Paul and his team were very knowledgeable and helpful with the entire process from beginning to end. The order was delivered ahead of the scheduled date. All pieces were flawless and exactly what we had hoped for. We are extremely happy with the quality and fit of all pieces that were selected. We often entertain outside and have have had nothing but comments on the furniture. I just completed my installation of our new outdoor kitchen, and could not be happier! All of the shelving, the grill, sink and power burner are Coyote (smoker is Primo), which I got through working with Paul from Brandster. I probably had 50 rounds of emails with Paul, and he was professional and prompt through the entire deal. Not only that, but working through him, I spent considerably less than buying at list through Amazon or retail.

It is rarity these days to be treated so well and when those days do happen, I feel that it is important to share them. From the very start of my first call to Brandster, asking for help to identify a specific product of interest that I couldnt find, to the very last call asking for help with the shipping damage I incurred in the purchase, I was treated with the highest lever of customer service. Each of my 3 phone calls was to a gentlemen by the name of Sam, who represented the company and their brand as I would love for any employee of mine to do. I hope and trust that all of Brandsters employees are as professional as Sam has been to me.

I recently worked with Paul to purchase my coyote grill components. He was great to work with guiding me to what to purchase. I purchased the 28 propane grill with rotisserie. It is amazing. It is so easy to use. I also got the single side burner. It too is fabulous and easy. I also got the 28 pellet grill which is amazing. I am learning to be a grill master with this one. Awesome! I ordered two built in Coyote grills - one pellet and one gas. We live on the island of Kauai, so getting them here took a bit of logistics. But, I am glad we endured the process as these grills are totally awesome and work beautifully. Paul was great (at Brandster) and we are now enjoying our custom BBQ island on a daily basis.

We greatly appreciated the outstanding, friendly customer service offered by Brandster, Inc. Their employee, Sam Mudd, went above and beyond to search several warehouses throughout the U.S. and located one of the only remaining products to fill our requirement. Sam had the item shipped immediately and followed up to provide us timely shipment status. Companies need more employees like Sam that provide expert and professional customer-oriented service.

Their customer service is amazing! My item arrived with a manufacturing defect and I sent them an email regarding this. I immediately received a reply and Angela has been super helpful in getting this resolved. Within 24 hours, a replacement part was being FedExd to my home. I cant say enough for how professional and prompt they were. When you have an issue is when you get to see the true colors of an organization and they have earned a gold medal.

Well, I can’t fault these guys. I was a little apprehensive ordering from this company as I had never heard of them before but they turned out great. I bought a Stainless Steel set of grill grates that unfortunately were delivered damaged. Ashly from Brandster quickly rectified the situation and had a new set to me within days. Great customer service and the product is of very high quality. I would definitely use this company again.

I understand that all manufacturers of polymer outdoor furniture are having difficulty getting materials right now, causing shortages and delays everywhere. Even so, Taylor totally came through for us! She is a rock star! Because of the shortages, company policy prevented her from selling me a single chair (only doing pairs right now). A week later, when she had another customer wanting a single chair, she remembered me, called, and made both customers extremely happy! Definitely above and beyond! That girl totally understands customers service and she deserves a raise!

We ordered a Piedmont Sofa and two Piedmont Chairs and cushions through Brandster Inc We tackled the chairs for first assembly and they went together as predicted. The sofa was missing a couple of pieces in the package from Breezesta. We called Brandster and through the efforts of Paul and Angela, we received the missing pieces in short order. The sofa went together rather easiliy and with the chairs, make a great addition to our backyard porch. We so appreciate the work Paul and Angela did on our behalf as the error in packaging was not theirs but they made it work. Id order again through Brandster as they do go the extra mile.Thanks to Paul and Angela

I ordered 2 Adirondack chairs. I had bought 2 others locally previously but they were out of stock and Brandster was cheaper. My credit card was charged which I first ordered the in June. They were finally delivered in October. They were not assembled which I expected but 1/2 of the pilot holes weren’t drilled out. I spoke to customer service numerous times; and they were very polite but unhelpful. I was told that the manufacturer said I was wrong, but 1/2 were drilled and 1/2 weren’t. I am handy enough to drill them out but it wasn’t worth dealing with them.

Bought a grill from them in September. Was told that a free cover was included and would soon follow when they were back in stock. It is now November and I have still not received it. Not only have they been back in stock but are on sale. Ive spoken with them at least three times over the last several weeks.Seems customer service is something else entirely, after your credit card has been processed.

My husband ordered a DCS rotisserie motor assembly in November. He was charge immediately but didn’t get any email updates on status. When we inquired via phone, they said that they we’re waiting for the manufacturer for the update and would let us know. After waiting 2-1/2 months, in a email correspondence they couldn’t update me, reason due to covid. I requested a cancellation on the order, thankfully that went smoothly and was refunded quickly. I then call DCS directly, ordered the part through them, which they have in stock, the rep told me that I would get it in 5-10 days, receive FedEx shipping tracking, will be arriving in a couple of days. If you need parts for your grill, always contact the manufacturer first. Will never go through a 3rd part vendor again.

I purchased a Blaze Grill from Brandster. The grill was slightly larger than my space would allow without excessive modifications. I requested a return and told my representative that I would be glad to pay freight. The representative (LJ) responds by telling me he has to take it to management. I explained the grill was not taken out of the box, and I would only have to re-tape the box before returning. Heres the CATCH, they charge 20% for returns. On a $2000.00 grill that’s over $400. Beware of this company, the return policy does not state the cost of returns. I would not recommend purchasing from these guys.

I received over 4000 dollars worth or marine grade breezesta furniture. It Weights 585 lbs. it came in 6 boxes unassembled. Not worth the headache. I’ve ordered this furniture before from my local store, it came assembled and delivered right to my backyard. Not with the “savings”. Don’t do it!!!!!! Think about it. 4000$ and nearly 600 pounds. In a box!

I wish I had checked these reviews before ordering a table from this outfit. Their customer service is the absolute worst. I placed an order 9/5/2020 and finally received the table 2/16/2021 only after opening a dispute with PayPal. I placed numerous phone calls and sent e-mails with no response. I finally got a return phone call and lots of e -mails with phony promises.

Purchase a BBQ door from them. Had my BBQ custom made. Gave the builder the measurements that they had on their amazon ad. They made the proper cut out. Brandster Inc. shipped me the a size to small and are refusing to replace as it took a while for the build to be complete. I sent the photos of the item and how the measurements are displayed on line and the product they sent me. Sam Mudd sends me an email stating Im surprised they cut out the measurements per the specs on line? What? What else would they do? They need to send me the proper product and Ill remove my review. I have not heard back from them since they email they sent stating this needs to go to management to figure out whether they refund or replace the Item. Ill I hear is crickets on their end???? So here I am wasting my time reviewing as a last resort to get some response.

I have owned my DCS grill for about a year now, and could not be happier with it. Brandster delivery was on time, and came without issues. The grill is very functional, both grilling and griddle plate cooking. I am especially impressed with the ease of cleanup, as the grills and griddle plate use gravity to move most of the grease to the catch channel in front and move them to the smaller grease pan underneath. What doesn’t make it to the smaller of the two grease pans via gravity, is easily hand moved to the drain opening. With 90% of the grease going to the smaller, more easily handled pan, dumping the grease and cleaning of the pan is made with little effort.

Bought our wonderful Dcs bbq about a year ago from Paul and had it shipped to California ... Working with Paul was very easy and straightforward and he took a lot of time to answer my many questions ! The bbq itself, which was replacing a 20 year old dcs model, has been fantastic and we couldn’t have asked for a better unit . Horrible experience! I ordered replacement parts for a DCS grill online, on 1/29/2020. The parts arrived 2/14/2020, kinda of slow - but not the end of the world... Needed to return one of the items (unused and in new packaging), and requested an RMA number that same day (2/14/2020). It took multiple emails and phone calls to finally get an approved RMA on 3/4/2020. I immediately shipped the item back via USPS (at my expense) and it was delivered to the Brandster office on 3/7/2020. After several more phone calls I was finally emailed a credit memo, today 3/18/2020 - over 1 month from from requesting the return. I was given several excuses along the way, their shipping manager Dustin was on vacation and they had a new system... Whatever... If the story ended there I wouldnt have bothered leaving this review. But this company decided to add insult to injury by short changing me on my refund. The item I was returning was $166, for which I used a 5% coupon bringing the total to $157.70. I was charged 6.5% tax, so I was expecting a $167.95 refund from them. Instead the email I just got said $134.36, a difference of $33.59. I called their office again (not very happy after all this) and spoke with Dustin again. Dustin tried to tell me that, while he couldnt pull my order up that they do usually subtract shipping an handling... I got free shipping initially, but I think charging me $33.59 (that only cost me $6 to return at USPS, less than 1 lb package) is far excessive. I looked on their website, and it seems if I had not qualified for free shipping it would have only cost $10 in shipping charges. The most ironic thing is that on the very top of their website it says Easy Returns & No Restocking Fee!. What a joke! One of the most difficult returns Ive ever had to do, and they are trying to hit me with hidden handling charges. Terrible company and terrible customer service! Before I got off the phone with Dustin today I let him know that I would be filing a complaint with my credit card company and leaving a review of my experience online. He simply replied, Okay I will let my manager know. As a last attempt to try to resolve this issue, I said Okay, will your manager be calling me then? Dustin replied, I cant say. At which point I hung up and proceeded to write this review.

We ordered a picnic table and two chairs. The chairs went together very well and the color is great the table however did not have all pieces that fit together, two of the underneath cross pieces were not sized correctly. We had to contact the company but they were very prompt with replacement pieces. The replacements were better but still not a perfect fit but we were able to make it work. Very good customer service.

We have owned a DCS built in grill for about 15 years...was working fine, but since we were renovating we decided to upgrade to the new model. Paul at Brandster was very knowledgeable about the entire product line and the new features the upgrade offered. He was able to deliver our new grill at a great price and very efficiently arranged ground transportation...the grill arrived right on time for installation. Before and after the purchase and during the delivery period and after all was complete any inquiries or questions we had were efficiently and professionally answered by Brandster. I have been looking for a built in grill for some time. Website search, visiting local stores. I found the website to be the clearest of the bunch. You can search grills on Brand, size, etc. Finally narrowed it down to a couple and gave the guys a call. Paul was my rep and he was really helpful. I got a good overview of differences between grills. Eventually I went with a DCS.Payment, ordering, delivery as planned, everything as promised, no surprises. I had to call in a few times with questions and found the customer service to be excellent.Our grill is up and running, and is as good as promised.Great website, great customer service, nice job fellas!

I am not sure if this is a real company. Brandster used the URL for CR Poly furniture to give the impression they are connected with the manufacturer. If you opt to cancel an order, it goes into a loop of someone will get back to you. Avoid.

***Misrepresentation***Recently purchased a DCS Double Side Burner Lid and received it without a handle. I reached out to customer service and they notified me that DCS does not include the handle with the lid. The photo on Brandsters website shows a handle and notes “side burner not included.” BUT why isn’t the handle described as not included. If the handle is shown in the online photo, then the handle should be included. I wouldn’t have purchased the lid if the handle didn’t come with it. It’s like buying a pair shoes without laces. What’s the point!Needless to say, they lost my service on misrepresentation and poor customer service as I have to cover the shipping cost to return the product. I like to give the little guy an opportunity instead of going to Amazon for all my purchases BUT this is the reason I don’t.On a positive note, I consider myself lucky that I didn’t make a larger purchase to end up with an incomplete product.***Update***The problem was rectified upon posting this review. A handle was sent to me free of charge. Not happy that I had to go through this process to complete my purchase but at least I got it and they got 3 stars instead of 1.

I ordered two Castelle chaise lounges from Brandster in late March, and they arrived mid-May. I had been looking for (literally) a few years for high-quality chaises at a reasonable price, and I am very pleased with the quality of the chaises and the price. I would definitely shop Brandster again.That said, I did have a few issues--nothing insurrmountable and due at least in part to the fact that Brandster is a new business getting off the ground. When I first went to place my online order, the website wasnt configured to accept details like welting color and ornamental buttons. I called the stores 800 number and they called me a few hours later telling me that the website had been reconfigured, and I was able to place my order. After I placed my order, I had some challenges figuring out when my order was to be delivered. I made several calls to the company, a few of which were not returned. The first delivery date they gave me passed, and I called back and got a new delivery date several weeks later. The second date was good and the chaises arrived on time. The delivery company would not bring the chaises inside or set them up, so I had to open two (enormous) boxes on the front porch, bring the chaises through the house to the deck, and then break down the boxes for recycling. It was a bit of a hassle, but Id do it again given the quality and the price.Finally, you should know that I was offered a discount coupon in exchange for my review. I wouldnt have posted a review if I hadnt been offered a discount, but I am not otherwise affiliated with Brandster and my review is candid.

Paul, my sales rep, was outstanding in every way possible.. Very knowledgeable about products, specifications, and specials on closeout merchandise. I purchased a DCS 36 BBQ Grill to replace a 15 year old Thermador Char Glo grill that I already had in a built in platform. The DCS was delivered when promised, and I had it installed today, and it fit exactly into the existing hole in the counter-top.. I appreciate Pauls help in resolving this matter.I ordered a gas safety valve for my DCS grill on April 21, 2018 it is May 13, 2018 and still have not received refund for a part I ordered and Brandster took my money and provided nothing but poor excusesNever received a tracking number for my order or any status updates on delays.I had to call and send numerous emails to find out what was going on.I spoke to Paul and another office worker who said they would credit my account back last week and still no confirmation or credit for this order.I would be very cautious and read the reviews when considering doing business with Brandster.I will update this review next week to keep you updated.

A good friend of mine bought some patio furniture from this company and I really liked it. It is a little pricey but I was tired of my furniture wearing out & breaking down in the Colorado weather extremes. Im hoping it will hold up well thru the winter. I ordered the Breezesta furniture for the west facing deck at our new home in Colorado. I wanted something that would hold up in the sun, snow, rain and heavy wind. I received the furniture in June and so far the sun and rain havent affected the color or quality; still waiting to see if the snow has any affect. It is heavy enough that only the highest winds move it. I do lock the rockers under the deck railing to keep them from rocking across the deck, but other than that it works very well. Assembly was a bit tedious on the adirondack armchairs but I have a friend who is extremely handy with tools who worked it out. My only complaint was delivery, which wasnt Brandsters fault, but they should have at least been aware. Were in a remote area that is only serviced by a local freight company that delivers to the area once a week. This created almost a week delay, but Im getting accustomed to that. If I had been forewarned when it shipped, I would have given 5 stars for quality and service.
