Having my car repaired at Caliber Collision was an experience in a company going above and beyond. It’s so great to see my car looking beautiful again. I highly recommend this company. Your car will be in good hands.

Completion date changed three times. Missing parts when vehicle was returned. Used parts used, Blamed it on insurance. Tech broke a part after over tightening a nut. Had to order whole new radiator. Now I have an antifreeze leak. Which I have to miss work or have my son take vehicle back. Maybe if my car was newer better work would have been performed.

I am very impressed by this company. They thoroughly explained the process, and the estimate on the time they would need the car was completely accurate. My car was ready when they told me it would be, and the repairs were perfect. My car looks great. They even washed it before I picked it up. Top notch organization - highly recommend.

Very good paint job repair, follow up and personal service. Jason was excellent. Happy that although they followed the guidelines with CDC that I do not believe in, they allowed me to not wear a mask outside. Inside I had to due to company rules.

Caliber gave me a better time quote for completion and offered better options for handling my deductible than 2 other competitors I shopped. I used my insurance so I cant attest to their affordability but the work they did was thorough and flawless. I was kept in the loop on my repair status and was never left wondering what was going on with my car. Almost daily text alerts were both automated and personalized. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing a repair!!

Im not sure what business these other reviews went to. This place is terrible. The estimate was done on 7/16 and as of today 8/12 the truck is still not done. This was a rear end collision with basically just the back end needing to be replaced. However, the truck was not driveable as the drivers seat was damaged in the accident. They havent even fixed the seat yet despite having received the part. We used them because they were on the preferred list from Liberty Mutual but we will never use them again. My husband demanded the truck by tomorrow and they still wont be putting the new seat in so he has to drive it in an unsafe condition. Plus they never communicated with us about the status, they continually gave us dates when it would be done and then said they would call my husband back and never did.

Hit a tire thread off a semi on I-10...So far a good experience, however was quoted a 4 day turn around but now it looks like its going to be 14... I have been receiving text updates but have not received my vehicle back yet, cant rate the workOk today i had to change my review to 1 star today is March 6th a piece fall off that got repaired since i got it back i have also noticed a weird humming sound that was not there prior .. been trying to call all day and lines not working . i should have known something else was gonna be wrong because at pick up my bumper was not aligned correctly .. i had to pint it out

We just got our truck back from Caliber. The entire process was pleasant. They were friendly, kept us updated throughout the entire process, were on time and did a great job. The truck looks like new. 😊. We would definitely use them again, but hope we don’t have to. The only thing I didn’t like was the parking lot. Very tight for a large truck.

Changed finish time 2 times. The account rep. and the manager (Zach) both made promises to call me to keep me posted on two different issues. Todate no communication from them.Auto response, wow. Why cant your GM followup on the promises he makes?

I’m giving this Caliber location 4 stars because our car was finished on time. The damages were repaired and it looks like it did new. The doors shut like they did before the damage. So we were very happy with the repairs. The turn in was easy and we used our USAA to do it all.Let’s get to the delivery- Jerry called me one day and said our car was in the wash being detailed and told me we could pick it up that afternoon. We weren’t able to but when my wife went the following morning she was told it wasn’t ready, it was in the wash line with 11 cars ahead of it and that we shouldn’t have expected it to be ready because he hadn’t called yet....?Our car was ready the next day which put it done the day we were told to expect. My wife went to pick it up to find paint overspray inside and outside of the front and rear passenger doors, sanding dust all over the inside and a stack of used sanding disks under the folded seats hat hadn’t been cleaned. The wheels hadn’t been cleaned with the exception of the one they replaced.If my vehicle isn’t spotless I’m not complaining but when I’m told it’s being detailed for two days and I get it back in the condition we received it in, I’m not a happy guy.In closing, everything up to the delivery was great but the delivery left a bad taste in mouth.

Are you serious? I requested an estimate for damage to my front end from rocks and gravel along with an unusual bubble that formed over the months on My Mini Cooper S and yet they say that they cant give an estimate? Wow. And I was thinking it would be an easy process.

Jerry was nothing short of amazing during this process. Jerry went over and beyond and I’ve been telling everyone how great this company is! I would recommend any and everyone to go to these guys. I took my car to Caliber Collision in Surprise from a recommendation on our community Facebook page. I am happy with the bodywork completed on the vehicle, and Dakota gave me timely updates; I am not happy that Dakota gave Progressive a recommendation regarding the damage that caused some of the needed repairs to be denied.Per Krista at Progressive, After speaking to your shop, it seems consistent that those are not related to the accident. We did again speak with Dakota at the shop, who also agreed that the door damages are door dings unrelated to this accident.Dakota, you were not privy to the written accident report or the verbal report I gave Progressive. Caliber should fix the repair for me and take it out of your paycheck!

Please dont waste your time anywhere else. Caliber Collision took care of me, kept in contact with me, and put me at ease!Dakota Ginter took care of me and my 2018 Honda Accord Sport! I was in an accident June 12, 2020 and my car was taken to Service King (WASTE OF TIME AND AGGRAVATING). Service King had my car for a week and lacked communication with me, and stated they had an estimate on my car YET they hadnt even touched my car due to them have only one lift and the car that was on the lift did not have a motor, therefore it was unable to move. I called a good friend of mind and she referred me to Dakota at Caliber Collision! He had my car for less that 24-hours and had it apart and totaled and the information sent off to my insurance company. LESS THAN 24 HOURS!!! Thats what I like to call AMAZING SERVICE. Seriously, you are in good hands at Caliber Collision! ALSO, I am from QUEEN CREEK, and I will never go anywhere else!

Caliber Collision completely repaired my damaged vehicle - replacing the tailgate and related electronics. Part of the vehicle had to be painted. The lift gate window had to be replaced along with interior trim. It was a detailed project; the staff did an excellent job.

They made the car look like new. They kept me informed of the status and were on time!

The weather stripping was coming lose from my 2018 Honda Ridgeline. I went to Caliber to enquire if they would be happy to repair my stripping. They instantly brought my truck to the back, and had a certified tech look at it. A short time later my car was brought up front. The weather stripping was replaced as good as new maybe even better. I asked about the charges. The manager just smiled and said no charge. Hopefully I will never need a body shop, but if I do Caliber will be my shop. Waiting area was clean and sanitary. What a pleasure

I had an appointment at 10:15, there was an advisor right there to help me. they explained just what they were going to do and when they were going to do it. I was very pleased with their all-around service. My car was just dinged a little so it shouldnt be a long wait. Theyll let me know tomorrow just how long that will be.

I made a claim through liberty mutual and called Caliber Collision to make an appointment and the advisor that answered the phone said that if I had 20 minutes to spare that he could get me in now. Dakota wrote my estimate for me and was so honest and helpful. I had so many questions and the staff was supportive and answered all of them. Would highly recommend caliber to anyone I know.

Manager Zach was very nice. Waiting for a call back from him re- possible warranty work. My car was fixed in FORT COLLINS 5,000 miles ago. Ill update review when everything is fixed.Update- Never received a call back from Zach and its been many, many weeks. I expect professionals to follow up and he didnt. Extremely disappointing. He quoted me for the part I need. He came back and said actually its a little more and I misquoted you,, but Ill still do the job for that price, since it was my mistake. He said hed look into the warranty to see if itd be covered by Fort Collins. I told him regardless, I want to schedule and take care of it, even if out of pocket. 👎👎 for no follow through!!

I had a great experience with them . My insurance set up my rental car like they should, sent all my info to the shop like they should. All I had to do was show up with my scheduled appointment for a quick look around and photos. Took about 25 mins . They call a few days later to schedule drop off . I dropped the car off and they reached out to enterprise for me to have them pick me up. I had received texts through out the whole process and received the final text the day it was ready . I picked up and it was spotless and looked like it was when I first bought it I gave them the rental car keys and drove home. They were so polite and helpful with the questions I had on the actual work itself as for the insurance side I reach out to my company for that. This company deserves the 5 stars it was such a stress free process using them.

From start to finish top quality service. this place had a fair price on the estimate. quality work and follow-up. pleasant experience. will be going here for any repairs I might need in the future. in my opinion this place is golden. they are a rare find in todays world. that afternoon when I parked in my garage. my right front and back running light and tail light were still on. I brought my car back and it was just a loose plug. the man was honest. he pushed the plug in the rest of the way . perfection !! I so appreciate his honesty and he didnt make me wait a half hour or longer to push the plug in. these places are extremely hard to find in todays world. My car was repaired here after my car was hit on the door. The team here at Caliber Collision took care of my car thanks in part to the Geico recommendation! I was notified every day with updates via text and was glad to hear the news every time. I love my car to death and I really felt comfortable leaving it in their hands. I was given an estimated date and my car was done well before the estimated date thanks to team here! Makes me very happy because I get to spend the weekend with my car now! I was late for my appointment by 15 minutes. Still in a lot of pain from the accident. Caliber Collision would not see me because I was late or help me with a rent a car. Disappointed to say the least. They didnt close for another 30 minutes. Didnt offer another appointment and the front desk woman wasnt proactively helpful. Asked her questions and felt like I was a bother. I hope nobody else is ever late and get treated the way I was. Not a good feeling.

BUYER BE WARE!!!! I had some vandalism on my diesel truck so my insurance wanted to evaluate the damage. Zack the manager was so incompetent that he took my truck to Import Only against my wishes. A domestic diesel to and import only shop..... Billiant score 1. Then the BODY SHOP MANAGER proceeds to give my insurance the MECHANICS opinion that I had cleaned parts before bringing them to him, creating a HUGE issue with my insurance. The affected parts were part of a diesel fuel system. The entire system shows signs of heavy dirt contamination, even in photographs taken by the insurance company. Brilliant score 2. Lastly Zack agreed with me about the incompetence of the shop he took the truck to. I had to explain to the mechanic at Import Only where my fuel pump even was and the difference between a ford diesel injector and others. Zack then did NOTHING to remedy the situation he caused. I was forced to pay for my truck to go to a qualified diesel mechanic for a second diagnostic that I also had to pay for. One day with a competent professional shop and the diagnostic came back showing the whole fuel system had been contaminated and needed to be replaced. Had I not taken the expense and combated the ignorance of these 2 shops I would have been left to replace my fuel system on my own dime. I can understand not knowing how a diesel works, especially a ford powerstroke. I cant understand why these 2 supposed professionals thought it better to guess in the dark than to make an informed decision.

Everyone there was super professional, friendly, and helped get the damage done as quickly as possible. I highly recommend going here!! Having Enerprise there was an awesome added bonus. I was able to leave the rental there and did not have to bring a second person along for the entire process. They made it incredibly easy.

After being rear-ended the other drivers insurance company referred me to Caliber Collision. At first i was slightly skeptical because we all know how insurance companies can be, but I do have to say I was above and beyond impressed with the service I received. From getting my car dropped off, to getting the rental arranged to the actual repairs their service was amazing. My car now looks brand new and Jerry, the associate from Caliber who worked with me, took very good care of me through the whole process. Had to have body work done and they are the shop the insurance company contracts with. Did beautiful work and Im glad I only had to pay the deductible. Seemed a bit pricey to me but its been years since I had any car repair done so Im not exactly an expert on what is the going rate. The job they did was flawless (to my untrained eye) and what got them the 5th star was that they kept me updated every step of the way and even got my car to me a day earlier than expected. Staff was helpful and a pleasure to work with.

When I finally picked up my vehicle Justin and I walked around it and it looked better than before the incident that the vehicle was taken in for. I would highly rate caliber collision for any and all repairs and although I do not wish anything to happen to my vehicle, if it does I will definitely be back. Also just want to add they remove some scratches throughout which they did not have to do and had it washed up for me the day of pick up she looks brand new Ive taken my car to chamber collision in the past In surprise they return my car back without a wash and they did not go out there way which they said originally they would fill in the scratches with the extra paint.
