I appreciate the fact I didnt have to wait to go near home for a beauty supply, it was close to my job, as I dont always have time after work. Thank you guys so much! 💜

They didnt have what I wanted but the guy helped me find something else. And the lady gave me free samples of a product that worked great on my hair. I will be back for the full size product next time.

Kenny was very patient & nice. I am so glad to have a beauty supply store close to me. I would like to see a greater selection of hair for weaving with color options. Since they are just figuring out what to order its 5 stars until my next visit.

Great selection! Owner was friendly. I’m glad they opened a beauty supply closer to my house now I don’t have to drive all the way to the city.

I bought 2 packs of crochet butterfly locs (17.99 each pack) from here the day before. The next day I tried to install 2 locs and couldnt even install them because both locs unraveled while trying to crochet them on.I took both packs back the next day to exchange or store credit because I knew he wouldnt give me a refund. The owner refused to exchange the hair and offered store credit for one pack because I had opened the other pack and now he cant resell the hair (even though both packs were opened and I had shown him how horrible the quality of hair was to even consider reselling)I attempted to put the hair back in the pack so he would let me exchange the hair and he told me Ms thats not gonna work and refused to let me exchange the other pack, take store credit or even have the number to the corporate office.He only finally allowed me to exchange the hair store credit after I refused to leave and threatened to call the police. Then he told me take my business elsewhere like I did something wrong to him and continued to scold me because he could not resale the pack of horrible quality hair that I opened. Kelly beauty supply on Van Dyke near 11 mile, has a bigger selection and better quality hair.UPDATE: The owner responds to my review stating that he didnt know what type of hair to carry but as a paying, respectful customer I was constantly scolded because he could not resell the hair because it was out the pack even after I told him several times it was poor quality. I guess selling horrible hair is more important than keeping respectful, paying customers. I guess hes saying if you want quality hair, Kelly beauty supply is your best bet.
