I scheduled an eye exam for 3:40 pm at the Strongsville South Park LensCrafters. It took awhile to locate the store inside the mall since there was no directory or signs to identify the location. Fortunately, I headed in the correct direction. There was a slight wait for the exam upon arrival but the staff were friendly, professional and highly qualified. Would definitely recommend LensCrafters Strongsville.Katelyn assisted with my eyeglass selection and purchase. She took her time to assist and was very professional and helpful during the entire process.

Tia did a PHENOMENAL job . She took her time to make sure my wife had right frame and worked with her until she was completely satisfied with the frame selection. Great customer service.

I bought a pair of Ray Ban prescription glasses from an associate, Ashley who helped me pick out a pair that suited me best. Before paying for my glasses she asked if she could take a moment to talk to me about insurance for my new purchase.Ordinarily I immediately dismiss the insurance but Ashley said “hey Mr. Wagner, if you’re tuff on your glasses you might strongly consider this.I was skeptical but she was genuinely interested in helping me so I listened to her advice and boy am I happy I did.Maybe three weeks later I managed to run my brand new prescription Ray Bans through my hay Bailer. They were shredded into a hundred pieces but I remembered that insurance, called the store and got through to Ashley. I explained what happened and she said “No problem, bring whatever pieces you can find and bring them with you; we will absolutely replace those Prescription Ray Bans.”True to her word she replaced my glasses the very next day. I’ve gone back with my wife to buy several more pairs from Ashley who is always patient, extremely knowledgeable and also very nice! 😊I could buy glasses on-line but no-way! Service is way too important. I got a replacement pair the next day with no hassle or exorbitant cost.Way to go Ashley and way to go LensCrafters.

Friendly ! not all about masks etc.. yes they gave us the methods to try on eyewear.. simply.. focusing on customer service..Appreciate that very much!

Horrible experience. Being the closer lens crafters to me, I chose to go in and see if I could find some glasses. I walked in and even with associates available, no one offered to help me. I was finally asked if I needed anything and I said I was here to look and buy some glasses. They informed me of the Covid policy and walked away. They didnt ask me what I like, where the mens glasses were, they just left me to look. I tried to approach someone when I thought I found something and they walked away. Thats fine. I will go somewhere else.

Terrible customer service for the ladies who help with the glasses and purchase of the glasses. This review does not reflect my opinion of the doctors. I sat and watched the how these ladies greeted non african american customers versus african american customers walking in. They were smug and flat out rude. I watched in disbelief when they whispered watch the african american couple looking at glasses as if they were going to steal. This behavior is unacceptable and disturbing. I would not recommend going to this location.

I could not be more pleased with my recent visit to my local LensCrafters store. I was greeted with a smile (behind a mask!) when I arrived and directed to the exam area. After my exam the same associate did an outstanding job taking care my needs for new lenses. I really wish I could remember her name but she went over and beyond to make sure I was getting exactly what I needed. I have been a long time customer of LenCrafters. I can buy my glasses anywhere however the customer service has always been exemplary and sets LensCrafter apart from their competitors.

So unbelievably expensive!!! With soany other options for glasses, I cant justify spending this much money. There are 6 people in my family that wear glasses! This is most likely the last time we will use Lenscrafters.

The doctors are very nice and caring. The staff is incredible! They are quick to check insurance for you and find your best option. Love this place!

Had a good experience. The optometrist and staff on that side were good and professional. The sales staff gave me good advice and werent pushy, but told me my options. I purchased a pair of glasses and was very happy with the service, price, and quality.

Bought glasses there and I should of known when they kept messing up the fitting for the frames. 6 months later I could not see out of them because the coding in the glasses made my glasses fog up!!!! Over $370.00 down the drain because they couldnt help out. No warranty no nothing. Do not recommend to go to!!!

They only get one star because the optometrist was nice and knowledgeable (seems like it was a separately owned company, probably why)Anyways after I spent $365 on ray ban glasses, I thought I ordered the ones with the premium antiglare. When I picked them up there was glare all over them, and asked about the Anti-glare I thought I purchased. Apparently that was an additional $170 and I apparently didnt order them, but they upgraded me to them free of charge. When I picked the glasses up the next day they looked like a blind folded two year old cut the lenses for the frame and there was a real thick white halo around the lenses because they didnt even polish the edges. My main problem still was that I COULD SEE BETWEEN THE FRAME AND THE LENSES. long story short, the manager said thats the best they could do.... Wish I could upload photos on here. Anyways they were returned for a refund.Found another place (eyecandyoptical), they were $80 cheaper with the premium baked on anti-glare(standard equipment), polished edges and the lenses fit the frame! They didnt have one hour glasss, but how well did that turn out for me before?Moral of the story: LensCrapters sucks.

Crooked company, you can find prices cheaper online than in store on the same glasses.
