First off.This location has a great waiting area. Ready to serve hot coffee, snacks, and comfortable chairs. No one likes waiting around for auto maintenance, but thanks for making the wait as comfortable as possible!Secondly, shout out to Mike and the whole service team. Despite being overwhelmed with vehicles to service they were able to get my vehicle fixed, change the oil and rotate my tires much quicker than initially expected. I’ve been here multiple times already with my previous Jeep and the Newest one. The whole team is extremely friendly and welcoming and it has always been consistent.Lastly,If you’re on the fence about buying JEEP. DO IT. The benefits that’s come with the vehicle makes it all worth it. I love mine and would probably never change brands. I bought the vehicle from this location earlier this year. Hassle free deal and I was in and out of the dealership quickly, and felt extremely confident in my purchase.Happy shopping!!

The folks at Larry Miller in Surprise are great. We went in looking for a new vehicle that seats 7. Inventory is low right now for new and used. Mark helped us out, and after looking at different vehicles, asking questions, making jokes, we ended up getting a used vehicle that is perfect. After the vehicle was detailed it looked very nice. We were worried about getting a used vehicle but the team was able to get us an extended warranty that covers everything to help alleviate any concerns we had. Great time, great team, and we got to bang the gong.

We purchased a Jeep Gladiator from this dealership the whole experience was Amazing. My trade was not a problem they were very fair. Our salesman was great all the way through finance. I was so happy with this dealership that I came back and purchased another Gladiator. I have purchased many vehicles in my years but have never been treated with such respect. Poorly ran service area. They really need to just have people do appointments only. Waited over two hours and they didnt even start our oil change on our jeep yet till we came over to ask how much longer.After they forgot to wash the jeep and they had to take it back and wash it. Us waiting longerManagement really needs to make service appointment only. Or they should tell walks in that they will have extended waits and prioritize appointments.It really isnt that hard if you had a shred of common sense to fix the overburdened service area. Or even give the decency to tell the people coming in estimated wait times.

Action Jackson, a true person who cares about the needs of not only the store, but first off is the customer. We came in at 7 pm 1 hour before store closed. The Absolute perfect truck was found for my wife. Then his brother and him made the experience even better with straight prices. It could only make sense. Happy wife is a very happy life! Have done all my services at this dealer and I call in to all a question about a window issue on one of my four Dodge vehicles I own. The service advisor says he can’t diagnose it over the phone which is understandable but he’s obviously seen or heard issues similar but would give me any rough ball park on what it could be or a high end cost of what it could be. I love my Dodge vehicle but I do not recommend anyone to this dealer if you need something done call Bill Luke and you will get good customer service. It’s all about money to Larry Miller Surprise.

This is two part review-First the service team at Larry H Miller in surprise are by far the best and Thomas the service adviser is outstanding great guy to work with and beyond helpful.Second part is for the sales team members Tyler and Charles, they really took the time to find the right car for us and answered all our questions. They both worked to ensure we were happy with the deal and made the whole process seamless which I appreciated. On 8/3 my wife was in an accident and totaled her car leaving us with one and it all happened right before I was going in for back surgery. Worse experience in over 50 years.for service. Bought a new Jeep from Avondale Chrysler Jeep and to to this service center for its first oil change. Appointed was nearly 2 weeks out for 8am. Got there and dropped off car. Waited over 2 hrs before I asked what the hell was the holdup. Said they were busy. No kidding ! Why have an appointment. Takes a high school drop out at Jiffy Lube 15 mins.to do the same job. Waited another half hour. Was livid. No excuse. None !! Drove 1/2 Mike off.lot and noticed they hadnt washed my vehicle. When I arrived they asked if I wanted it washed. Relied yes. Took back and had then wash it. Acted like I was the jerk. Stay away from these clowns. Had a Hyundai I also took to Larry Miller last year. Same experience only worse. 2 hours 45 mind and hadnt even begun. I left. Vile

Pros:1. Found issues with my vehicle i didnt know i had2. Good communication3. Fixed vehicle timely after parts came in and works good stillCons:1. Constant messages via text and email for their marketing and surveys after service was complete. I signed for service, not to sign myself up for marketing and surveys. To do this should be more explicitly communicated and given the option to decline. It never came up from the service professional.2. I scheduled my service one week in advance but after 7 hours after i dropped my vehicle off i got a call saying they were still backed up with 10 cars ahead of me and could not look at mine for a couple more days before basic dianostic could occur.3. Marked up part i needed by few hundred compared to other retailers selling same or similar part.I am happy to get my vehicle back and thank you for fixing it.

The van we purchased broke down 4 miles from the dealership. After that we went though several months of constant break downs, tow trucks, rentals, and excuses. We ended up selling the van at big loss less than 6 months later. Now three years later this dealership cold calls me a few times a month asking about the van we dont own and if we want to buy a new one. No thanks, please stop calling me. I would never buy anything off your lot after how bad you treated me.

This is one of the most poorly run service departments I’ve experienced. At first arrival the guy just had an attitude. Felt like I was bothering him. Mind you I was the only vehicle in “Express” line. You got 5+ people walking around chatting at any given time. No one checks in with you. Had an appointment for my first oil change and here I am 2 hours later writing this review because I asked for an update and the service rep seemed bothered when I asked and told me I had to ask the guy outside. Instead of taking ownership and showing a little “service”. Quite ironic. Clearly since they seem like they could careless about anyone’s business or time for that matter I’ll certainly service my Jeep elsewhere as well as never buy or refer anyone to this dealership.

Will absolutely never bring my vehicle back here for repairs. Not only were the repairs not done properly, but the service professionals caused further damage to my vehicle. I was told a manager would call to discuss with me, but never received a call. When I checked in with my adviser, Shelby, to let him know a manager never called, his response was my manager reviewed and we didnt cause the damage... but still couldnt call your upset customer? Super disappointed in that entire team. Luckily, the Avondale location seems to actually know what theyre doing and fixed my issues so Ill be taking my vehicle there from now on.

Purchased an oil change package from Larry H Miller Dodge. Which included 3 oil changes and tire rotation. When I purchased the package I was never given any information except it was good for 3 oil changes and tire rotations. But what I come to find out ithere is a expiration on the package which resulted in me losing an oil change and tire rotation. On top of that they never completed any of the tire rotations due to the fact there is a key lock required for my wheels which I did not realize and they never asked for it. Today they told me they could not rotate the tires without it. I asked them if they had the key which they told me no they would have to get it from parts and change me. That is surprising that a dodge dealership does not have a tool to unlock a wheel for a tire rotation. Just be aware that there is an expiration date on the oil change package they offer. I take partial blame because I should have asked more questions when I purchased the package. I just assumed you buy 3 you get 3. Will just look for another company to service our vehicles.

Hi my name is Mike Coury and I recently visited your dealership. Mind you, I live in Scottsdale, so it was a drive at 4pm in the afternoon. But I saw a 4 Runner on line that I wanted to see. I was pleasantly greeted and I said I had a conversation with Alan to see this vehicle. Alan was informative and patient, since I had lots of questions. He listened to my concerns and we were able to come to a deal that was not only good for me but also the dealership. Usually I dread this procedure, but I applaud this dealership. I am usually not a person who uses the dealership for service. I needed a new smart key for my truck. The process was quick and easy. I was impressed as I had been told when I had my oil changed elsewhere that my serpentine belt was worn and needed replaced. I had the mechanic check it and he found no reason to change it at this time! Surprise for a dealer not to try and push you for unneeded items. Our service Rep, Shelby, was efficient and polite. I will be going back to this service department.

I had a service apt at 9:00am for oil and filter change and fuel filters changed for my 2019 Ram 2500 Cummins. This truck is my baby. I keep this truck clean and detailed daily. I take pride in my vehicles in preventative maintenance always on time, and keeping it showroom shiny. I asked how long it would take and they said 2hrs. I figured as much being everywhere is shorthanded nowadays but there were people everywhere chatting. Regardless I just waited for it to be completed. After I was told it was done I paid for my service and I walked across the lot to find my truck. (Not even brought up to the bay) I instantly smell diesel. When they changed the filters they had spilt it everywhere underneath my truck. I then start to inspect the truck and its covered in oil hand paw prints everywhere. I then look at my oil filter and it WAS NEVER CHANGED! Old one still on.(I mark them) I go back and tell the service writer my issue. Said it would be taken care of and truck cleaned up. 30min later it comes back and truck still dirty interior seat is oil residue from a dirty tech and as simple as the % guage for oil and fuel not reset lol. Absolute joke. I then get home to detail the truck for two hours of spilt oil and diesel fuel all over my truck and the oil fill cap is off, trans dipstick off and oil dipstick off. And I checked the oil this morning and how is a fresh oil change darker oil than when I brought it in? At this point it wouldnt surprise me if the oil was used and put into my truck. I have never been more disappointed in such lack of care for a very expensive vehicle. Would love and explanation from a manager on this. And no compensation of any sort was even offered.

Went in to just get a recalled part on my car, but walked out with a new car (the car got fixed but still got a new car). Went to check out the inventory of Jeep Wranglers on the lot and see different price points, Camron was great and informative with answering my questions and showing me the different vehicles on the lot. Although, I thought it was strange that online there were about 20 wranglers listed in stock but they only had 4 displayed on the lot. I was also disappointed that I test drove a diesel with street tires when I specifically asked to drive either a hybrid or regular fuel Jeep with all-terrain tires. After looking at the Jeeps, I wanted to see the different price points and what would be the best deal for me. My personal information and financial standing were not taken and looked into. Their finance MANAGER, Jason, came out before we could get into much of any details and he was THE most disrespectful, condescending person I have ever met. The first thing he said to me was every college girl wants a jeep. He made assumptions that I was a basic college girl and too young and broke to have a luxurious car, he continued to make assumptions that my credit score history would not be good enough (again without looking anything up about me or my financial standing). He suggested to me that I find someone to help me make the monthly payments and that I get myself 6 credit cards and a mortgage to help increase my line of credit (again without knowing my financial background). I said to him, are you telling me that student loan payments have nothing to do with your credit history, he answered, have you even started making those monthly payments?, I replied that they have been paid off in full for years. Jason never even showed me any type of price point options for buying a car on the computer, all he told me was that buying a Jeep for $40,000 and or having a $300 monthly payment would be impossible. Him and the salesmen told me that I should look into buying a cheaper car and then promote myself to a Wrangler due to the fact that I have never purchased from a dealership before. Jason also compared this to having a job and how you dont just get promoted, it takes about 10 years, I replied letting him know I have actually been promoted 4 times in the last year. I was so appalled by the way I was talked down to With little to no regard to my background. Little did this so called Manager know that I could have bought the most expensive car on the lot if I wanted to. For all they know, I could have been a millionaire or even related to the owner. My boyfriend, who is working out of state, called them the next day to complain about how poorly they treated me and Jason completely lied to him. Jason told him that I was shown different buying options on the computer (which did not happen) and then Jason gave my boyfriend a hard time for not coming with me to the dealership. If Im buying a car for myself in my name, why do I need someone to come with me? They lost my business for sure. I went up to another dealership and the Employees there were sooo nice and willing to work with me. I ended up buying a 2021 WRANGLER UNLIMITED SAHARA 4XE in the price point I wanted. HUGE loss of a sale on this dealership for having their nose too far up their butt. I advise everyone to go elsewhere to buy a car, I am never going back there.

I brought my Jeep to Larry Miller Jeep in Surprise, AZ. for an oil change and tire rotation.This is how Larry Miller Jeep treats my $40,000 Jeep:1. Passenger side hush panel removed to gain access to the cabin filter. I never asked to have the cabin filter checked. They left it hanging down, broke a clip and got what appeared to be motor oil all over my leather seat, door panel, and B-Post trim. It took Forty-five minutes to remove it and I still see some discoloring spots on the seats.2. Grease, finger and palm prints all over my white headliner and A-Post trim (20 minutes gently cleaning that)3. Mud all over the drivers floor (What? were they taking it off-road?)4. Oil all over the engine compartment and oil-soaked and stained the hood insulator5. Tore off my K&N Filter sticker from the air cleaner housing

Wanted to give a compliment to the sales staff here. I (like a total moron) left a VERY important binder with a whole lot of important personal documents on the showroom floor in the process of purchasing a used vehicle. I didnt realize my mistake until I got back home to Mesa. In a state of panic, I called the dealership AND the young salesman who I worked with, who was subsequently off work. My experience was good right from the start. Tyler Mooseman was my salesman. I was impressed with his customer service skills. He was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. We test drove and was not bothered with proof of insurance and license. Immediate trust was established. I also met his manager Kyle who was friendly and personable. He called me later to check to see if I had made a decision on a vehicle yet. He also stated they he would work with us to get the vehicle we were interested in. Went car shopping for a brand new car, at the end of the day I was able to leave with a 2020 dodge journey (No Owner) a week or 2 later I start having problems with the vehicle so I took it in and of course they couldnt find the problem. I then wanted to get a rental for the time my vehicle was being fixed and Franky the manager denied me one, I even had warranty on my vehicle clearly stating I can be provided with a rental in the agreement. He insited he cannot give me one even though their agreement states I could. This was very disappointing being that my vehicle was brand new and Franky would not do anything to help me out with it. I even tried to trade it for a different car and he tried to sale me an even more expensive one or used.

From the moment we arrived for our appointment, we were treated as clients and not as a potential sale. Our sales associate, Jason was very professional, courteous and honest. When he didn’t have a complete answer to any question, he was not afraid to check available resources. All in all, he made us feel comfortable and at ease throughout the day.Financial discussions were equally low pressure. There was no selling of payments, and no intrusive probing about our finances. We settled on a plan equitable to both parties in a very non stressful discussion.Final contractual signing was equally low key. No high pressure selling or scare selling of add on paint or fabric protection, etc, but it was made available and each part clearly explained.All in all, this dealership was the most professional I have ever done business with, and they had a high bar to clear.Although they are 47 miles away, I will be a regular customer for my vehicle needs.

Seen other reviews on the financial manager and I agree today was a horrible experience. Jason I believe was his name and speaks as if he dosent care if my business is theirs. I’ve bought my last two vehicles there and know I’m truly disappointed with the service. He kept implying my down payment on my truck changed the sale price. WHAT! How? My down payment dosent change sell price but lowers my out the door. Now that trade in values are high they want to rip me off worst or it seems. My truck came up in value and they still low balling saying you only paid this amount I was like so it’s worth more now. I said thank you got up shook his hand and walked out as he just crumbled the paper saying something about me to his coworkers. Can’t believe I received this service from them after a long relationship with them.

Been to this dealer two times now for service on my 2020 Ram. I initially bought a 3 change synthetic package that included a tire rotation.The first time, they didnt rotate the tires per my request, even though the truck had 6500+ miles on it. It was explained to me that they didnt appear to need to be rotated. I had to then wait another 30 minutes for them to bring it back into the shop to complete the rotation.I came in for the second oil change this week and upon leaving, I looked at the receipt and saw they put in normal oil, not synthetic. When I made my appointment the call taker noted my package so I didnt feel I had to mention it upon checking in. After seeing this I had to turn around and go inside to make sure I would still have my 2 synthetic changes despite this mistake.It just seems like I shouldnt have to be marking my tires, insisting on a rotation and double checking what kind of oil is put into my vehicle. I am tied to this location because of my package, and now feel like every time I bring my truck in, I have to be that guy. I am sincerely hoping the next couple of service appointments go much better. But as of now, I am dreading them.

Brought our Dodge grand Caravan in, because the DVD system was having issues, and not displaying on one of the screens. Not the first time we have had this issue (had it replaced less than an year ago) but that is no fault f the dealer. Van was brought in on Tuesday, got a call that afternoon that they would try to get it in that evening, and let us know today, by tomorrow (Wed) or Thursday what was going on. Ended up going in after I picked up my wife from work on Thursday, to find out that the paperwork showed the van was checked out and ready for pickup Tuesday night. No phone call, No email, no text. Part is on major backorder, with no estimated time for delivery. How long were they gong to keep my van, without telling me that they needed to wait an unknown amount of time for the part????The last vehicle we brought in for electrical issues and they did work on it without talking to us, then charged us to complete the work. When I went to pick it up, and asked about the bill, and why they took things out of my vehicle without talking to me (then charged me for it) the guy told me that they could put it back in if we wanted me to... I asked if they were going to charge me for that, too, and he said of course. we cant do work for free.

Eric is a very patient teacher. Our new Jeep Cherokee is a technical marvel and not at all the vehicle weve had even 4 years ago so there is a lot to learn about its operation. Eric walked us through it both in the lot and on the test drives with calm patience.Antonio in finance was also great. he comes across as a real person and not some talking head in the Finance chair. My soon to be husband and I stopped in just to look at a few Ram 1500 trucks. We fell in love with a Ram 1500 crew cab that was special edition to honor the marines(built to serve) Beautiful truck. When we started to sit down and work numbers it didn’t go well.. we started to walk out. Then Frankie came out talked to us and worked with us to try and find a good medium. Our salesmen Erik M. Was amazing in stepping up to try and help us get approved for this truck also. Between Frankie and Erik we wouldn’t have our beautiful truck. Those guys took care of us after the sales manger Jason was very rude and basically told us to leave. Jason just didn’t want to give us a decent price for our trade in. I would still recommend my friends/family to go see Erik and Frankie but to steer clear of Jason. Jason’s not a customer service personal.

Simply put we were ready to buy a Jeep. Had it picked out and were ready to work out the price. The sales manager must of had a bad day and started with coming up to us in the lot to say. “Are you serious about buying tonight? Otherwise i wont allow you to test drive” so not a good start. After we test drove and were ready to buy. The same sales manager came out and simply said he wanted to know what price we would buy the car for. I asked him to come up with a price 1st he wouldnt and demanded that i should. So i gave him a low price, lower than i thought they would accept. He then said “well you obviously cant afford this one you should be looking at this budget jeep”. I said “well give me a price” he wouldnt and demanded we change our price. I got annoyed and said “stop messing us around and give me a price”. He got angry and said he was done. So we walked out without getting a serious idea of what they would sell it for. We ended up buying a awesome Lexus IS 350 from Fran at Arrowhead Lexus. I know very different car but such a good buying experience. Something we simply didnt have at Larry H Miller. Funny enough for days after they called asking how to win our business back. At that time they would have had to give us a deal i knew they would never do. So i never responded. Just a really poor uncomfortable upseting and frustrating experience
