Greg was super fast. He was able to replace the batteries on my iPhone X and iPhone 6 in under 30 min and replace the charging port to my iPhone 7 in under an hour. We called the day before and they told us they didnt have the screen available,but he would get it from another store and have it for us the next day. Upon arrival we were greeted at the door and left our phone there a few hours.My only thing was I had to call about 4 to ask if it was completed. No one let me know it was done.Other then that they are super awesome and processed are reasonable compared to other places I called.

Went to get my PS4 pro fixed from its overheating and was told that it was the fan. Told me to wait a week for the fan to come in and will give me a call. A week went by and no call so 2 days later I called them and they said yes it came in. So I went to give them my PS4 to fix and was told it would be done in a day and will give me a call. It’s been 3 days and still did not give me a single call so I called them again. And still not finished! Don’t make promises to customers if y’all can’t do your job right!

I went in completely walk in today July 10th with an IPhone XsMax that Apple wanted to charge me 658$ to fix without even knowing the issue the phone just randomly shut off and never worked they tested a new screen for free and then 45 minutes later I walked out with a fully functional phone with a new screen and protector for 150$ The guys there were great and I will definitely be coming back anytime I have any tech issue in the future !

Their orders take too long, if you get them at all. They ordered 2 things for my phone over a month ago. Went to the shop and 1 order still not in, but the other thing came in and was there, but they had to look for it and give me a call when they find it. That was a week ago and Im still waiting....

Rescued my phone after I stupidly drove off with it on the roof of the car. Took a tumble onto asphalt at 30+ mph. Shattered the screen and it would not display anything; could see the parts underneath. Good as new in less than an hour for only ~$80! I was floored.

I had a old 5 star review on this place and i had to give an edit, on fist glance the phone screen was okay no flaws. a week went by and i noticed the screen glass was coming apart from the led part of the screen, and that part was separating from the phone and both screws keeping the screen on where gone. One more week went by and a stress crack appeared (probably from the screen not being put on correctly) when i woke up. Now im stuck on the lock screen only able to press the 7,8,9,0 buttons. only reason they get 2 stars instead of one is b/c the person who helped me waited for me to come in to close the store.

I went in to get my cracked screen replaced on my iPad. Everything worked fine after the install. After a few weeks the iPad became unresponsive to my touch so I took it back in and we noticed that finger prints were inside of the screen. Very sloppy job. They ended up replacing it for free. However a few months go by and it’s not responding again. I go in and the best they said they can do is a discount. They want me to pay for their incompetent, sloppy install. I asked for the customer service number and he told me to find it online instead of providing it himself. The number online goes to a voicemail.Very sloppy, poor costumer service, and lazy. Go somewhere else if possible.
