Amazing store the girls there are great it is always clean and stocked the best they can be with everything going on. Even though it was hard to get things in they still made sure to take my information down to get a call back when the items I needed came in.

Poor customer servicePurchased an item prior to Covid (late march), decided it wasnt needed, went to return but the company implemented a no return policy okay fine, i understood (despite being within the 60 day window). Was assured there will be some adjustments once they determine with corporate what the steps going forward were going to be.Called every 2-3 weeks to see if returns were accepted, wasnt until I called on july 1 that I got a yes.spoke to the associate AND the manager about the return being out of 60 days, never been opened-paid in cash and dont want store credit. Was told by the Manager Teresa that she would either return it by debit card or would do cash, great!drove 30 minutes, was told well its beyond the 60 days and wont give me an option to do the return by the manager so theres nothing they can do....ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? I specifically called so my gas wouldnt be wasted nor my time.Called customer service and after another 30 minutes (on hold), was given another number to call. The rep was concerned that I had called prior and yet the manager still acted as if she didnt acknolwedge the phone conversation. What type of management says they will do something then NOT do it? But whats better is the rep informed me that there was a 3 to 4 week period where returns beyond 60 days were being taken...however the 2 times I called i was told by the associates that we arent taking returns at this time, actually we dont really know when we will be able to. Save yourself time just go to a different cosmoprof...they tell you one thing and do the opposite

Make sure you get here AT LEAST 5-10 minutes before they say they close. Apparently Cecilia has places to go and locks the door before the actual closing time. I will be contacting corporate as well, this isnt how a good buisness should be ran!

The Manager today with dark hair, was very rude and unprofessional, I will report her to corporate, and also take my business to Salon centric.
