Please NEVER come here if you are in desperate need for a fridge !!!I spent almost $600 for a fridge that only lasted me and my family no less than a month. Tried calling to come and see what the problem is due to the fridge not keeping any of my foods cool (as my milk even spoiled within a week) and the freezer only worked for a week and stopped freezing. On top of that the fridge started beeping like crazy as if it were running out of battery. Called to come and give it a look and perhaps fix it. But they would never show up at the time they specified they would come and soon enough never showed up! We called again and all we were told was “you need to play around with the buttons in order for the fridge to work”. Keep in mind there was only two simple buttons that controlled the temp and turning on and off. Awful, please don’t lose your money coming here as we did.

Buyer beware. The refrigerator/freezer that I purchased is not working properly, according to the food and drug administrationon on the the proper temperature. They were informed the day I bought it and it took 5 days for them to show up only to inform me it was working. I do not recommend this company.

Dont buy from them! Bought a washer Thursday or Friday was told they would deliver on Monday.. Made excuses told would deliver Tues... At noon called boss didnt bother to show until then told 2 now its 3 pm never doing business again

Made a couple purchases over the last few years with no problems until this last purchase of an Amana washing machine. It provided either hot or cold water but not warm. It also wouldnt fill with rinse water in the Normal range but would do it in the Casual range. I called about the problems, they suggested I hooked up the hoses incorrectly. I said that isnt the problem because I get hot when asking for hot and get cold when asking for cold, I just dont get warm water when asking for warm. Because of that answer they viewed me as a know-it-all and wouldnt come out to look at the washer. I will not do business with them again.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! EVER! AND I MEAN EVER! YOU WILL JUST WASTE YOUR MONEY! THEY WILL NOT FIX OR EVEN EXCHANGE BROKEN APPLIANCES. THEY WILL MAKE EVERY EXCUSE TO BLAME YOU! COMPLETE SCAM! TAKE THIS AS A SERIOUS WARNING! DONT GET ROBBED BY THESE SCAM ARTIST!

At least 20 people on our NextDoor website have had horrible experiences with them--appliances dont work and they wont fix them or refund money. Avoid this place. 0 stars.

5 months ago I purchased a Fridge and a stove. I complained several times about the fridge not cooling. They came back once and gave me some lame excuse that I hadnt allowed enough cooling time. 2 days ago the compressor broke and it was so loud I ran to my back door because I thought a plane was crashing in my back yard. No plane, just the crappy fridge I was sold 5 months ago. Also, the stove I purchased from this business, it only broils. No matter what setting you put the stove on, it reverts to broil. Thats fine if you wish to eat steak 7 nights a week! They offer nothing in the way of remedy of their shoddy appliances after the 30 day warranty is up so beware buyers, this is not a business who stands behind what they sell. They dont even offer to service their own appliances. Thats pretty scary that they cant even service what they sell, especially since they know youll be calling them within a few months of purchase when it breaks down. I would not ever recommend this business to anyone for any reason.

Like Charlie I would give them 0 stars. Paid $300.00 for a washing machine. First one didnt work correctly. Owner stated He will not reimburse us. They brought us another washer. Whole basket broke off track while spinning. Brought us a 3rd washer. Made horrible noises. My husband had to tell them it needed a bushing. After they left I washed a load. It would not spin clothes dry. I called again. They acted like I was destroying their washers. They stated it worked fine when we left it there. I told them to keep their money and they were a garbage company. Paid $300.00 for a months worth of headaches.

Its hard to believe this place is still in business, but I guess fools like me are why, people who see a local business that hands out calendars and offers a friendly face. They arent even competent about being scam artists, as they dont show up when they say they will. The poor woman who answers the phone takes the brunt of it, I feel for her a little, but she works for this place by choice, so she doesnt deserve anyones pity.Bottom line is, they dont fix things, when they do they ask for money but still dont fix the problem, so I can only imagine that part of the scam is to get cash and pocket it without actually doing anything. Just awful.

I’ve used them for 20 years until now bought a washer from them that won’t spin but they won’t fix it! Said it’s a plumbing issue. What does plumbing have to do with the spin function. There is plenty of water in the machine!!!

I would give them 0 stars if I could. This place is ripping people off! I am a family man who works very hard to support my wife and 3 children. I recently bought a new home and was trying to save money by purchasing used appliances. We bought an entire package(washer, dryer, fridge, stove and dishwasher). 4 out of 5 of them did not work properly. The water lines for fridge were leaking, they came out and rigged it and it leaked the next day. We called them 6 times before they would come out and fix our stove, Then they tried to give us lame excuses as to why my stove burners would only burn HI, and still never fixed it, we had to purchase the $80 parts ourselves and fix it. Then my laundry room flooded because they had rigged the washer switch and it had over heated and melted the hose!! We finally called A&J Appliances to come out and they were amazing! they looked at all of our appliances and helped us diagnose the issues. We then found out that our fridge had a condenser leak, and was recently charged by them to make the fridge appear to be working. This all happened within 2 weeks of purchasing them. Guaranteed Appliance should be ashamed of business they are running. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE, EVERYTHING IS RIGGED.

STAY AWAY!!! I was told its 70 dollars to come look at my frig to fix it. Replaced a relay and was there less then an hour and tried charging me 250 without even asking me if I wanted the work done. Refrigerator is still broken. Never fixed frig even though I paid them. Crooks stay away from them. I have someone else coming out that actually know what they are doing.

Guaranteed to rip you off. Will never use their repair services ever again, and would certainly not recommend to anyone else. Just look at their previous reviews and believe what you read.

This place is a scam horrible customer service I bought a fridge for my garage and it was full of roaches and leaking water they gave me Me a 30 warranty owner came out one time to fix the leak he said he fixed it and he didn’t it’s still leaking water and now they won’t take my calls it’s one excuse after another do nut buy from here

I love to support local businesses and often buy used/secondhand. I bought a washer from here and within a week it was making a horrible unusual noise everytime it switched to spin mode. I called them 3x. No followup. I recorded a video and stopped by to show them in person. They immediately referred to warranty limits. I told them I was well within that and had already called, and video and receipt were time-stamped proof of issue. They had me write a note to that tgey promised to show the right person (who never seems to be there). I wrote down ussue and contact info on their official notepad. I got no call back. I called and they said there would be a charge for service call. Obviously their business M-O is to be nonresponsive until warranty expires and then charge to service their own products. The word guaranteed in their business name is absolutely meaningless propaganda, unless it refers to guaranteed disappointnent, customer disservice and one-star ratings. :(

They dont take credit cards on the weekend. So you get no guaranty on the weekend.

There prices are so hi is cheaper getting new appliances at lowe example /lowes new washer -450+tax this people 350 not a big difference they should close the stor or at least fix the appliances better never come back to them

Wow! I do not even know where to start. I wish I read these reviews before I called them. The reason I called them was because I bought a washer and dryer 2 years ago and everything was fine. Then, when the washer started making noise, I called to have it fixed.They sent their repairman to my house and he stole from me. Apparently, he has a drug problem and they know this -and the reason I know this is because the girl that works there told me, and he does this frequently!!!! -and they sent him out anyway. Nice.........VERY INTIMIDATING!!!!Since he stole from me and they admitted it, they said theyd give me $ off another washer. They only had a couple very cheap washers that I didnt want. They were selling the rest of their washers with the dryers as a set. I didnt need a dryer. They kept telling me they were getting new stuff. I kept checking in. They never got anything new that I wanted. At one point, I asked the owner if hed come to my house to check my washer, since his son did nothing, we really didnt know what was wrong with it. When I told him where I lived, he immediately told me it was the transmission and Id have to replace the unit. The space where the washer is in my condo is tight. I believe neither of them wanted to do the job.This went on for a few months. I work out of town and they seem to be closed on Saturdays - at least Ive called and got no answer. Maybe they just dont answer when they know its me.Finally, I told them Id had my washer fixed and could I just get a refund. It was only the belt, just as I first assumed. I knew if it were the transmission, it wouldnt have lasted this long. They refused - the girl totally twisted her story to stand by me and the owner threw some really OUTRAGEOUS, NASTY AND UNTRUE comments at me and then he told me to get the F out!!!These people are dishonest and extremely rude. DO NOT GO HERE. IT PROBABLY GETS WORSE THAN THIS!!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE TWISTED!!!Quite honestly, this place is garbage and these people are nasty. Its a no wonder why they are where they are. Karma is a beautiful thing.
