So unprofessional!!! I had an appointment this morning at 6:00, which was scheduled weeks ago. We were told that they could not do Mobil repairs right now, because of covid, but we could bring the car to them and they would fix our dent. (Which doesnt make any sense) So I got up early, drove for thirty minutes to the address on the internet, and it turns out to be a home, not a business. I called to tell them I was there several times but they never answered. I rang the doorbell, no answer. I called again and sent through text a copy of my appointment from the e-mail they had sent me, no reply. After waiting over 40 minutes, I gave up and drove the 30 minutes back to my home. Complete waste of time!!!!

What a great experience. I had an eyesore of a dent on my Tesla and Johnathan was able to get it out and make it unnoticeable in a matter of hours. No hassle, no painting, no BS... just a straight forward process at an incredible price! I will definitely be coming back for my other vehicles. Thank You!

They were very professional oh, very honest, and I knew exactly what I was going to get and how much it was going to cost before we started. They went above and beyond taking me home in between well they worked and picking me back up. The whole process was done quickly and efficiently. And the best price I had gotten yet. I would use them again, definitely!

I was always a commercial drive through “car wash” type car owner and was ALWAYS content with that. My views have completely changed after getting a full detail from Johnathan at West Valley WOW. He is very Meticulous, knowledgeable, and professional. I was so impressed, that the next time I went to him, I added an interior cleaning as well and it was just as impressive. In addition, he also fixed a ding on my back bumper. I drove feeling like I had a brand new car.I highly recommend him and his company.

Terrible service. Guy who runs this hardly replies to inquiries and does not follow up. How are you supposed to keep business, if you dont follow up with potential clients? Guy needs some customer service skills. Would not recommend AT ALL.

Jonathan is an amazing guy who takes detail Perfectionism to a new level. If you love your vehicle and want it treated the way that only you would. Wonderful paint work, ding and small dent removal. Looks and reminds me of the day I drove my “ New Car” off the lot
