vibrating lightly at higher speeds, and a sound could be heard from the wheel that struck the curb while driving. I figured I would maybe need an alignment or a wheel balancing.Upon getting the car looked at by Showcase Auto Repair, I was informed there was much more work to be done. The wheel was bent, requiring a new one, the wheel bearing was also shot (apparently) requiring a replacement. I would also require an alignment, and was advised that I should probably throw 4 new tires on the car too. (Why not, right? They arent expensive or anything!) My running total, including labor, would come to around $1100 without the tires. Whoa, WAY more than I expected. I decided to get another opinion, so I took the car to my father-in-law who lives about an hour and a half away to see what he thought. He has been an owner/operator of a small town mechanic shop for the last 30 years and knows his stuff.Within 20 minutes he got back to me. The wheel was bent, nothing more. He told me that I could get the wheel straightened, or get a replacement. Get it straightened?! I wish showcase would have told me that was an option.Showcase also let me know that I COULD get a used wheel, but they were only around $100 cheaper than the $560 full price of a new one, so why not go for the new one. To that point I agreed. However, upon looking for a wheel myself, I found a fully reconditioned exact OEM match for my wheels for $250 from a local shop that does that kind of work all day. That same local shop also let me know that theyd try to fix my wheel first for $125 instead of buying a new one, but upon further inspection it was indeed center bent, and straightening it wouldnt be an option.To recap, I was quoted and UPSOLD additional parts that were in perfect working order by Showcase Auto Repair, and was not informed of all my options, but instead pushed in one linear direction that would cost me the absolute most.That practice is what gives mechanic shops a horrible reputation. I WILL be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well. The only reason that Showcase doesnt get one star is for the simple fact that they were personable and timely in their responses.After getting my new wheel balanced and on my car, its back to like new condition. No sounds, no vibrations, nothing. All for 25% of what I was quoted here.

Fabricated and installed a new battery harness/cable assembly for 2004 Jeep Gr Cherokee, plus worked with auto-zone to replace my warrantied battery. I thought the price was really fair, and their honesty and service was excellent. Thanks again!

Showcase was recommended by a friend so i thought i would try them out. Took my wives van in and they did and awesome job and the prices are great, ill be taking my car here now as well.

They seem alright, until I have oil on my garage floor, and find out they did not replace a crush washer for my oil change. And I had also asked for them to check for a weird noise every time after getting my car washed, said they saw nothing. Took it to another place, turns out my rim has a dent.Update: I learned that only one nut was in place on one of my wheels, other four were lost. This shop was the only one that serviced my car. VERY dissatisfied with the service, as they left my car in an unsafe matter.

Ok! So i am always intimidated usually when i bring my car into a shop because i never know whats going to happen. Im a young lady and from some of the experiences Ive had i always seemed to get F’ed over usually by a mechanic telling me i got to come out of so much money for the smallest things. However, i just want to say showcase Showed UP!!!I went in because i had a crack in my exhaust manifold, which was causing my car to be very loud & and have a weird idle. Took it in weds morning spoke to Paul, he explained to me the process and seeing what would be covered under my warranty. Called me back told me what they would cover and what i owed! He was very informative and very helpful. I absolutely loved it.Fixed the manifold, also replaced an 02 sensor, car was done before i even got off work. Even explained to me when i got there what else might arise.Long Story short i ended up paying 1/3rd of the price another shop originally estimated me for.....Paul if you see this just know i am grateful and i appreciate the work u did on my car. I have had several of my own cars repaired there, and have sent my friends to Owens Auto Pros. Myself and everyone else has been extremely happy with the service. This is the only place I would go to get my car repaired. Wayne, the owner, has always been trustful when diagnosing problems that I have had. He explains exactly what I need and tells me what I dont need. He is fair on his pricing and gets the car in and out very fast.

Very courteous and gave estimate before doing work, and the cost did not change. They were very courteous. I am very pleased with their service.

I was very happy with my experience at Owens Auto Pros. I was in the process of buying a used car and had a full car inspection completed. While I was there, he offered to do a free brake inspection on my moms car. Prices seem very reasonable and the service is excellent. I would definetly recommend bringing your car in for service here.
