These guys are great. They dont BS you to sell you stuff you dont need. Top Quality Care is top quality. Theyre fast and their prices are reasonable. I completely trust them. My husband trust them to take care of my car and his truck. When they do find something wrong, they tell us and then show us. I now send my friends and kids there as well. Its close to home so I call it our neighborhood shop. We had a transmission replaced by them. They did a phenomenal job. Last visit we got an oil change and and wipers. We got the best stuff. Synthetic oil and RainX wipers. It cost us $125.00. Not bad.

Been here twice now, once for a tire and now for brakes. Both time the staff at the counter were very kind and helpful. One even offered to drive me home so I didnt have to wait in shop for my brake job. Now prices might not be the lowest in town but they are reasonable and well within the market prices if not on the competitive side. They are now starting to become the place I go for anything car work related.

Came in for an oil change. Fadi and the other individual (I didnt grab her name), were super kind and helpful. They werent as fast as what Im used to at other places. But I have to say Fadis kindness and customer service when talking to me was awesome. Ill be back for more.

I recently purchased a used car in November and ran into the first batch of problems with the car. I live in Indiana now but this is my local shop I grew up near by and the problems I ran into really make me wish these guys had a location where I moved. My windshield wiper stopped working so I called them for a quote after talking to a dealership, they gave me the fair price to pay which was 30% lower then what the dealer was telling me, which I was able to use to confidently shop around local shops in Indiana until I found a local shop that would match that price. Great people!

SCAM RIP OFF stay away at any cost from these people I dont where they are from they are not from here the way they do business could be only described scam and rip off. They jack up prices at the counter they charge you for things they dont do and they come up with lame excuses they even go as far and cause damage to your car if you complain. Terrible disgusting people when it comes to the costumer service STAY AWAY better pay more but go somewhere else.

Amazing service. Very fast and good value. They explained everything wrong and made sure I understood. Most of the staff have a bad attitude and try to sell you more than what you need. Will never go back again.

I took my sprinter van out there for alignment and transmission fluid flush. They said that in that on order to do the alignment I also needed to change the tie rod ends as they were worn out. That is understandable. The van is pulling a bit to the right, but at this point I cannot confirm whether that is due to bad alignment or simply tire pressure. The worst thing is was that they charged me $160.00 for transmission flush that they never completed. They couldnt have. The oil pan was completely clean underneath and the transmission fill tube has a cap on it with a tab that breaks off when you attempt to remove it. Mine was intact. There is no other way to remove the fluid and putting it back in without going through either of these. This means that I was scammed out of $160 and it makes me wonder whether they did the other things that they were supposed to do. I WOULD NEVER TAKE ANY OF MY VEHICLES THERE AGAIN!

Right away, they pulled my car into the garage and helped me. They couldnt find problems with the tire, but the seal around the tire had been releasing air. They resealed it and gave me a discount!! Very unethical place. I took my car there to weld on a couple resonators to my exhaust system. After they finished I noticed that the exhaust was welded back up uneven. I went back and spoke to the manager who assured me they would take care of it and to bring the car back. When I came back to pick it up I was hit with a $100 labor fee. They charged me again to fix their mistake!! I was forced to pay the ransom for them to release my car back to me!!

Terrible.. oil change full service price went up for no reason. Paying almost 35 for regular oil is non sense and they didnt even fill my windshield wiper fluid all the way that my low windshield fluid light came on the next day. Never going back again.

Being new to the area (moved from Iowa), I was somewhat apprehensive in finding a reputable mechanic. After shopping around for a while, I decided to go with Top Quality. Chris and the rest of the staff are always courteous and willing to explain every step of the work involved.Top Quality will not give you the runaround, and from my experience, offer the most reasonable prices in the metro Detroit area. Most importantly, they stand by their work, run a clean shop and are good at what they do.Ive had the A/C unit in my wifes Taurus replaced & recharged, and the transmission fluid in my Sport Trac flushed. Very satisfied with all work performed!

Took my truck for trailer wiring. They stuck a tester in the receptacle and said everything is good. Trailer lights still did not work. So I had to find a bare wire under the dash and fix it myself. Then I was getting an error code for my fuel cooler. They told me its normal because my truck has an EGR Delete on it. Well that cant be possible because of the fuel cooler cooling system is self-contained and has nothing to do with the EGR. I took my fender well out and inspected the pump and wiring myself and found the connection unplugged and plugged it back in myself and everythings fixed. These guys have no idea what theyre doing and if they have to diagnose something Im pretty sure theyll just throw tons of parts at it till they fix it. Instead of finding out what is wrong

The new manager Joe was a wonderful and helpful man. I didnt catch anyone elses name that was there. He was verry respectful and kind and made getting my car fixed easy highly recommended coming here with the new manager that is working here.

Lied to me about different part replacement and placed the same part back in. Proceeded to keep lying until the owner got involved. At first, the owner stuck with his guys saying we put a different part in but after pulling both the new part and my original part which had the exact same item numbers and finally, he admitted they were not changing the parts and removed all the extra labor hours they somehow fit in. A simple one hour fix was billed as three hours. The manager and the owner were incredibly crooked and my sympathy for the employees trying to make a living with such shady practices.

If I could give this company negative stars I would. I brought my car here last here for warranty work and the absolutely tried to rip me off. I caught it and took my car else where. I left a negative review based on my experience. My boss use to bring his trucks here so the owner of this company talked to my boss who asked me to take it down. Well guess what I remembered. This place is a horrible business and it is ran by a true con artist.

I have aftermarket rims on my escape and I got a flat on my rear driver side, I told them I need one tire and they try to sell me on all 4 tires... the others were ok but still talked me into buying all 4 so I did. Didnt like that cause of the pressure . I drive my car home and it starts shaking like my wheels were gonna fall off. I was going 60 mph. I take it back the next day and the said they fixed 2 tires. So I start driving home and its still doing it but not as bad. I took them off and put on factory rims.They’ve been off for a while and today I decided to take them to discount tire and have them re-balanced. One tire was 1 ounce off another tire was 4 ounces off and the other two tires were between 7-8 ounces off.. do not go to this place

We have had multiple pre owned vehicles inspected here and have always had fantastic service. We only wish we lived closer so we could have our vehicles serviced here regularly.

Hey, watch out. greedy owner will charge you to put air in your tires. What a complete idiot to not realize that if he would be a nice guy and spend a few seconds to put air in a tire he MIGHT get future business and it costs nothing to do it. Especially when there were no cars being worked on....hmmm....wonder why?

Do not go hear for any major work!!! They changed my head gasket at a $1650 bill not to only have my engine blown up a couple months later. They claimed no responsibility even though I kept going back with constant issues. Frauds!

I called to see if they had a used tire size and they did. I asked how much. And when i got there they tried to charge me ten dollars more a tire. The same day i had them replace my rear brakes and they were teaching an employe how to do the rear brakes. So what they dont even have certified mechanics working there? I got my car back and started driving and the rear brakes were being weard. So i called and asked if they can check it out. They never moved my car from the spit i parked it. So i called and they said my braked were defective and that they were going to have to charge me again to replace them. But still they never even took my car in to look at it again. Whats wrong with mechanic these days? they seem to want the money but never give you the service . it is something that is very important and dangerous if something goes wrong but they want the money and not care about anything else.

This place is horrible, they told my father the transmission was defective but lets mount it because it could have a slight chance of working....... really?

When you visit this place you feel like you are with family, they are friendly, honest and offer best service and best price, I will definitely recommend this place to any one needs good service.
