Please people, read the reviews. I’m an Active Duty Navy Recruiter for the county and this guy chose to even rip me off. The 1 star reviews are not lying. On august 10th, This guy came to my see my RV for a repair on my fridge. He seemed nice and like he knew what he was doing. He charged me $150 for the service call which I was ok with. Long story short, the fridge had fans that needed to be replaced. This is a 2021 model RV so everything in it is covered under warranty. He said he would make the warranty claim and order the fans to do the repair. Well, after that day he ghosted me. That was 2 months ago. Over the 2 months, I would call and he would answer giving one excuse after the other. He would say through august, waiting on parts (these are standard fans, nothing complex)… then in September he would say I have the parts, I will call YOU to schedule a time for me to come out and repair. He NEVER called and says the same thing if he picks up. I stressed to this guy that the RV is for full time use and explained to him how important it was to have the fridge working. Long story short, that $150 is gone and it’s 2 months later and he’s never replaced the fans to my fridge and continues to delay the work. After reading the other reviews I’ve come to release that this is a common trend of his, wish I would have read the reviews earlier.

He seems like a nice guy and will low ball quote you. Once he’s got your RV in his shared parking kit it will sit for months! Nine months later he starts working on my RV only because I had to badger him. He does the job in about a week but takes three more weeks of course. Then says it needed way more work and of course more costs. He did ok work but then created an electrical short in the main cabin’s lights!! I never complained about his bill and paid him immediately. Later when I realized there was a short he created, he would not fix the problem. I would suggest everyone stay away from this guy. He’s like a trap door spider...

I’m so disappointed. I called Ray advising him I would pay him myself out of my pocket for a warranty repair and that I would handle reimbursement MYSELF so he didn’t have to deal with anything except fixing my camper. My husband greeted him while I was busy with the kids and Ray explained to him we needed to pay him $150 and that he’d get an estimate approved by Grand Design then return todo the work and that we wouldn’t have to pay the $150 service call when he came back. He then ghosted us. Occasionally he answers the phone to say he’ll come the next day. I’d love my money back since he came to my house, took a picture and left, instead of doing the work I hired him todo! He’s a con artist. This is how he stays in business, collecting service call fees without actually touching your RV. It’s been MONTHS of us attempting communication in very polite, patient ways. Grand Design will also be moving him to their black list of unrecommended mobile repair technicians.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! BEWARE! I ordered my awning in October of 2020 and was advised it would be about 8 to 12 weeks for it to be delivered due to special order. We paid a deposit of 550.56 to get it ordered and paid the balance with the insurance claim check. I added my other 2 slide awnings for 500$ so I paid that as well to get them ordered. After several attempts from January 2021 to April 2021 I got excuse after excuse on how he couldnt install, the parts were wrong, he had to go out of town, hes only one man, his truck was down (even though I seen him driving it), anything he could say not to come. He installed one slide awning (after we asked for a refund) and told us we owed him another $500 for the other side after we had already agreed on $500.00 for both sides. After getting fed up with waiting and our trips getting cancelled due to his inability to fix our awnings we asked for a refund minus the $250.00 for the one he completed. He made up some invoices that were never seen or signed by us before and wrote a check for $351.50 less than he owed us back! Not to included the money we lost having to cancel our trips after he scheduled an install and then never answered the phone or showed up! I do not recommend anyone using this company.

Ray is not an honest man nor is he a man of his word!I used Ray in the past and was satisfied. So when I needed some work done this spring I called Ray well in advance and made an appointment when I knew I would be in Stuart. Ray finally came out the day before we were scheduled to leave for the Keys. He made up a quote for the work which we accepted and scheduled the work for a couple weeks later when we were traveling back from the Keys. We gave him a deposit of over $400. We returned to the area as expected. Ray promised to come and do the work but put us off several times, again finally showing up the day before we were scheduled to leave. He then informed us that his supplier shipped the wrong part and he wouldn’t be able to fix our slide. He promised to refund our deposit. I called him over half a dozen times over the next several months and he offered up excuse after excuse…out of town, death in the family, slipped his mind, etc. The bottom line is that he kept our $400+ deposit and never performed the work. That’s just plain dishonest!

DO NOT USE THIS SCAMMER. HE WILL RIP YOU OFF.. We needed a new Suburban Water heater. Brand new units on Amazon are $342 plus $50 for 4 year warranty. Owner of RV Mobile Solutions said he had to buy irect from Suburban. Cost of unit $742. Total $1422 for unit and labor. He had to have deposit of $969. As I always do with businesses I dont completely feel trust, I put this on a charge card. Waited three and half weeks. Never heard from him. Called myself. He was out of town; death in the family was the excuse. Called him again on following Monday; no answer, left same message. Today I called my charge company today and canceled the $969 charge. Lucky I paid the deposit this way or I would have been out more money like the review before this one describes. Those more people got ripped off royally. AGAIN..DO NOT USE THIS CHUMP OR THATS WHAT YOU WILL BE.

This company is a total rip off! Spent $6k, problem with the slide out was never fixed. Did not return calls, finally returned called with all kinds of excuses. Will NEVER use this company again.

Ray is the miracle man! That’s what I call him. We have an old RV and had to travel through the pandemic from NJ to Florida. He is calm, professional, explains everything and is very knowledgeable about all kinds of repairs. His work was greatly appreciated. He recoated our roof, replaced our awning and fixed our air conditioner. On top of all that he brought us some snook he caught and we used his recipe to grill it! His expertise in repairing our beloved RV and overall knowledge is definitely a five star performance!Thank you Miracle Ray!Kathleen/Paul Brown

We have used RV Mobile Solutions recently and in the past for RV inspections and a/c issues. Ray is very friendly and accommodating. One of our a/c units went out about a month ago and Ray came to us 3 different times to help us out and get our a/c up and running. He ordered and replaced a part and now we are cool again.

Our AC stopped working out of the blue in the middle of an above average heat wave in June. Called RV Solutions on a recommendation from the RV Resort office and with an already full plate, the owner made it happen, knowing what the inside temp could get to without it. Had a service tech out to us within a few hours. Technician was professional, had a great personality and fixed the problem within an hour and a half. Owner gave us a follow up call in the evening to make sure all was working well and that we were pleased with service. Two thumbs up all around for this company!

This company cannot follow up with the customer. We had water heater go out. Called RV mobile solutions they came onsite and said it needed a board and they would order it. That was in August. I had to follow up to get them to come out, They came out the following week but claimed they had wrong part and would order another part. Its Oct 31st and still have not heard from them. I have seen them in the RV park 3 times, but not once did they stop by or call to give me an update. I recommend avoiding RV Mobile Solutions.

Great, fast service!Had A/C issues and expecting an expensive repair.Repair turned out to be just a vacume line.Bill was so fair that we had them replace a badly needed new awning.Paid less than expected the awning would cost on its own.Would highly recommend RV Solutions to anyone needing work on their RV!

Was recommended to call this mobile unit. They came out, did a diagnostic test and because we have a brand new unit our part needed to be ordered. Very friendly people, and they care about there clients. Please just let us know if our part came in... thank you!

I was having a problem with power in our RV, and knew it involved the power transfer switch. Called RV Mobile Solutions the day we arrived in Port St Lucie and they came out that afternoon. They were able to also diagnose that our electrical problem had affected one of our roof AC units. It took about a week to navigate through the extended warranty people, as was expected, but the day after they finally approved the replacement of both the switch and the AC, the parts were here and they came and installed it all. Thanks to RV Mobile Solutions, I have a much better working electrical system (can tell from the voltage monitor it is running much better) and the majority of it was paid by extended warranty.They took care of my problem, helped with the billing part happily, and addressed a couple of other small issues also. I am very satisfied with RV Mobile Solutions.I greatly appreciated working with Ray and Denise, and Ramone and Sparky. Thanks all and Happy Trails!

Main slide out stopped working - heard a loud snap when deploying. Company sent Ramon out and he arrived within an hour. The slide out power assembly needed to be replaced. I called Winnebago and they shipped one out same day. It arrived today and Ramon was out within 15-20 minutes and 15 minutes later it was installed and my world works again! Great service courtesy of owner Ray.

This is a terrible company! No call backs when I was told by Ray that he would on multiple occasions. Reached out on FB and was told that we would be contacted and it never happened. Multiple emails and no response. They took the $150 service call only to say, yep its a broke awning, we will order the part and havent heard from them since. I am going to ask for the service call to be refunded, but I have zero confidence that will happen.Mark

They came and fixed our inverter and at that time we paid for him to go through the motor home to estimate all that need to be fixed as we had just purchased a motor home from La Mesa RV in Port St Lucie FL. After a month of numerous phone calls of which none were returned requests for the estimates and his promises to send the estimate to La Mesa this useless company did absolutely nothing. Eventually we were moving on which is what I think he was waiting for. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone as they are an absolute disgrace and Ray lies as easily as he breathes.

I have been dealing with Ray for over 6 years. I recently returned from 87 State 4000 mile four month tour on the East Coast. I broke down twice on my trip in the middle of nowhere and called Ray who very patiently talk me through troubleshooting my problems both times. I was able to unhook my vehicle and go to a NAPA auto parts and was able to fix the problem myself. He not only save me hundreds of dollars, but I was able to continue my tour and get to my shows on time. I have recommended ready to numerous other Full and part time RV friends. I will highly recommend them to anyone . Capt. Ron

Advised me to buy this used camper as he had taken care of it. Water valves were bad and flooded storage area and bedroom. He said he would get parts, then said he was too busy to fix it. Since then it has been a major dry rot problem, propane tank needs replaced, cant use it, on and on. Turns out he just wanted this wreck off his lot. Trusted him. My first camper and its a complete waste. My retirement money stolen by Ray.

After 2 weeks of no return calls, finally called back. Came out to fix a few items, paid him then left. 2 days later items were not fixed, called back and set appointment 2 weeks out, never showed up. A week of no returned calls, finally got a hold of Ray, set appointment 2 weeks out, never showed up AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN. Get the picture? You have a better chance of hitting the lottery than him showing up, if he does, dont count on the repairs be done right! Stay away.UPDATE: Gave Ray another chance to redeem himself. Our leveling system was acting up so asked him to look at it. It WAS functioning when he came out just leveling a little out of adjustment. By the time he left, the hydraulic motor was burned up, hydraulic jacks no longer work and toych pad stopped working. I dont think he has a clue on what to do, he jst guesses and then feeds you a lie,UPDATE 1-18-17Well Ray responded to my review by threatening me and my family also threatening my position where I work. Is this the kind of guy you want working on your coach? His poor workmanship got him this review and he threatens me, WOW!I asked him to go away, he is VERY MALICIOUS! WATCH OUT.
