Crowded!!! This is the place to be. I came early morning and it was packed. Staff is friendly, this is definitely a busy location.

We went on a Sunday morning (9/19) around 8:30am. The selection was still pretty good but the employee was terrible. Literally, rolled his eyes as I ordered about a dozen different kolaches. Everything was super cold. Such a disappointment. We literally drive out of our way to come here just to get cold kolaches and rude service. Guess I’ll stick to Shipley’s.

I never had an American kolache before, I ate one with peach in the center, theyre more like a bun or bagel than a donut, baked instead of fried, although about the same calories but less fat. Not really authentic Czech kolaches.This is a local chain of bakeries, they also have other pastries and savory stuff.Fast and efficient service, parking on site.

We typically love Kolache Factory. We goThere once or twice a month for a weekend treat. This morning I found a long black hair baked into my egg and cheese kolache. We are in the middle of a pandemic. If they can’t enforce hair nets it makes me wonder what other health codes they aren’t enforcing.

Waiting to try my turkey kolache with my cranberry jelly, ask for the jelly and answer was jelly already mixed with everything, did I miss something? Recipe change? Usually get jelly on the side, didn’t like it this year, disappointing

The kolaches here are SO tasty and convenient and just $2 each! They’re fresh-baked every morning and the service is good. I love their popular sausage, cheese, and jalapeño kolache as well as some of the cooler flavors, like pizza and Philly cheesesteak. Definitely my favorite breakfast place! It’s just unfortunate that they close at 2 pm.

We love this Kolache franchise. Staff is very friendly and I quickly got to know them by name. Their kolaches are warm and toasty and if you want whole wheat you better get there before 11a. My favorite coffee from them is their winter special -- Cafe de Olla.

We really like the cinnamon rolls and the ham and cheese kolaches. Im also a fan of the sausage egg and cheese kolache and the Polish hot too. This is a great place to come for breakfast treats.

They were family owned and operated. Unfortunately they closed. Their fabulous old world czech recipes were lost when they closed.

Just had my husband pick up some kolaches I placed online. The time said to be there at 10:12 a.m and he got there at 10:14 a.m and when he got there he was disappointed that the kolaches where cold! He didn’t say anything because I’m pregnant and hungry he just wanted to get home. The kolaches are good just wish I didn’t have to heat them up if I would have had the right time to be there and maybe not have my kolaches sitting there for who knows how long I would have gave this a 5 Star

This place sucks...I asked for a italian chicken and was given ham and cheese croissant. I dont eat pork!. Plz be careful or avoid if possible especially if you are vegetarian. They will give you meat instead of vegetarian. When questioned their excuse was sorry their staff is confused and misplaced the trays. Seriously! Confused!..

What are kolaches? Well, they are the Eastern European answer to dumplings. Soft, white bread (slightly sweet) encloses and variety of sweet and savory fillings. I highly recommend the ranchero kolache, but I have had the bacon, egg and cheese; philly cheese steak; pizza; jalapeno popper (not too spicy). But the most surprising of all was the brisket! Delicious!Laid out like an old donut shop (when I add the photos, youll see what I mean), the friendly staff are efficient, prompt, and helpful. Its a go-to place for office snacks or a quick breakfast. Just be sure that you meet your kolache craving before 2 pm--because theyre closed after that!
