Mac Cosmetics in Dillards - I wish I could give zero star. I went to get a foundation and I told her that I have very sensitive skin so she could suggest me product that was made for sensitive skin. The sales person without asking questions or suggesting me anything straight up told me that I should not be wearing any makeup and that i should not be here. I felt like she didn’t want to help me and felt very insulted. Have never experienced something like this before. Worst customer service ever.

I have to agree with most of the reviews, there is absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE whatsoever at this location!!! The ladies in this location are more interested in looking pretty and touching up their own make up than service delivery. I dont care how on point your make up is, if your service sucks, Im never coming back. First time shopping at this location, never going back nor recommending to anyone. Id rather do a 20min drive to another location where my buisness would be appreciated, this location sucks!

Alex is Awesome! If I could give her 1000 stars I would. My MUA cancelled the day of my Baby Shower due to a family emergency. I rushed to Macy’s Mac store for assistance. I explained my situation and Alex was eager to help. She did a full face for me including lashes and it was beyond my expectations! Of course, she had to stop a few times in between to help other customers, but that goes to show how dedicated she is! Thank you so much Alex :)

Thank you for helping me. I was trying to find a couple of new shades of colors. Super helpful way better than those employees in Sephora inside JCP who mumbled racist names at me.

MAC used to have great customer service. Not sure what happened. The one associate helping a group of older ladies seemed to be engaged and educating them about their products. However, I went in looking for a new color, but my associate just stood there looking at me Trying on color after color. Did not try to have a conversation with me or tell me about any other products. I wouldn’t have even minded them trying to upsell me—just don’t stand there and make me feel uncomfortable. MAC should concentrate a bit more on educating the customers that come to the counter so they can make worthwhile purchases and walk away loving their product. I just picked whatever color, purchased it, and walked out. I could’ve done that at CVS

I have to agree with the previous reviews. Service is absolutely horrible! I went there today on my lunch break and wanted to just buy one thing. Girl said she will be right with me. After waiting for few minutes, I asked her if she can just give me the product, sine I know which number I want. She responded that she has other people ahead of me and I have to wait. I left and will never go back! I understand that other people are ahead, but theyre taking the time to pick their colors and discuss different options. Me, I just wanted to grab a foundation and go. Will place my order on line. Very rude service and they have an attitude like theyre doing you a favor!

I dont know why, but every time I go to Mac I get terrible customer service. All of them always have an attitude! I love your makeup, but I hate dealing with your staff to get it. I to was told that I would be helped shortly... only for the same lady to look directly at me and walk off. Is this how Mac trains their employees?? To treat people as if they dont matter and walk around with a Im better than you attitude. Which mind you no one at that counter was wearing makeup that made me wanna buy from them. Smh sorry not sorry.

Very disappointed for this MAC location ! My first time wanted to buy make up and the service is very poor to someone who needs help in picking the right color for your skin tone! The sales was not interested in helping tell me she will give me a mirror and can just play with some color to match my skin !! I felt defeated I start crying cause I just wanted to feel beautiful for the first time in wanted makeup from MAC ! They need more help at Macys

Poor customer service

A lady with curly black hair needs to be fired. As I waited to be helped it was only one lady ahead of me. The worker told me someone would be right with me & when she got finished with her she started doing other work... Not with a customer just random stuff. I was totally ignored. The other worker who was doing nothing didnt even notice me. Horrible service

The girls were very sweet and kind when I went to get my makeup done.the girl who did my makeup did a fabulous job I really wish I had asked for her name:/and I didnt have to wait.thank you!

I really dont like MAC bc of the customer service ive ecpirienced at other locations. However, it was my first time here and the girls were soooo sweet and so patient about what I was looking for. If I need a MAC product I always come here no matter what!

Walked out of Macys Sugar Land because of the ignorant cashier at the MAC counter. I waited in line about 8 min, until it was my turn. This non american person( not sure what ethnicity) started waitng on me, then a very rude non american man burst in with a question, did not wait his turn, and she stopped my transaction to take care of him. Im done. I try to be tolerant of all people, there is no excuse for the rudeness. I need to get out of Sugar Land. To diverse for me.

The artist at MAC in Macys was incredibly rude. I left to go buy my MAC products at Dillards. I never will go to that MAC location again.
