I bought my Honda Civic at the Surprise Honda dealership back in May (2021). Never had I imagined I would have been rear ended and my car totaled just 5 months later. I have to say that my Honda Civic was a life saver. I was hit by a car that was rear ended by another driver who never stopped. The impact pushed my car into the car in front of me. We were at a complete stop in traffic. My airbags deployed at impact and literally saved me from possibly hitting my head on the windshield and side window as we were tossed about. I had a rear passenger at the time and we both walked away from the accident with minimal injuries. I definitely plan on buying another Honda Civic as soon as my case is settled. Thank you God and thank you Honda for keeping me safe!
My Honda oil change was handled very well and right on time. The Service Advisor, Leland Paxson took care of it very well and informed you of the status through phone. messages. Very spacious and comfortable waiting room. Great coffee choices.
The 2021 Hondas are insane!!Super cool place they even have a self-serve Starbucks machine gives cappuccino and anything else you can imagine. Super quick and extremely large waiting area... They even have a kids game center with tablets on the wall x2.Thanks for checking out my Honda guys Will definitely be back if I need more Honda needs!
I took my Honda in for service today at Surprise Honda and my experience was excellent. Not a long wait, good communication with my service adviser Nathan Garcia who was attentive and knowledgeable. The facility was clean, the department was efficient and serviced my vehicle in a timely manner. My car ran beautifully afterwards and I left there confident knowing their technicians did top quality work to Honda Factory standards. I will definitely go back for additional service on my vehicle when it is needed. Give them a try if you havent already.
Worst experience ever!! I and others I have spoke with suggest no one ever waste your time and money at Surprise (Germain) Honda.According to Brandon, the Manager who shook hands with me late in the evening on a price, down payments, all terms... We were buying a car for my daughter & my wife wanted to Co-sign with our daughter. I explained the pain my wife has with a serious illness, but I could go pick her up and bring her back. Brandon said, no problem, they had to get it washed, etc. in the morning and we could come pick it up at noon. I said thanks and that well be here. My daughter and I received a text at 10 am the next morning saying they sold the car, but come on over and they will get us in something else. That was not good news nor was it honorable or ethical. They also had no cars to sell when we arrived. I can see why Honda does not give this dealership very many cars during this shortage.Anyway, I asked to speak with the owner, they sent over the Jason, the General Sales Manager, who was unshaven, not nice at all. He sat down saying too bad we can not earn your service! No interest in helping us, but rather cover for his lying Manager Brandon. A lot of lies involved. Sadly they are the very example of horrible service and people who do not care about others. They meet the stereotype that gives the car dealership industry a bad name in general.Oh, Manager Brandon said Honda Civics side mirrors are special because they have no blind spots? I looked it up... 100% LIE!Another Manager said they charge a Premium price for Hondas that are white in color as they are the most popular? I looked that up... 100% LIE!I spoke today with a very nice person who worked at Surprise (Germain) Honda, but left there due to the Managers teaching and telling their sales people to lie.Seriously, this is one dealership you should avoid at all cost!
I bought my car at Arrowhead Honda, and have it serviced in Surprise. I enjoy going there the environment is comfortable and clean and things always run smoothly for me there. I have no complaints my service advisor is Alfredo Bustamante. He is the best. All of the service guys are great but I have worked with Al since my first service. I am very happy there.
They need to provide better customer service by not selling a car you are in the process of buying to another buyer. Don’t trust them. They will lure you in under false pretense and then let you know there is no deal for you because they choose a more favored buyer. We felt discriminated by the staff and also watch out for your personal data such as social security numbers / they don’t have proper disposal of documents to protect their customers from identity theft. Absolutely do not recommend. Sales manager not professional and doesn’t care about your business.
Took both the girlfriends and mothers car in to David McKee and he was fantastic. Friendly and attentive to my needs, got both cars done easily and let me know about the work needed for both cars. Was very happy and will be back! Thank you!
Went to look at a car. Didn’t have it ready . They wanted to add fees $1800 that was not necessary. They should of prepare us for it.
Mike was able to get me in at the time I needed. They provided an oil change and identified a serious problem with one of my tires, which I was able to promptly correct. Mike was pleasant to work with. We will definitely be coming back.
2 and half hours of waiting so far and they havent even started my simple oil change. I had an appt. NOT happy.

They were rushing me to sign the loan agreement. Im so glad I took my time to read over everything and use my own calculator to figure out the numbers myself. But in the end the store overcharged me double, more than $200 for one year of free maintenance, for just basically one oil change. I feel completely cheated. Be very careful with this one. Smoke and mirrors and more smoke and mirrors and you’re buying process.

I went in for my routine service and I have to say, these guys are great. From scheduling my appointment to working with my service advisor Michael T, everything was quick and painless. He provided a detailed breakdown of the work that was done, as well as future services needed so youre not blindsided at you next visit. They even washed my car at the end of the service! The facility was very clean and each person I interacted with was friendly and curious.If you have a Honda, service here is a no brainer.
I was on a road trip from LA to Phoenix when my car broke down, and I randomly got connected to Levi Saenz at Surprise Honda for help. Levi is BY FAR the VERY BEST service rep (or really, any customer service rep) I have EVER used!! Knowing I was really in a bind, he squeezed me in, got his best tech to work on it, and had me back on the road the next day and for a fraction of the cost we were bracing for. Levi was so friendly, attentive, engaged, and seemed to be bending over backwards to help me-- it felt like high-end, platinum level concierge service! If I could drive my car to Surprise every time I needed service, I would absolutely do it!! I cant recommend Levi and Surprise Honda enough!
John Friedman is awesome!! He took care of me and communicated with me through my issues I had with my vehicle and was patient with me. Very professional and nice!! Showed me in person what happened and how it was being corrected! I was in and out in less than an hour and he even went above and beyond and fixed a minor issue on my car with rubber popping out missing some bolts for me. This is customer service and I’m so happy I had the pleasure to deal with John! I will be back in the future because his service is top notch!!

I came from Honda San Francisco where the service was okay. I was surprised when.I came in here. Their lobby looks immaculate. Their employees check in on you all the time and they do their best to make sure the waiting time is feasible. I was even surprised that they washed my car.Levi took care of my account. He is very professional and does not force unnecessary services.I will definitely come back here even if it is out of my way!
I arrived early. I was greeted by Levi who explained what would be done to my car. I took my book and settled into comfortable chair to wait. Levi kept me updated on the progress. Levi is definitely an asset to the company and is kind, courteous and knowledgeable about vehicle service. In about half the time I expected to be there, my car was done and washed. Hold onto Levi, hes a great employee.P.S. The coffee was GREAT too!

It is really convenient for me to take my CRV here for routine service. Alfredo always takes care of my vehicle’s needs. I don’t feel pressured to make any of the recommended services. The military discounts are much appreciated.
Very friendly staff. Kept me informed and made my several hour visit worth it. They were able to fix my AC as a walk-in same-day and the part was covered by my warranty. They have a very comfortable waiting area. The only drawback was the only snacks available were vending machine sweets.

I had an outstanding experience with the service staff at Surprise Honda. After an incredibly frustrating experience with another dealership with my Honda Odyssey, I finally got it to Surprise Honda. My service manager Levi Sainz did the one thing I needed which was to listen to me. The two of us, along with service technician Matt, got the very serious issue diagnosed and repaired within 24 hours. Everything about my visit to Surprise Honda was ultra professional and I can’t imagine using another Honda service department ever again!
Typical sales tactics. Sweet as pie online or over the phone and sneaky in person. Why can’t any dealer be up front and honest anymore?? I had to walk away when their trade in offer was insulting. Right now trade ins are at an all-time high money wise. I did my research and knew what my car was worth. They always ask what you owe on it for a reason. So they can offer you exactly that and make a ton of $$$ on the selling end. Total waste of my time and energy. Turned me off from Honda.

The best experience Ive ever had! They gave me a ride while my car was being worked on so I could kill two birds with one stone! Alfredo (Al) was friendly and courteous! They also have a nice Lobby (spotless;spotless bathroom) with a Starbucks machine for free! Also, complimentary car wash, when Right Honda did not, I would recommend this location to anyone! Called ahead to see if they could perform an oil change since there were only 2 hours left for the service department to be open. Whoever I connected with in the service department seemed confused because I was not a customer that was assigned to him. After a stint of being on hold, confused man came back and said my service advisor is David and that he is on the phone. (I don’t care who my “assigned” service advisor is). He then tells me that I’m fine to bring my car in for the requested service. Once I get there, there are 5 individuals sitting at their counters and I see that David has just picked up the phone as I’m walking in the sliding doors. After being told that my “assigned” service advisor was David, I went and stood in front of his counter. As I begin to stand there, David acknowledges me being there and gives me the “one second finger” and I continue to wait in front of his counter. As I’m standing there, not one of the other individuals had anyone on the phone or in front of them and none of them acknowledge me being there, needing service. Once David gets off the phone I commence to telling him of the phone conversation I had just had with someone in their service department and he informs me that said service would in fact not be able to be performed. Continued by saying that he could squeeze me in some time later in the week. I then, again remind him of me calling ahead to insure it could be done today. He apologizes and asks if I’d like to schedule an appointment for later in the week and I replied, absolutely not.
Everyone here is very nice. Unfortunately, it has been taking them close to 3 hours to do an oil change. This is with me having an appointment. I understand they are short staffed but they should adjust appointment times so people are not waiting 3 hours for a 30 min job.
Albert is a great service advisor. Kept me informed through the entire service and helped me make the best decision for my vehicle repair. I’ll be using him for all my Honda services.
No different then the other dealerships in area. They are all over you until you buy and then you are ignored. Bought a new vehicle with add on dealer options. Told it would be delivered in 5 days. Going on 9 days now and still getting promises that it would be ready soon. Had to go in person as no one returned calls with messages left. Not happy about the lip service and ever changing excuses thrown in my direct. Thought being a new dealership they would want to prove themselves as better then existing ones but still full of empty promises.
It did a little longer then normal for an oil change, but they were open and honest about it. They took their time and took great care with my car. It was worth the extra wait!

I went Surprise Honda for an AC repair. The process was very easy and Levi and Marco updated me on the status of my vehicle every step of the way. The employees are very courteous and the customer service is excellent.
Took my Honda Pilot for a scheduled oil change and a warranty item. Mike Tormollan was courteous and professional in addressing my request. He provided informations pertaining to what was performed andanswered all my questions. The courtesy car wash was a plus. I highly recommend in taking my vehicle to Surprise Honda.

I have had my fair share of horrible service from auto stores, and when my family was ready to buy a new car I was hesitant about ever having service completed on it due to my prior experiences. I went to Surprise Honda to look at a new CRV and to have my car appraised. I was met by Cesar who was very nice. He took down information on my trade and then went to his floor manager. Nolan the floor manager came up to me and said we need to do a credit check first cause your last car was financed through Flagship credit which means you have bad credit, and our inventory is low. WHAT? Mind you my car was financed 4 years ago so how can you judge me from then? I told Nolan what if I dont even like the car and I am already doing a credit check? He said what if you like it and cant get it? I was like no thank you and got my keys and left. I have never been treated like this at any dealership and have bought and leased many cars. I went across to Coulter Nissan and bought a new 2021 Rouge where everyone treated me nice and was courteous. Surprise Honda has terrible customer service toward customers. Do not go to Surprise Honda!!!
What an amazing team at Surprise Honda. I so much appreciated all the help and work Levi and John, from the service department, did for me. There wasnt a day go by that I didnt hear from one of them. They were so caring and went to bat for me. Surprise Honda will be my official dealership and service center going forward. Brandon and Montana from new cars were fantastic also. Looking forward to doing business with this group of fine people in the near future.
Rookie mistake by Surprise Honda cost me an hour and a half and made a 2 hour airbag replacement into a 2 day replacement. The scheduler saw there were 3 parts in stock when scheduling my replacement yet he failed to reserve the part. He failed to notice his mistake until the maintenance team discovered it and informed him. By then I had already waited about half an hour. I was rescheduled 24 hours later. The scheduler said he did not think all 3 parts would be used prior to the appointment so he decided not to reserve the part for my scheduled maintenance. The manager said that no form of compensation for my lost time would be given because I was rescheduled within 24 hours. Proper planning prevents piss poor performance, and Surprise Honda showed they cannot plan. Then came the surveys. In the first survey I said they wasted enough of my personal time and I specifically said do not contact me. Later that day I received a phone call from Surprise Honda about the survey. What part of do not contact did they not understand? Later I got yet another survey and finally a request to submit a Google review. I used Surprise Honda because I needed a dealer maintenance and Arrowhead Honda had severely screwed up customer service for me in the past. I was hoping for a different experience with Surprise Honda, perhaps poor customer service and rookie mistakes is just a trait of Honda dealers.
Wow, what a great experience working with Surprise Honda for a vehicle service. Very friendly staff and the setup is amazing, very well spaced and very clean. This is especially important due these tough times. You can even pay for the service via your phone, in an effort to ensure minimal contact is made during your visit. As an extra gesture, the team washed my car and left it spotless.I have to drive 5 miles further than if I visit another Honda Service in the area, but this place keeps me away from I-10 and the service is bar none.

Surprise Honda created such an amazing buying experience for me. I initially went in with the thought of JUST test driving a 2021 Honda Accord Sport, but it turned into a delightful and satisfying purchase. Sad to say I traded in my 2018 Chevy Silverado, but what I walked away with was much more than a new car. Evan was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. I spent less than 3 hours from test drive to purchase and rolling down the street. I am very pleased with the sales staff, and sales manager, Kreig, and finance department. If you are looking for more than just a new vehicle, but great customer service I highly recommend Surprise Honda.

Worst customer experience ever. Wanted to offer the asking price plus all required fees + tax + tile etc but they kept jacking the price up to include all these add ons that I did not care for. Save yourself time and find yourself a Honda dealership with courteous and professional sales agents. If you want to get ripped off and overcharged then this place is for you.
Larry in service was extremely polite and helpful. He kept me up to date on what was going on with my car. Everything was patiently explained to me and all my questions were answered. The best part was that I felt no pressure to agree to any of the suggested services and was not made to feel bad when I chose not to have some of them performed.
So far every experience has been a good one at this Honda dealership.

New to the area and this was my first service with this dealership. Customer service was awesome. The service writer Larry went above and beyond to keep me informed and make sure I knew where to find everything I may need while I waited for my vehicle. Defenatly recommend this dealership.
Extremely disappointed with the lack of honesty and integrity by the finance department for several reasons.One, tried to tack on $1,000 for an anti theft system that they said is required by all Honda Dealerships. (I called 2 other Honda dealerships and both said we can remove it no problem). Where this Dealership would not give you the option to remove and then tried to blame cooperate.Two, they falsly claimed that Honda financial requires a 680 credit score and when fact checked with two other Valley Honda dealerships, I discovered a 620 credit score is all that is required.Three, they tried charging $2,500 more for the car then what they had listed on their website (and no, I am not talking about tax, title, license, fees etc). They tried to tack on $2,500 onto their base for no reason. This was after they said they of course honor the website listing price.This is your typical scam of a dealership who claim to be family oriented, but will try to pull a fast one on you with decent online sale prices and lies (because yes, I do read the fine print).Go to a different Honda Dealership! Bell and 87th has an honest one that doesnt waste your time.P.s. they tried to under value the trade in we had at almost a 4th of what other dealerships were offering. Because Yes Surprise Honda, you were not the first dealership we went to today.

Very impressive dealership, we loved the hot chocolate.However the most impressive was Levi Sainz, our service advisor. He could not have done a better job than what he did for us. On a scale of 1 to 10, Levi was a 12. I just moved here from Maryland and am very pleased I found Surprise Honda.
Absolutely disgusting behavior. rudest dealership i have gone too by far. complete liars and extremely disrespectful. Nolen Right (Wright?) was the rudest sales manager i have spoken with. promised me $13000 out the door for the car i was interested. after promising me a price, he proceeded to run my credit and bring back the contract stating he could not sell the car for any less then $16000 and lied saying he never agreed with $13k, even though he signed a paper agreeing to it. he then proceeded to scream and yell about how we were wrong and he “never agreed to $13k, even though he signed agreeing he’d accept it. overall, terrible experience and i would not recommend this dealership to anyone. don’t waste your time people!
The service department was very good. And very open with communication. I am giving the service department very high marks as they answered all my questions and Mike was great to deal with.But somehow the sales department thought that I wanted to by a new car. They sent an email saying they could save me money. In reality it was going to cost me a lot more to get a new car. And they were toting a lease. Really the worst way to by a car. Then the sales department called telling me to call them back. Then sent me 3 text messages all saying the same thing. That they can save me money. They cannot save me money.Really why would you be so persistent when a person has had no contact with the sales department. And did not answer your email or phone call.I will go back for the service department but I have to remember to tell them not to pass my information on to the sales department.
