The store was a nice Ulta. Very clean. Masks were required. At the moment no samples are available. I believe they accept returns on open items. You cant try on lipsticks, makeup, and etc. staff was nice. Asked me if I needed help and offered suggestions.

Kat in the salon was great! Very patient and really took the time to make sure I got the haircut I wanted. She was also very helpful with products and I went home with a curl activator Im so excited to try. Will be back to see Kat soon!

Salon - I went for a blow dry and styling my hair for an event and Lina was amazing! She helped me achieve the desired style considering the humidity in Houston :D she was kind and friendly. I would definitely recommend choosing Lina for your service!

Store location is convenient for area. Maintenance and cleanliness inside was well maintained. Products availability good. Workers seem to be either under staff or just over worked.. no enthusiasm for you being in the store but willing to help you find a product but youll have to wait 😉

Ulta is always Great. The Associates were friendly & very willing to help. Any cosmetics youre into, high end to drug store, Ulta has it. They have a Great Rewards Program too.

I ran in for a quick pick-up needed by my wife. The staff was so friendly and helpful and the in-out process was quick and efficient. I cant speak for the products as I dont use them myself but my wife definitely shops and likes Ulta.

I visited this store 2 weeks ago and I want to give a huge thanks to Leticia, the person who checked me out. I was super embarrassed with her because I became that customer everyone hates lol I wanted to use my gift cards and completely forgot when I checked out. She was so sweet and patient with me its so rare to find a cashier that loving and nice.

I have been getting my hair done with Ulta for a little over a year by Brenda. She has such great knowledge & experience in ALL aspects of hair care & with many of the Ulta products, she has colored, highlighted, permed, and styled my hair on numerous occasions & I have been extremely happy with each result. Brenda has a great upbeat attitude & such a way of making me feel special each time Ive seen her, I really appreciate her enthusiasm, patience, & kindness & have highly recommended her to my friends. I am so glad I have found such a wonderful stylist & will definitely continue booking my appointments with her.

Before you buy a new product, do your research. All hair reacts different and the workers are just there to sell.

The service was ridiculously poor. 4 girls at front counter talking about personal things and how so and so was a real witch! I came in with a list of things I needed from the Clinique area and would have loved help with finding them. Then when I went to the counter 1 girl was actually havi g a conversation in front of the counter and then walked around to the check out register and then just looked at me. No hello, just your phone number? Then pushed the bag at me and turned around....no thank you, nothing...$117.00...I will take somewhere else next time.

The sales associate named Fadma is very unprofessional and rude. While trying exchange an item I purchased but had yet to receive my email receipt she said wait until tomorrow while laughing. She couldn’t even be bothered. Fadma needs to learn some customer services skills. Call the Town & Country location and they looked it up by the sku# and were more than happy to exchange it for the correct item.

The store was a little busy in back but there were four at the front registers. Finally got someone to help, then waited in line to 7 our with four employees lworking counter. Not sure why it took so long. I knew the two products I wanted but could not find them... Same product line.

First, I didnt even realize that Ulta had a salon. BUT, I am so glad I discovered it! I used KATRINA and treated myself to a blow out at Ulta! She is wonderful at what she does! When she washed my hair, I got a scalp /head massage. I have a very tender head, but she was very gentle the whole time she worked on my hair (I even started falling asleep in the chair.) I loved my big, beautiful, shiny curls! I will definitely use her again! Ladies, treat yourselves and ask for KAT next time youre in store/salon! :) (Also, if you are a first time salon customer, it might be worth asking/searching google if there are any available discounts at the Ulta Salon.)

Very rude cashiers! Bought a $97 Kiehl’s skincare set and a makeup bag, turns out the bag was bit too small so I went to return it today. It was only $12 and the crazy woman at the cashier was checking the bag (which evidently was brand new) like it was digging for gold! So rude and unprofessional. I’ve been to this location a couple of times and no one working there has been nice/friendly. The employees definitely need an extensive customer service training. I miss the now closed store by the Sugar Land Town Center, they knew the definition of customer service!

I don’t even know where to start. I was frantically looking for someone to help with my last minute impulse of chopping my hair off. Honestly I’ve been wanting to do it again for a while but my last experience ( different establishment) was not that great. I’m generally a very indecisive person and it’s hard for me to makeup my mind without someone actually telling me what looks good. Lena was amazing, we immediately hit it off and she understood what I was looking for. I ended up doing a cut and color with her, I do not regret it. She did a fabulous job and eased my nervousness, extremely professional yet so much fun. I definitely recommend seeing Lena for your hair needs. Thank you so much and see you soon❤️

Just came in the store with my best friend and we had little backpacks on with our wallet and stuff in it and lady looks at us and tells a co working to go check the cameras and I don’t know if she was trying to be quiet or not but I heard it never coming back to store. Really rude cashiers. There’s a long line of customers and they don’t care. Just point at things for customers to figure out on their own.Customers put their purchase in bags themselves because cashiers literally turn away from them and talk to co-workers.Very rude and unprofessional. I just came back from this location’s store, and as a paying customer have never felt more disrespected. As soon as we walked in, eyes were glued to my sister and I, causing us to feel uncomfortable by the staff. We have gone two times in the past few weeks and walked out with the same feeling. It seemed like the staff was all suspicious of us by looking around. One lady asked us, “Are you guys still looking around?” In a harsh tone as if we have been hanging around the store for a while. This made us feel like we should rush to finish shopping, which isn’t fair to us because we were there for about an hour. Shopping does not take 5 minutes so we shouldn’t have experience this behavior.

They need to hire some employees to help their shoppers. Theyd probably make a lot more money if we werent forced to wander around and try to figure out the various products on our own. Also, the cashiers could use a little more tact. Its so much more pleasant at Sephora.

Great place to see live music, enjoyed everything about the experience. The lobby was beautiful and spacious pre-show drink stands were plentiful and the drinks were reasonably priced. Well worth the visit.

My sister and I went to this Ulta location the other day. It was my first time booking a hair salon appointment at any Ulta store. I had the most wonderful stylist! Her name is Brenda. I would recommend her to anyone. She is so sweet and knows exactly what she is doing. Brenda has such a positive vibe. She took her time doing my hair and making me feel so welcomed. She created my dream red hair for my birthday. Best hairstyle I ever got so far! I am definitely coming back for her.

The place is open and the store number and hours are same as one on university.

Way under staffed. The whole time that I was there I dont think anyone consulted me about any product even when I need it only when I was about to use the bathroom Nice lady from hair section directed me.But the collection is different than other location, find a really nice super inexpensive palette. That made me very happy. LolMaybe they can clean up the store little bit too. But the cashiers are nice.P.S. This location carry some great Korean products.

All the items are well arranged, and the staff is also cooperative.

Got my hair cut with Katrina this evening and it was everything I hoped for. My hair was long and without texture. She asked me what I wanted. I told her I wanted to keep the length and add layers to shape my face & she did exactly that! I can’t stop touching my hair!! I’ll definitely make another appointment with her again.

This is racist staff even the manager he says “you people always try these things”. I always shopped here but ever since they changed employees it’s been down hill. I tried to do a return on a hair dryer but said it’s past 31 Days It was 45 and sparks come out I said there should be exception, they said it’s out of there hands. I understand there’s rules but there is no need to be rude.

I love Ulta they have some of the most refreshing rejuvenating skin care products and shampoos and the prices are reasonable the atmosphere is very relaxing and the staff is friendly I will continue to visit this establishment to purchase my skin care products and shampoos.

I love this store, because when I go there with my girlfriend, I am able to get all of the ultra high end, beyond esoteric, cosmetics she NEEDS, in often times only one visit... never more than two.Many companies whose primary customer base is on that side of the gender spectrum, could really benefit by taking a hint from this Cis-fem based business, in that, they clearly have not forgotten that the cis-male end of the spectrum is the primary source of the vast majority of monetary units this high end industry brings in, irregardless of the penultimate holder of said funds.

The worst place ever I paid $69 for a horrible makeup up for my daughter last Friday 5/17 i. She was an elderly white lady who doesn’t know what is the meaning of being a makeup artist. I was in a hurry for another appointment didn’t have time to complain. Took my daughter to First Colony mall and paid extra $100 for her new makeup. She made my daughter cray on her Prom day. Really sorry for the money I paid.
