Great place to browse for any home goods and coupons are used all the time

I was very pleased with customer service today on a curbside pickup order. Although my phone had no service in the parking lot, the service was 100%!I had ordered the wrong Co2 cartridge for my Soda Stream. Bonnie called me to make sure that I really wanted that one (which I didn’t). The pink cartridge is for the brand new machine.Thank you Bonnie, for saving me from a headache and and return to the store when I would have realized my mistake at home!

The staff here is super friendly and helpful. The store is well lit and clean. I liked it here!

I’m new to the area and the BB&B in Stuart is horrible. I’ve never seen such a run down BB&B. Shelf’s half empty. I guess I have to drive to Palm Beach if I want to shop at BB&B. Bummer!

As usual this store had little of everything.If you thought this place was bed sheets and towels. Your gonna be very surprised. The bb&b stores are full of high quality products. Stuff that is different but what you wanted. Not to mention the low low prices. Look out for the new 20% off now gone digital. I think that is a way better idea. Or just give everyone 20 % digital. Thats right the girl with the mask on told me so today. Save some paper and use our phones. Going green.

Love BB&B! Went in for 1 thing and found 3 other necessities. Also, staff is very helpful & friendly.

Three of us were shopping Friday afternoon. We had to wait in line for over 15 minutes with four cashiers and only one customer in line before us. The four cashiers were all handling an existing customer, two of the cashiers were on the phone, and nothing was being done about the long wait. Finally the woman behind us told an employee about the long wait and at that time there were seven customers behind us. The employee took a cash register and when we finally arrived at the new cashier she never apologized or even said she was sorry. What can you say about this, but some one need to teach employees about customer service..

The store has a great selection of EVERYTHINGMost importantly you can actually find someone to help you.

Bed Bath & Beyond is a company that has lost its way. This particular is very clean and organized and the staff helpful. The problem is they are no longer competitive. Prices are higher than most stores.

Only my opinion them adding food to the store took away from more storage goods for the home that people would need. Went in for 5 different items. Such as an items for shoes, bathroom, kitchen and they did not have. Went across to Target and found them. I used to love this store and would have given 5 stars years ago. Not now. Not to mention customer service got minimal. Hearing a lady talking to a manager saying she was waiting about 20 minutes on an answer. This is why people are going to the Internet. Im a store shopper however I see why people are doing more online shopping. Stores have stopped the culture of customer service. I seen it today here with the one lady and 1 employee on the cell and nobody even acknowledged me. Pretty sad.

I was there today and couldnt find the curtains i was looking for that I saw online, but had a great experience with Ashley! She was very professional and took the time to help me look at other options and deal with me on the phone with my husband lolShe didnt get the credit she deserves because her number she used multiple times didnt work and had to use other employees, so give her the credit! This store is a great place for a variety of household items. I like just browsing around to find the next gadget I would love to own. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. The store is clean and well stocked.

Things pretty unorganized!

Always find nice things. Little pricey, but with coupons, better. Also coupons that have expired are still accepted at BBBOnly place I know that does that

A huge variety of products

A good place to see and touch the actual products. Always bring your coupons (even the expired ones) because in-store you can use any of them. Lots of changes going on in the store... some for the better, others not so much... easy check out...

I will not shop here anymore since they got rid of my pillows they are trying to be part of the cancel culture and they are the ones that will be canceled because so many people will not shop there

This location has the nicest associates and most helpful. Dont be afraid to ask fir specific item that you may be looking for. They are there to help you! If they are out of the item, they will order it online and ship it for you for free.... If available, Right to your home. Dont forget to take your 20% coupons or sometimes $5 off 15. .Always look online as sometimes they have some online on the internet.

Great place to shop has everything!

Very helpful sales associates. We went in search of buying new curtains. Sales rep tooktime to explain the difference in material and how to choose the size we needed.

Austin who works here is an absolute doll. During a really crazy time in this country he was so helpful and sweet with assisting my family with curbside pick-up and I really appreciated his awesome attitude. He deserves a raise.

My local store (Stuart,FL) just finished renovation & it looks awesome! They still have the original outside perimeter layout, but new & improved center area w/lamps, furniture, food pantry & so much more. They are truly beyond now. So much easier to get around the store & I always find something fun to buy.

Newly Remodeled with an awesome specialty food section. I got some LaCroix sparkling water in a new flavor I havent found anywhere else!! I love the remodel floor plan. Feels easier to get around the store.

Just finished a large remodeling, turned out very nice. Vastly increased the inventory, and it was all put out in a very aesthetically pleasing way. Would definately recommend, and to make it better, the checkout system is automated.So instead of line hopping, there is one line of customers for the row of cashiers, very well done.

They have redesigned this location. There are so many more product categories to browse including furniture & even wine. Coupons dont apply to wine though.

I always enjoy this store. It is just so refreshing to see a store that IS clean and has maybe to much staff on hand all the time. Everywhere you go, you will be having people wanting to help you.The store is clean, check out a breeze, with a human person and not doing it myself.I did notice where they are doing a beta on becoming a preferred choice customer for $29.99 this year.

Great customer service! Employees are readily available to assist you. Went in to get a gift card for a wedding gift and they found that the bride and groom had registered there. They helped me find the right gifts in my price range. Cheerful and attentive service. I was amazed at all the merchandise they have and very well organized. Modestly priced.

The cashier was not at her best maybe because it was an hour before closing. I waited while she performed other duties and was reminded by her co-worker that a customer was waiting. The floor support young man was extremely helpful and very polite going above and beyond to help locate the item I was looking for. And he found it
