Went to get my daughters back glass fixed on her iPhone. Very unprofessional. Glass was fixed for $100, there was glue left around the edges …but the main problem was that the speaker phone & front facing camera stopped working. Took it back for them to fix. Kept our phone for 6 hrs. Called to check status & was told they were too busy to look at it yet. Then tried to tell me it was a soft ware issue. All I know is phone worked when we brought it, then after their repair work to the back glass…now we have a disfunctional phone. They literally were googling on my daughters phone as to how to fix it as we saw their web searches on her phone when we got it back still unfixed. They clearly don’t really know how to fix phones & are unprofessional & laughed at me when I suggested something occurred after their repair work. After looking closer, the microphone is completely gone off the back of the phone & somehow it probably got broke when they replaced the glass . We won’t be going back there & don’t recommend anyone going there as well, now I’m going to have to go straight to Apple to try to get this repaired for my daughter . Single mom who is now out $100 for the back glass repair, plus whatever more I have to pay to fix the new problems we now have after bringing her phone to this store. Don’t recommend. Would give zero stars if I could & I never do reviews, but this was so awful that I decided I had to do this so others don’t end up losing money and getting low quality service .

The service was excellent,I had brought my iPhone 8 Plus in due to a white dot on the screen from me previously fixing the speakers on it which he swiftly figured out was just a screw that I had left under the screen and he fixed the whole thing for free while other stores would have had me replace the whole screen for $50. These guys acted quickly to get my phone turned around fast. They installed a screen that turned out to be bad and they quickly got a good one sent and got it back to me the same day. I would use them again for sure!

Even one star is to much for this store. The only thing they know is to repair screens and brake everything whats on the board. I do not recommend to nobody.

I spent 100$ for a screen repair. The first screen my wife bought home was cracked. Crazy a screen repair place does not know they gave me a broken screen. They replaced it alright, now if Im trying to make a move on my screen it goes rouge. When I messaged about it, they most rudely said you have a lifetime warranty you just have to simply bring it in. After to screens Im the one clueless. My phone is still broke, and all they have to offer is disrespectful comments. Get your phone fixed at a place that knows how to fix phones. And that are not rude.

I do not recommend, very unsatisfied, went in to get my screen fixed got it fixed and got a new battery, same night my phone shut off and wouldn’t turn back on so i came in the next day and something was wrong with the battery, then a few days later my screen kept glitching so i had to go back in and they had to give me a new screen. A week later I had the same problem my screen keeps glitching won’t work and my battery is dying much faster than my old battery and my phone is dying at 6% when it used to die at 1%. so I called because I did not want to go in again for the fourth time and they said the manager will call me back and never got back to me. very unprofessional

Jay and Sam were more than helpful! Needed a screen for my Pixel 1 and NO ONE, literally 15 different phone shops, had one in stock or could get one in a timely fashion. Jay went above and beyond, found a screen through his distributor, and went and picked it up for me so I could get it replaced same day. Theyre customer service is flawless and beat out most all the other places I called in regard to friendliness and overall giving a darn about my situation. Highly recommend!!

Guy did a great job replacing a screen protector - but sold be an iPhone that was supposed to be 128gb and it was only 64 - then it turned out to be a phone that was on a fraud alert with Verizon so I spent an entire day on the phone getting my account back up and running. They did give me a full refund on the phone though.Just make sure the phone works before you leave, if you buy from them.

I dropped off my phone here, but it ended up being a bit longer than we both had expected as they needed to order a new part for my phone. They immediately gave me a loner phone so I would be able to continue my daily life. They were quite apologetic when the part was taking longer than expected to get in (backordered), and kept me updated. I ended up having to go to another place who had the part on hand since I needed my phone earlier than expected, but they were extremely nice and professional about the situation. I would recommend them.

Drove by this phone repair shop today as I needed my screen repaired for sometime. I came in and got a quote on my iPhone 7 screen. They offer 3 quality screens (2 different types of aftermarket and a OEM premium screen. I chose the Premium screen which is the same as a apple screen and it was cheaper than what apple wanted. The other shop across the street charged me the same price as a premium screen for a aftermarket. Which made me very skeptical about going anywhere. They fixed my screen in 15 minutes and gave me a good deal on a case and screen protector. If I could I would rate this shop 10 stars!!! Thank you guys!

TOTAL RUNAROUND! They will do NOTHING for you if your screen replacement is defective and breaks. Even though there is a supposed 90 day warranty. It covers nothing. (except if you dont like the way it moves). If the screen is brittle and breaks, youre SOL. Within 12 hours, this screen broke when trying to put it in a new case. Called and Sam said he had to talk to his manager because he couldnt do anything. I sent an email with pictures (as requested). No call back, no response. Called the next day, talked to some girl who said she couldnt do anything. She would call the manager. Then, I went back today with broken screen and receipt. David said he couldnt do anything and he would talk to the manager. Remember when I said my first call to Sam resulted in him saying he would call the manager? According to their website, Sam IS the manager!! If you want a lesson in giving people the runaround, come here. It may possibly be the only thing you get out of it. Also, they advertise on Groupon. But when you buy a Groupon, you have to wait for 2 weeks to use it when THEY get paid by Groupon. What?! Who buys a Groupon weeks in advance in anticipation of breaking their phone screen? A sign on their exit door should say Hope for the best, because with this place, thats all you can do

Got there to get an Asus phone cracked screen replaced. All good at the beginning, they took the job and AFTER looking for the part price/availability I got a 3 day maybe a week repair time because of the part shipping. I was ok with that but after 2 weeks without any call or updates I called and tried to express my worries only to get excuses (not a popular phone), jokes and funny answers from their (unprofessional) staff. Finally after 3 weeks they got the part and went to pick up the phone just to find out that the speaker wasnt working anymore (it was before the crack) they said that it was not possible to validate that it was working when the phone got in because obviously it had a useless screen. Anyway, they were going to check time and price for the part and let me know... a month later still no quote... but hey! They were eager to take my phone as a trade-in for one of the scratch and dent used phones they have...
