My sales rep Jason (I hope I got the name right).was very patient and helpful. He wasnt pushing me into things I didnt want. I went to pick up a online order, but took a look at a couple of other things. He made suggestions and was honest when I asked his opinion,instead of saying anything to make a sale. He even told me about another promotional offer that I probably wouldnt have discovered. He told me about policies and information about how the warranties work. I will definitely look for him the next time Im looking for anything. He had great taste. It was a pleasure having him assist me.
Online purchase and in store policy exchanges are not talking to each other!!!!! The people are confused, wasted my time!!!!My hubby purchased a bracelet for me, it passed the return policy, I wasnt sure how to exchange it. I called First colony mall store, I was told that I can come to the location and exchange it. After 5 mints I got the call again that I cant since its an online purchase, advised to call 1800 number.I called 1800, she said you would be able to exchange it into the store, wrote my name and spoke to store people while I was on call as well.I was a YES from the store.Next morning on 6th Sep, I went to store and it was told that I cant exchange and whom did I talk to about the exchange and I am not eligible for an exchange. Since I was never connected to that person directly I had no name with me.The lady easily shrugged her shoulders telling she was sorry.I am so disappointed, if it was told clearly that it not eligible for exchanges I would have accepted that.
Just a very pleasant experience. The mall is really not a place I like to be, but Maya the sales assistant there was great. The finance process was smooth and the selection was amazing.
I think this is the most serious and disappointing review Ive ever written.Buy 3 rings, a pair of earrings, a necklace at This jewelry @zales. All with diamonds. What I paid was more than 40 thousand dollars. Only a ring with a diamond💍 I paid 30 thousand dollars, all I paid in cash the same day. It is the stupidest purchase I have made in my entire life, trusting the seller (her name is Itsmel) when she gave me details of the diamond made me see as qualities of the diamond that were actually defects of the diamond which made it worthless . I being ignorant on the subject of diamonds and not knowing what she was buying I trusted what she was selling me. I have made the purchase. To my surprise the diamond has no value due to the damage, she sold me a broken diamond and she told me that that was normal when it is not ...PLEASE FRIENDS, BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE IN THIS JEWELERY OR ANY OTHER. INFORM YOURSELF!@Zales does not sell quality! 👎 and when I went to speak and they gave me an answer .. ABSOLUTELY THEY DONT CARE!THEY ARE ONLY INTERESTED IN SELLING BUT NOT INTERESTED IN SELLING QUALITY TO THE CUSTOMER OR MAINTAINING CUSTOMER SATISFACTION ...

Look for Steven at Zales First Colony Mall in Sugarland. He is professional, well - mannered in general. He takes time to explain everything and does not miss important information a client needs to know. I would usually call Zales first to find out when he is available. I ordered loose diamonds to see my options for my engagement ring upgrade from Steven. He called their vendors to find the diamond stone closest to want I want. He called me several times to find me options before he presented to me at the store. Everything came with certificates. I inspected everything carefully. I took my time and did not rush. Steven was so patient with us. My husband and I are very happy with our purchase and it came with a lifetime commitment and warranty just like all the other pieces of jewelry we bought from them. We have bought jewelry from them 6x and we have not had a single bad experience. So far we have not regretted buying from them. They have cleaned and maintained all the jewelry we purchased from Zales and have also handled a repair in the past so well. Having a very nice jewelry consultant at Zales made our whole experience a 10. The lady manager of the store was also very nice. Look for Steven if you are planning to purchase from this location.

I want to thank Mrs. Jeanette and Mrs. Jen the manager. The both of them went above and beyond to help me find the ring of my dreams. I called 4 different zales offices in the Houston area and no one had the ring I was looking for. Pearland was very rude the guy who answered the phone hung up in my face. Pasadena wasnt any better but once I called this location they actually took the time to call around and find the ring I was looking for and had it shipped in so it was ready when I got to the store and I was in and out in no time. Thank you ladies got helping me it meant so much to me.
Terrible experience! The sales person Steve was more interested in getting sales rather than helping a loyal customer with a repair issue. We didnt get a call letting us know my rings were ready for pick up. Once were loyal customers now will not do business at this location. Online has better sales and excellent deals!! Very disappointed😣
We bought a ring from here and right 2 days after a stone fell off.. I went there and asked them how can a stone fall off when the ring is completely brand new? The lady was very rude and very unprofessional! She replied me very rudely.. anyway, so they took back the ring and fixed it for me. It took 2 weeks. The story’s not over yet.. so 5 days after I got the ring, the same stone AGAIN came off. That’s definitely the poor quality of stones they put and it was a major rip off!!! Instead of trying to cope up with the situation, they asked me to buy an insurance on it. Why would I wanna buy anything from y’all if I had my first experience so bad? Never ever going there and I would never ever recommend them to anyone!
They were great, I was in and out in no time. Customer service was excellent. I took my wifes ring to get it soldered and they took pictures of the ring to show me that when I pick it up it would be my wifes ring.

If I could put zero stars I would! Horrible service! To sale they are all smiles but to provide a service that should be warranted they want to charge 130 dollars and with a very unprofessional attitude! This will not be my last purchase of a timepiece, but never again with Zales.
I was at First Colony Mall and decided to stop buy the Zales store to browse some wedding rings with my mom. Lynn, the sales associate there was helpful at first and I was thinking oh they arent all money grabbers. But I didnt see any that I liked and than she kept pushing us to look at other ones. Finally I told her we will be back on Sunday and the look on her face completely changed. She went from being friendly to down right disrespectful. She kept mumbling about, how she knew we couldnt afford it. And right when she passed me she said and I quote,I shouldnt have gotten up to help ya out, wasted my time. And I called back and apparently she answered and I told her what my complaint was and could I get the number to customer care, she denied ever helping us (basically implying that I am lying) and she gave me the wrong number, I had to search it up myself. I WILL NEVER BE BACK HERE NOR WILL I REFER SOMEONE TO BUY FROM HERE!!!! if I could give it no star at all I definitely would!

I went it on yesterday since it was cold i was wearing not so well dressed clothes but i went in ready to buy 2 necklaces i was standing for 20mins there knowing they had seen me standing while not being acknowledged now a couple walked in and right away someone went to attend them i dont know if they thought i was just gonna waste their time or i couldnt afford anything but best beleive i walked right out over to Kay got a propper treatment and walked out with 2 new necklaces for my mother and grandmother So thank you zales

Came in for an engagement ring here. Associates very knowledgeable and kept me up to date with my fiancees ring after we sent it in for resizing. The warranty is amazing and well worth the money.We take it in periodically to get it polished.I will do no buisness with any other company but zales I am pleased with the shopping experience we had! Bad experience here. I bought the ring at the store and then found it online for a significant amount less. Brought the ad in to receive the $112.00 discounted price.The saleswoman Sonia said she was saving me money by discounts at the time of purchase then, once I brought the ad in things changed. I was no longer a valued customer. They will try to deceive you. Dont trust your $$$ here. Youll be suckeredinto paying full price, then find it on the Zales onlie store for a lot less.
