I was referred to Ramon specifically from a friend, and I couldn’t be happier with my 2020 Toyota Camry! Being a sales manager in a different field, I was waiting for all the “used car salesman” gimmick- however, He made me feel completely comfortable during the entire process, made it easy for me to get the payment and financing I wanted, and gave me an amazing deal on my trade in! No sales gimmicks, no games. He was very professional and made sure all of my questions were answered!! I will definitely be recommending Ramon to all of my friends and family, and when I get another car in the future- he will be the guy I go too!! No doubt about it. Purchased a used car here. First time purchasing a used car ever. Won’t do that again! Tried to make an apt because a piece fell off and when I was finally able to make it, Bill never fixed the piece. He said he would reach out the person in sales. This was back in August. He never did. Finally after several attempts for another apt, I specifically asked to not get scheduled with Bill because he never fixed the problem with the piece that fell off. Guess who they scheduled me with…. Bill! Lack of follow through, reps didn’t listen to a simple request. Management seemed more competent. I’ve had a Toyota in the past, and they are great cars, but it’s unfortunate the service department isn’t up to par with the quality of their vehicles.

I had a great experience thus far with Sand Toyota. Coming from Sands Chevy, to start the customer service was great. Derek and Eddie both helped my mother and I find our perfect cars. Not only that, they also step by step communicated and effectively helped us through the process. Coming from such a bad experience at Chevy, I’m so glad that the two were able to help and be the dynamic duo we needed. Thank you Sands Toyota and thank you Eddie and Derek! I love my new 2021 nightshade edition Corolla!!! One thing I wish was different, would be an incentive for those who referred us! If it wasn’t for my neighbor I would have never went to Toyota. We had efficient email communications with our sales before we visited the dealership, which save us some time. We understand that there is no big discount due to the shortage of cars in 2021. Still, the price is relatively fair, comparing with several other dealership we visited in the Valley. Everything is transparent and the service is professional. The most important thing-- Our product specialist, Keith W. is fun to speak with.

Ramon is amazing! We had to bring our new rescue dog to signing and Ramon brought all the paperwork out to us at the car so she wouldnt have to be left alone.He goes the extra mile as a matter of course and accommodated us with kindness, courtesy, humor and professionalism. You just dont find customer service like his very often anymore. Pricing via phone was exactly the same when I got there. Very honest and respectful! Ive never been more satisfied before!Victor, my dealer, he is simply just a real gentleman. I decided to believe him before I come by, so I flew there from LA to get my car that he reserved for me.Finalized purchase with exactly the same as we agreed via phone and email.It is my best decision Ive ever made for recent 5 or 10 years.I definitely recommend this dealership.Simply choose your car on its website, call, and find Victor. I called the day before and asked if my appointment was still on. Toyota of Surprise guaranteed me it was. I dropped it off at 7am Saturday morning at 7am. As a contractor I had to reschedule my whole day without my truck. They called me back and said come get your truck as the detail shop was closed. Didnt even clean my windshield and only said Sorry. Their service is who cares!! Takes your car or truck to GreuLichs. Excellent service!!!

I went to Toyota of Surprise to purchase a specific car I saw listed online. I met with Derek. Derek was professional and friendly. He immediately brought the vehicle around and we did a test drive. Derek answered all my questions and made the process easy from start to finish. The entire buying experience was pleasant and stress free. All information was presented clearly and without pressure. The paperwork was minimal and most of the final documents were done electronically. I left very pleased with the purchase and would recommend Derek, Kelly, and Pat at Toyota of Surprise.

I am from FL visiting the area and needed to have the fuel pump recall work and an oil change on my Highlander. Service was conveniently scheduled, work was completed on time, and there were no surprises with the billing. Additionally, the service department cleaned both the interior and exterior of my Highlander. We are very happy with the service received.

The dealership was willing to work a good deal, and our salesman (Christian) was great to work with. Entire floor was clean and orderly. Lots of people waiting to get their car serviced, other than that the lot was pretty much empty of any new cars. Came all the way from Tucson to buy a car here, but it was worth it. I appreciate the managers willingness to work with us as well. Finance person was on his game, though we opted out of everything. Probably one of the most knowledgeable one weve every dealt with. Fresh water or coffee available for guest. Clean restrooms. Nothing bad to say about here, give them a try!!

Excellent dealership! Spoke to Ramon and within a few hours I was driving home in a very nice (used) vehicle! It was probably the smoothest vehicle transaction I have ever had - great test drive, very clean dealership (actually spotless - no kidding, this dealership is spotless!). All the stuff to make you comfortable like a killer latte machine, big screen TVs, no weird music, spacious seating, spotless bathrooms, etc, etc. Ramon hustled and I was driving home shortly after I said that Id take it! Took my car here the beginning of last month for just a simple oil change. I got a call something else was going on with my oil to make my car “undriveable” and $600 later it was fixed. I truly believe this was a scam to collect more money. My car has been completely fine and the technicians that usually do my oil do a great job. I’m extremely disappointed and the fact this took 2 days was extremely inconvenient. I hope if they scammed me they are happy with that decision. Next time I will be taking my vehicle to a smaller shop where they are genuine with their customers

My wife and I were due for a new vehicle and after spending the day at Toyota of Surprise we found the perfect one. Our sales person, Derek, was super patient and knowledgeable of the vehicles we wanted to look at. He was not pushy at ALL!! He allowed us to look around and get the right feel for the right vehicle. We ended up with a Highlander and we could not be happier. At the end JT the GSM did everything he could to get us right were we would be comfortable paying our new car. Very confusing and rude Sales person (Sheila)Waited over a month for a truck to arrive to view with a 500 deposit down, once truck arrived it was not what we wanted we let her know rite away because she left massage that they couldn’t hold for more than 24 hours but we waited over a month for it.???.she was very pushy and very confusing explaining the whole processes.. After we told her it wasn’t what we were looking for her attitude changed completely too very rude, explaining about the picture of truck she gave us is what she told us she can get in and we knew what it looked like.. Sheila hangs up on her customers when shes upset, very unprofessional, she gave no info regards my question about deposit refund processes. We all have experienced car dealers before in our life time bad and good but this was over the top with her service . We would never go there again. We love our Toyota Tacoma my dad wanted to purchase his first brand new truck but our purchases in the future will stay with Camelback Toyota there we always got treated with respect and like family not like a sales opportunity like here in surprise location or maybe just by her. I did speak to several employees when I returned to ask about our 500 deposit refund and they all were very helpful.

Originally i gave 5 stars, based solely on the buying experience. Everything after the buy has honestly been awful. Surprise Toyota was unresponsive to my request for a promised second key fab to the car purchased. It took 3 months of calling and texting before we finally received it.The service department, specifically the advisor named Junior, has been a nightmare as well…blowing off concerns with the handling of the vehicle and treating me as if I’m a complete idiot. Needless to say, we will not be taking our vehicle to this Toyota even though it is literally 5 min from our home.

Giving a 2 star unfortunately because I’ve never met a more rude salesman. I walked in to the front desk and was asked if i had an appointment when i said no i was looked at like i was from another planet. The front desk lady then called over Emilio which was the worst salesman I’ve ever met. I feel so bad for his trainee (Derek? Forgot his name) because he’s not gonna learn anything from Emilio. Emilio asked for my drivers license which he made a copy of and we got into the vehicle i requested to drive. I had to put my children’s 2 car seats in the vehicle, in which he looked at my husband and said “so are you gonna squeeze in between the car seats..” apparently we weren’t allowed to test drive it by ourselves. (Never had that happen before) Then when i was complaining about the pickup in the vehicle and how it wasn’t a quick as I’d prefer he went on to say Toyota isn’t about speed but safety. When i explained that I’m not looking for a race car but something that can pickup if i need to get out of a dangerous situation he told me i needed to think of safety first. I have 2 young children and am appalled that he had the audacity to tell me i wasn’t thinking of the safety of my children. I went on to ask about the difference between the 2019,2020 and 2021 4 runners...he had no clue. Just kept talking in circles saying everyone is different. When i asked the SAME question to Adam at Right Toyota he knew all the information! I asked Emilio if we could test drive a Tacoma or sequoia if the pickup would be better and he told me no it won’t. Toyota is about safety not speed..When we were done test driving he lingered around my personal vehicle like a creep even tho i had told him okay I’m going elsewhere. His last words were drive SAFE! I’m disgusted at him as a salesperson. Needless to say GO TO RIGHT TOYOTA AND SEE ADAM! I went that day and bought a brand new Tacoma (with pickup) and had no issues with Adam! I will not recommend surprise Toyota to anyone and will continue to recommend Right Toyota to all my friends and family.

This was my first time buying a car, and Keith definitely made this the best experience it could have possibly been. He was a wonderful asset to have through the whole process, and he was just generally an absolute joy to work with while purchasing a car. He really went the extra mile to make sure I was 1000% happy and comfortable with the purchase I made, and went out of his way to show me and make sure I was completely set up and familiar with all of the new features my new car has to offer before I drove away. The finance personnel I worked with was also extremely helpful and personable, and didn’t try to pressure me into any deals I felt uncomfortable accepting. Initially I would have given them 5 stars, the customer service was excellent, we got a great deal on a used Honda Pilot 2016 that was a trade in, the service was fast and efficient, the vehicle was cleaned and the covid precautions were on point.And then a couple weeks later as the weather warmed up we used the AC and realized it wasn’t blowing cold air. We live 5 hours away, we’re traveling medical staff working on the Navajo Reservation, so didn’t purchase an extended warranty as there aren’t locations near us. We still figure no big deal, prolly just needs a recharge, a couple hundred dollars. It’ll take time that we don’t have a lot of, but doable, it is a used vehicle after all. Take it to be serviced, turns out the compressor had failed and that’s a $1500 fix. Fast forward a couple days, they can’t fix it as apparently an after market compressor doesn’t exist yet (they tried two that didn’t fit) because the vehicle is so new compressors don’t usually fail.. This means we have to go to a Honda dealership. So we’ve spent $400 on labor, still are driving in a sauna, will have to shell out another $2100 plus tax at a dealership to fix it, and have to find the time to get it to the faraway Honda dealership 🙄Now I don’t think Toyota of Surprise maliciously sold us a vehicle needing thousands of dollars of repairs that they hid the problem on. They take customer service seriously so I doubt they would try to screw someone over to make a couple thousand bucks.That being said their service department checked over the vehicle and said everything was in good working order. They missed a major problem on a major system. This displays a level of incompetence that really isn’t acceptable. So buyer beware, this is NOT where you want your vehicle to be serviced, as they either aren’t thorough or are not competent enough to notice something big wrong.And lesson learned, even when buying a newer car at a very nice dealership, bring your own mechanic and trust nobody.**Some dates for you, we purchased this vehicle Feb 15th, right when the cold spell blew in there was a tidy little blizzard for a week or so. Driving home my husband thought the AC was blowing a little on the warm side but then we hit elevation and turned the heat on, sadly thought nothing of it then, and we were rushing to get back in time for work.. It warmed up enough a little over two weeks later to realize the AC didn’t work. They have a 15 day warranty. At this point we didn’t think it was major, and waited until there was enough time to drive to someone we trusted, as the very short warranty length was over anyways. Couldn’t get our car in the shop until this Monday, and then all the aforementioned drama unfolded.**When we called Toyota of Surprise the service department basically said since it’s outside of the 15 days they won’t do anything.** The Honda dealership says Toyota must have dropped the ball and not checked the compressor. And now we’re up to a $3400 bill from Honda as Toyota also didn’t notice a hole in the condenser leaking frion.**Honda gave us lots of pics, documented stuff, gave us the old parts and thinks we should sue Penske. My husband talked to Penske, they said they’d make us happy, they later said they’d give us $1000 back for AC issues. *10-1-21* update, that check finally came. Still not happy.5-2-21 update: The incompetence continues and possibly more dishonesty. We’re up to having sunk $5000 into a vehicle we paid $16,000 for. We specifically asked when looking at it if it’s timing belt had been changed since that’s an expensive 100,000 mile thing, we were told with the newer Honda’s timing belts no longer needed replaced. Not true. There goes another $1000. Also the transmission fluid is old and needs replaced. Another $400. And we’re moving to a different state only to find out our title never got finished by them and that’s why the lien release has taken two months. *10-1-21* update, it took until July to get the title corrected.

Came in for scheduled oil change appointment about 30 minutes early. Waited about 2.5 hours and decided to take a walk. I saw my car parked off to the side with several others. It has been washed so I figured it was finished with service. It was finished and had been parked there for awhile and nobody had notified me. I walked to the service area and asked about my car. They said I would have to wait for my rep to get back from his break and no one else could check me out so I could leave. I waited another 15 min. and someone did come with the papers ready to check me out. But then my rep showed up and said he would talk care of it. I asked him about having to wait for my car so long. He said he needed his lunch. I asked why I had to wait for him to finish his lunch, and why someone else could not check me out. He gave me a frustrated “I apologize”. We finished and he handed me my car fob. I had to go out to the lot and get my own car.I drove nearly 30 minutes to come to this dealership because of their ratings. I waited almost 2.5 hours for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. My car had been done for some time before this but I had to wait for my rep to finish his lunch. Then had to go and get my own car. Not what I would expect from a dealership with this rating and not what I’ve experienced with other Toyota dealerships.No plans to drive that far again for that kind of service.

Brought our Toyota in for recall work and service department damaged fuel line when putting truck back together. We without truck an additional 4 days and when we went to pickup truck I asked about being compensated for rental truck we had to get. Service assistant Junior Solorio informed me that we got the repair and the recall work free and that’s all he would offer. Worst customer service.

My older Rav 4 2018 was serviced for 3 years by Eric at Surprise repair shop, wonderful experience. So when it came time to purchase a new one, I went to Surprise Toyota, expecting the same treatment. I walk in talk to Joe, know exactly what I want, so happens its on the lot great. Lease done, walkout the door. BUT wait, No manuals in my brand new car, how am I to know the gadgets and how to set them up, isnt sales supposed to help with the set up?? . Call Joe, sorry the Sales manager wont give me ones for a Rav 4 still sitting on the lot and wants to order new ones for my car, funny how mine should have had the original ones in it. 2 weeks later i finally got my manuals FROM the original car that was there, they decided to order books for the car still on the lot!!Now normally when you buy a car you get your new tags for your license plate relatively quick, mine were set to expire July 31,on current car, kept plate but needed tags. I purchased on July 13, plenty of time. NOPE once again I called the finance dept to find out why I still have no tags for my car. I have yet to hear a response, no calls nothing. It is sad that the service department works so hard to maintain cars and develop a repour with the customer, only to have the sales team and finance mess up a good experience. I called ADOT, the car is not even registered yet, it will be my butt that gets the ticket because no tags, because finance cant send in paperwork in a timely matter. Right Toyota in Scottsdale is looking pretty good for future business.

Lat Friday I walked in in dire need of a car as my car had recently been totalled. The people here were friendly and helpful. From the phone call with Shannon, to Samuel assisting me in finding a car and a great deal. To Robert closing the deal. I was pressed for time and they were caring and kind. The service was excellent and it was a quick process. Most dealers have you waiting around for hours. I love that my whole process took only 2 1/2 hrs and I was on my way with a brand new car. A 2017 Toyota Camry with only 6 miles and great deals. Thanks so much for your excellent customer service. You guys ROCK 👏👏👏

I would give no stars if I could.Purchased a used car in mint condition according to the sales person Jeff at time of sale with 73,000 miles on the odometer.Jeff made it apparent that this car wasnt made in large numbers and that it was a rare find and should be priced much higher according to his sales manager than what I bought it for, made promises it would last a few years, made promises this would take me to California and back for my work.They were super fast to take my deposit. Super eager to have me sign documents that so many mistakes were made on the purchase of this vehicle. I made my deposit in May on a Monday, said I needed the car by Friday. They took FOUR days to get the paperwork ready, then on the fifth day told me the car still wouldnt be ready when they told me otherwise.  At this point my job was asking about my car situation.A week later I signed my documents (which Jeff again didnt have me sign all of them when I was supposed too, this caused my tags to come late, my temp registration to come in late and me to get pulled over for not displaying a current plate, this was a 30 day affair, and had to come back multiple times not only for repairs but to sign documents they forgot about.  I live an hour and change (50+miles from the dealer ship).And the best part. All the engine problems the car experienced during the 3000 mile period Ive had it. The fact that their technicians lied about the condition of the cars engine, because now the car is sitting at a Mazda dealership, with a 12,000 dollar bill for a new engine, on a new car I bought and was promised to get me where I needed to go and now it needs a WHOLE ENTIRE ENGINE only 3 weeks after purchase. Not to mentioned I brought the car back in for repair when the check engine light came on, and they told me the car was fine and sent me home. Car broke down again a day later, I lost my job because I couldnt get to work and I had to fix the car myself by changing the spark plugs that the dealership said looked okay.What I dont understand was, a compression check was never done on the vehicle to ensure the engine was in tip top shape and when asked to bring to mazda for a outside inspection we were denied cause we havent purchased the car yet. And this could all have been avoided.This dealer is shady and they false misrepresent used vehicles and their real condition.I will be contacting the BBB, News, posting to social media, and will be hiring a lawyer because contacting this toyota dealership to resolve problems doesnt work, they simply dont care.AVOID AT ALL COST.

Great experience!! Walked in knowing what we wanted and Maddy was at the door to greet us! Explained to her how we had a bad experience while shopping at another dealership earlier that day! Very welcoming and easy going atmosphere. My salesman, Preston, was a true professional and did everything he could to get me the best deal. Only minor criticism was that amount of time it took to get through the titling and paperwork, but that was due to an employee absence. All in all, a great experience and a company I will do business with in the future.

Appointment was made with ease, I called the dealership. Upon arrival our technician was Junior. He seemed in a rush, and put out that we were asking him if our warranty covered the repairsThat we needed. We left and returned several hours later. Repairs were done to our satisfaction. Okay, I absolutely loathe buying cars, I would rather get a root canal then step foot in a car dealership. Toyota of Surprise changed that perception for me - it was an absolutely GREAT experience. I have been to many dealerships where people are just trying to sell you something.This definitely was not one of them. I came in knowing the specific make and model I wanted and the price range I wanted to get it down to. Scott made it happen! No trying to sell me anything else that might “fit” me better nadaScott was great! I went in knowing I needed a hybrid but he showed me everything. I thought it was a class in how to use my car and I hadn’t even bought it. Today 7/19/21 had a service appointment with Junior Solorio and I was absolutely disappointed with the service me and my wife received and with the explanation why by my service agent who happens to be the service manager....We arrived early and promptly for our 1pm appointment greeted politely by a random service agent who advised us our service representative was still at lunch, and as soon as he returned he would contact us and go over what we needed ..... he took our vehicle and moved it forward at the time no other customers were present pretty empty. We proceeded to the lobby and sat down, as time passed it became busier more vehicles showed up and customers were tended too.After waiting 45 min with no intact from our service rep I went back to the original agent who greeted us upon arrival. I asked if anyone was going to contact us it was now 1:30 and our vehicle was still in the same spot, the rep told me my service advisor was seated farther down the hall and to go contact him. As I went to go confront our representative he asked for my name and said ahhh yes I have your paperwork here fumbles through his desk and confirms our appr. I said whats happening I have seen other cars going in and out and ours sits there he then proceeds to tell me “oh your service time is 2 1/2 to 3 hours wait and oh are you waiting for it ? I said yes I instructed when I made the appt that I would wait if it wasnt going to be to long they gave me the appt two weeks prior and confirmed I would be wait for it. At this point I knew he dropped the ball he begins to explain he didnt realize I was waiting well geezzz maybe if you would have interacted with us like should be customary before service begins all this could be avoided. I have no issues with service taking a few hours what gets me is this guy had no appreciation for my time whatsoever he was dismissive and switched the blame to the girls taking the appointment and bad mouthing them ( such great management skills for building team unity )when clearly its his responsibility to interact with customers face to face. His tone and attitude towards a loyal customer you had a previous service with my other car (Supra) that didnt take nearly as long and the agent was so informative and polite. Thats why this was so shocking to me this time around and utterly disappointing. I have two Toyotas that I service there I now question the ability to do that in a professional way. After 3 hours at the dealership the oil change was performed but the problem with my lift gate was ignored when I signed for my paperwork there was no mention of it I had to bring it up and he promptly declared ohhhh no didnt get to it we would need it another couple hours so your telling me my wait time would be 5 + hours and Im expected to wait there for that.... How rude how unprofessional he is ..... when clearly the I Initial advisor told me he was confirming 5k service and check lift gate . Junior Solorio had no intention of even going over that issue. So it didnt end there I forgot to add I had to go to him to advise him my car was sitting out there when it was done yes for 10 min sitting there and he tells me oh I know your in a rush so we didnt check lift gate but no urgency to come get me when my car is done ... horrible educate just plain bad customer service. So when we arrived at the vehicle the service engine warning was still on I had to go back and inquire about it ... was the oil change even done me and my wife thought could it be that bad who knows at this point. I only hope that someone in charge contacts us to explain this type of service and how someone who is supposed to representive of this dealership is so inept and how bad this looks for Toyota as a brand .....

By far, the best car buying process I have ever had. Aside from waiting at the DMV, the car buying process is something I dread. The haggling, the back and forth, the checking with the manager, the up-selling. It’s all enough to make me not want to go to a dealership. My experience at Toyota Surprise was an absolute wonderful experience. I was greeted by one of the managers, Scott G who immediately made me feel comfortable. Scott made it easy for me to consider buying that day and I did. I also worked with Dino who was very professional and helpful as well as Kelly in finance. Everyone was low key, smart, and truly enjoyable plus I got an amazing deal on a new vehicle. I will keep going back and I will continue to share my great experience with those I know.

This should be a brand new review since my original was for the Service Department. I bought a 2020 Tacoma from another Dealer just as the Covid 19 Pandemic was starting up. That was a nightmare! Even though they Claim they were Right, they were very wrong for me, hint hint.Fast forward 1 year almost to the date of buying my awesome truck some yahoo stole it. Then decided to take it through the Arizona Desert, essentially totaling it out. Because of Covid-19 and some other unfortunate turns during 2020 my credit score fell from the mid 700s to 515. This was the pefect recipe for disaster. None of the little mom and pops would even talk to me with out a huge down payment. and Im like what part of rock and a hard place dont you understand. One said yes but the interest rate was going to be 39.9% That was a definite no way.So I decided to give Surprise Toyota a try. I never really thought about going there because they never seem to have anything in stock. I met a Gentleman named Derrick. He had so much energy, zipping around being friendly to all. I told him what was going on and he and Eddie the financial guru went to work. They got Toyota to agree to finance me but unfortunately the amount wasnt enough to get me into a replacement truck YET. I have to give Derrick credit, he tried everything to make it work but Covid-19 won the battle. Had my truck not been stolen I was catching up on everything but it was just at the complete wrong time. He tried his best and I think he was more upset I couldnt get into what I wanted at that moment than I was.In the end I drove out in a used Lexus. a very nice one and a price which shocked me.I truly look forward to going back to them once my credit report is straightened out in a few months and getting the truck I want.I was thoroughly shocked by how hard they worked in getting me in to a vehicle. But Kudos to Derrick and Eddie.Fast and friendly. GO There!
