Third-party vendor that re-sells AT&T service and equipment, but staff is not well-trained in customer service nor corporate policy. I was told by local manager to call regional district AT&T manager to help resolve an issue, only to be told by AT&T corporate stores ‘we have nothing to do with them.’ (Seems a deliberate way for manager to avoid resolving customer issues.) AT&T might better protect their brand by reviewing (and testing authorized retailers on) their corporate policies before selling or renewing retailer licenses.
I used to work here. In my opinion It was absolutely horrible. Also, really think about this,1. On indeed employee reviews for this company at 10:03pm on March 26,2021 they have 581 reviews, yet 245 of them are a 1. Nearly half of ALL employees who leave reviews give them a 1. Just think real hard about that fact.2. Another FACT is that Prime had a security leak of ALL the employees info.3.Another FACT is about 6 months after it was leaked did this company notify employees.4. Another FACT is that they notified employees AFTER a cable tv news station featured this company in its news program about the security leak, and attempted to call them numerous times with no response. .FACTS cannot be disputed.
I was an employee of Prime for a year as a Store Manager. Unfortunately, I had to put my 2 week notice in to move out of state with my daughters father as I am a single mother, with a 1 year-old baby, and currenlty going through a divorce/custody battle. Because my last day was before the pay date for my January commsssion, Prime decided to not pay me for my hard work that month, or February. Im in shock that this is how they treat their employees! They took anywhere from $1000-$2000 away from me because I decided to leave the company, and on good terms! 100% do not recommend working for Prime, they obviously do not care for their employees nor ther families.
Recommend that you go into a Corporate At&t location. Emailed them multiple times about my negative experience at one of the locations and still nothing. DM Alex Gonzalez steals phones from multiple locations and still nothing is done. Im assuming if they cant help their own company they wont ever help their Customers
Stores won’t correct the mistake, neither they cared. Weeks after weeks no answer from Store manger, regional and never cared to call back to rectify the situation. I’ve left several messages for Prime Communication and must say wow the most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with. 0 communication, 0service after the sale. They won’t care to call back the client they signed up. Mobile phone service and phone issues this company cares less. Go to the corporate unit at least you can get some results. These guys seem to be just focused on their profits.Allen Tx store on Mcdormett, promised to calm back, 3 times the assistant Manager didn’t, ask for Manager, area and district. They knew the issue but never called to actually pick up the phone and ask the client what is the situation, but asked me to chase the district manager. R u guys kidding me? Next step is my attorney sending them the letter to correct the problem.
Terrible place to work terrible company! No structures, no standards. I worked here and after i left they did not pay my 2 months commissions.

The Store Manager, Nathaniel in Pahrump Nevada displayed the highest level of incompetence both with service and technical skills. After 6.5 hours expended in the store and many egregious insults later, resolution was not reached and I had to escalate the issues to management. This experience was shocking and insulting. Providing, Prime Communications is representing AT&T, I would think that there would be quality control oversight and accountability. It is difficult to believe, given this managers behavior that this is not an isolated occurrence. However, the Assistant Manager Michael did try to compensate for all of the drama the best he could. When contacted, the management did listen and was professional. I just hope that he is held accountable and no other customers are subjected to his completely unacceptable behavior.
If I could rate lower than 1, I absolutely would. I worked for this company for over 2 years, and finally resigned with notice. I worked out a notice, plus an additional weekend. After all that time dedicated to the company, when I was supposed to receive a commission check for the sales I had made. I did not receive the money. I have contacted the corporation about this issue, and they will not do anything for me, because I was not actively employed at the time of payout. I would just like to point out that they force employees to work off the clock so that you dont violate their rules on break policies. They will force you to work off the clock so that you dont go into over time. I have been personally discriminated against by my own boss, and no one cared. There are also several stores where sexual harassment takes place. If I were you, I would steer clear of any AT&T Authorized Retailer stores as much as possible. Prime Communications is one of the largest partners with AT&T and have almost 600 stores across the country and looking to build more. Do not support a company that does not support its employees.
Worst company to work for. Don’t ever work here!! They do not care about employees and have horrible morals and.. just don’t.

I suggest you look elsewhere for your mobile service. Prime Communications, AT&T’s largest retail partner, promotes a sales culture built on broken promises and a complete lack of follow-through. Their Ridgewalk Parkway location in Woodstock, GA is a ‘prime’ example of very poor service and broken commitments. I still have not heard from anyone in management or from a corporate representative after several months of attempting to resolve my situation with repeated visits, phone calls, and emails. It seems that their ‘incentive-driven’ sales culture leads to dishonesty and lousy communication and follow-through. They managed to convert me from a happy AT&T client to a very dissatisfied and unhappy one.
They do not uphold deals they make and they ignore customers! I wish AT&T wouldnt deal with them! Terrible customer service at the store in Longview, TX(Gilmer rd).
Worst customer service attendants and experience at 1201 lake woodlands Dr. Space 700. Not representing AT&Ts customer service guidelines which is usually good.
