Soooo beyond excited for this store! I’ve been driving all the way to Phoenix for my beauty supply needs so I’m glad there is finally one on this side of town. Customer service was A1, offered assistance & answered all questions store is very clean and organized, they have a wide selection of brands, products & quality hair. Truly a one stop shop considering all the services & products they offer. Found my new forever beauty supply store 🥰

I went there yesterday looking for something and stressed out i couldnt braid my hair back . im not from the area and she helped me braid my hair back and was very nice about it too ! workers are very friendly and helped me find everything i needed to find ! i would recommend 100%!!

The owner of the shop is wonderful! Moving here from Chicago I was in desperate need to find a beauty supply store. It’s inconvenient to always have to drive far to Phoenix for mine and my kids hairs needs. Her shop has everything you need and are looking for. Amazing prices! She’s the best! You won’t regret it

The store is very messy and unorganized. The smell of incense burning is very unprofessional and isn’t so friendly for most customers. The owner does not know their own product, I made two purchases. The first purchase I was very satisfied because I had bought human hair bundles by Bobbi Boss. The second time I came in and made another purchase for “human hair” but this time it was from the She Beauty line which is the stores brand. The two bundles were hanging on a clip behind the counter and weren’t really labeled or packaged just a net around it. I asked if they were human hair and she said she didn’t know, then I asked a second time to make sure and she said yes. For one the bundles were not human hair they were synthetic and two they smelled of the incense that was in the store. I called the store and spoke to the lady after purchasing the bundles I asked if they were listed as human hair because they didn’t feel like they were human hair and she said that she didn’t know and that when she bought them they were sold to her as human hair. She then asked me if there was an issue I just told her I’d call her back. I would not recommend buying from the She Beauty brand. I would not recommend buying products from this woman as she clearly isn’t knowledgeable about her products.

They refuse to answer their phone. The hours on the website are different from the hours on google and the phone so i drove up to the store to sit outside because they werent open at the hours that the website said they were. Super unprofessional and its very annoying.

Great customer service and quality products at reasonable prices. I do advise to call to confirm store is open.

I love this store it has everything I need and the owner and staff are amazing. Plus they have amazing gift packages for your loved ones. My mommy loves her new she coffee mug and my friend loves her she mug she popping and perfume. Check them out great prices great atmosphere.

Went to the store twice on 2 different days during business hours (4pm) and they were closed. I was trying to support a black owned business and was disappointed. I needed human hair for a style.

On August 16,2020 I got a full sew-in with a closure no hair left out installed. First I would honestly say to look else where to get a sewed in weave done with a closure. If I could give a 0 star I would. After I came home from having my hair done my closure came undone and I noticed that my hair in the front was put in so thin it seemed like I had no hair in the front. It was so thin when I tried to style My hair it looked like I was bald in the front. By day 5 the started started coming out and my braids in the back started unraveling. I contacted the shop and I was ask why didn’t I say something while I was in the shop getting my hair done. I told them that I did not notice anything wrong until I got home and listed all that I noticed after I got home and continued to happen this week. After I explained everything no one replied or got back to me. I would not recommend this place at all. I spent $100 and gave a 20% tip and they didn’t even style my hair. Their customer service is horrible and they don’t care if the style they were supposed to doesn’t even last a week. You can pay the same price and probably get better done else where.

If you need black hair products that little shop is there.

JJ is so nice and helpful. Everything from curved brushes to human hair bundles. Quickly became the best beauty supply in surprise.

The business claims it opens at 12:00 noon. I have been waiting outside for an hour and the place is still closed. Major disappointment and inconvenience.
