Mike and Travis helped me get my car to the shop. The repairs made the car look brand new. Blue Collison is a well known repair shop. The insurance companies trust them. Which streamlines the whole process. The rental cars can even be dropped off at the shop for pick up. I would and have recommended the shop to anyone needing auto body repairs. I hope I never have to use them again. Only because I dont want my car to get wrecked again. But if I do I know they can be trusted to complete outstanding work!

I had talked to as many as 6 or 7 collision shops and then 3 alternative options, I work in auto repair but not collision. This was the last place I talked to and should have been the first. Great work and price, but it was the customer service that made me write the review. The way they answer the phone and concierge service, truly first class. Truck looks like new.

Blue collision fixed some fiberglass work on a vehicle for us in a very timely fashion. We also had the vehicle detailed afterwards and they did a fantastic job, service with a smile and Craig is an awesome guy to work with! Give him a call!

They did not fix my truck how it should of been fixed. They didnt change a lot of things that should of been new. Since it was in a bad accident

These guys are great. When my truck was dropped off I wasnt completely satisfied by something that probably wouldnt have been a big deal to those that dont pay attention to detail. I didnt want to deal with sending it back but they were adamant they wanted to make it right. They picked my truck back up on another day that worked better for me, took care of the problem and brought it back to me before the end of the day. The issue was completely fixed. Impressive work, I recommend them!

Trent was able to help me repair my bumper in a few days and the paint looks amazing. I also had a front passenger side control arm put in my them and Ive had no issues since. They do great work and Id highly recommend them.

This company was recommended to me by the insurance company of the person that rear ended me . It was located in a familiar place to me so I decided to go with it . When I arrived for my appointment which was scheduled for 7:30AM I had to wait around for the associate that was to help me ... yeah sure I definitely don’t have to go to work I have time to wait around ! ... Anyways you would think the associate would apologize nope just said “hold on I have to get my bearings first “ ooooook fine . So the estimate was done and I was to return a couple days later to get the work done which I did and was given a ride to the car rental place which was nice .... During the repair I received text message updates onMy repair which was very helpful. Finally I get to pick my car up and yes the repair that needed to be done was done AWESOME right? Yes but they have added an additional dent to the side of my car which was not there when I dropped it off ... there was even pictures as evidence ... and the associate just basically said “bummer” here’s the card of a guy you can pay to fix it .... ugh thanks but my car didn’t have this ... it was in your possession and now it does ... guess I’m out of luck ... thanks but no thanks

My experience with Blue Collision was nothing but amazing! They were super informative on the updates of my car. Craig kept me posted day to day until my car was finished. Their customer service was superb . The fact that they pick your car up for services and drop it off when they are done was so helpful with my everyday life . Blue collision keep up the and I will continue to refer your out to everyone !!

Repairs done under estimation and sooner then estimated date so I saved on rental car. Repair looks flawless and to top it off it was cleaned inside and out.

We had the misfortune to have hit an animal at 75 mph in January. We dealt with Bob and he was most efficient in seeing that our van was repaired in the best possible way. They are really pricey. Doesnt matter the problem either.

Stay away from this place, they saw a nice car who needed minor work and they tried to ring me up for 3K and then when I said I wasnt interested in their services I was harassed and threatened via text by their estimator.

Very unhappy with my experience here. The only good thing I can say is that they were able to color match a metallic paint very well. Thats a big thing, but everything else was a train wreck. Its been a long time since I used this shop, but it took a month for repairs, and I had to reject the car three times before I took it home. The rocker panels werent put back on correctly, the new headlight wasnt installed correctly, etc. Easy stuff. The worst however was after I got the car back and washed it the first time. They had gotten overspray on the rubber windshield trim when they did the repainting. Rather than cleaning the paint off or replacing the piece (which was only about $35 brand new at the dealer), they used black spray paint over it to cover it up. Of course spray paint doesnt stick to rubber, so it started coming off pretty quickly. That is the most lazy, unprofessional and offensive service Ive ever gotten anywhere. Who does that?! They offered to replace it when I called, but rather than drive across town (again) I got it at the dealer myself and changed it out. Steer clear.

These guys are awesome! I bought my Toyota Corolla brand new last year, and sadly got into an accident two months ago. At this point I was stressed on who to take my car to, so I called Toyota of Surprise where they recomended me to take it to Blue Collusion. I am glad I did. I am still beyond satisfied about the work that was done. My baby looks brand new again! ☺️

This morning I went in just to get an estimate for some repairs for the rear end of my car and the front end had been off-kilter a little from a previous incident and they fixed it for free the front bumper for free along with the quote for the back bumper excellent service Bob was awesome

Called to ask hourly rates for labor. Was shot down by a man named Bob. If thats the way you treat customers I do not want to work with you. Unprofessionalism at its peak right there. My personal vehicle and work vehicles will go elsewhere from now on.
