Everyone is SO nice!! They go above and beyond to help. Before I walked in they already knew what my insurance would cover, and how to make the most of what is available. Dr Eric Patton is so knowledgeable and kind. He’s very thorough and explains everything well. With him as well as his staff there is no rushing, no frustration. These days that is hard to find in doctors and staff.

Had my first visit to Vital Eyes recently and was very impressed. Dr. Eric was extremely thorough, took his time, and explained everything clearly. I didnt have to wait at all to be seen, and I never felt like I was being rushed through. Really nice office, clean & well organized, and everyone was very pleasant & knowledgeable. Though I purchased new glasses from their excellent selection, there was absolutely no pressure put on me to buy them. I couldnt be happier with my experience!

Love, love, love this place! I received the most attentive care. My glasses and contact prescription was perfect. Dr. Julie Patten helped me pick out the most perfect glasses. They are the lightest glasses ever and the staff that fitted the frames did a great job too; no pinching my ears or headaches from improper placement. From the moment I walked through the door at VitalEyes, I was treated with the highest level of care. The gorgeous gallery-like store front was clean and pristine, yet welcoming. Everyone was so very careful with Covid precautions, they thought of everything. State of the art technologies were used for my exams. I was most impressed though, by Dr. E. Patten taking the time to explain what each test was for, the time he took during each test and most importantly, the explanation of my results. Kelly helped me choose the perfect frame and explained in detail all of the options and really helped me maximum my insurance benefits and somehow managed to save me a few bucks. Wonderful experience all-around! I highly recommend VitalEyes!

Ive gone to Dr. Patten for several years and this was the first time at the VitalEyes store in Strongsville. The store is very inviting and the doctor is very thorough with his exam. I wish they would carry more eyeglasses, but can understand, considering space and cost to purchase samples.

Dr. Patten has been my OD for 8 years beginning at the JCP location in Strongsville and now at his and his wifes private offices, VitalEyes, on W. 130th. Hes always been very thorough with my eye exams, plus hes friendly and willing to answer any questions/concerns I have. Theres a nice variety of frames to choose from and various ways to create the lenses. Im so pleased he has started his private business in a convenient location that has ample, close parking. Id recommend him to anyone looking for a new OD.
