The people there were amazing. That took me on a minutes notice. My hearing aid was not working because it had wax in the filter. The gentleman cleaned not only the one that needed it, but he cleaned both of them. I just want to say THANK YOU.

I had the best experience at the Surprise Connect Hearing Center. Shayne is really awesome. She took her time with me and gave a thorough exam. She answered my questions and was extremely helpful. I came home with trial hearing aids the same day. I actually did not know what I was hearing. I will tell you up front that we were in Suprise, AZ. to visit family, and now, the rest of the story.I bought my 1st set of hearing aids from Connect Hearing in Oshkosh, WI., and I couldn’t have been happier with both the Phonak hearing aids, and the level of service that I received from that office. Everything, from start to finish, was an experience that you don’t really expect from large companies anymore. However, I was so pleasantly surprised. My 2nd set of hearing aids, due to the fact that now Connect Hearing was 4 hours away, came from a different audiologist. I have again been very happy with the service and level of expertise of the company, as well as my new Phonak hearing aids. Which now brings me to the reason for my review.On our trip to Surprise, one of my domes for my hearing aids tore, and I did not have any spares. I looked on line for all of the usual retailers such as Walmart, Walgreens, and CVS, for replacements with no success. I was lost without them. I finally contacted Eric at Connect Hearing in Surprise to see if they could help. An help they did!!! They not only cleaned and changed the drains in my aids, but they gave me extra domes as spares for the future, ALL AT NO CHARGE!!!!! I was so pleased with this experience, I will probably make the drive to a Connect Hearing office once again, when it is time for replacements aids. I cannot say it enough, it was one of the best outcomes I have ever had to a crunch situation. Well done my friends at Connect Hearing. You have made a believer out of me that great service is still alive in this country. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Drove to Connect Hearing because my Wife was having an issue with one of her hearing aids. We didnt purchase them from Connect hearing! Dr. Shayne Sage came out to our car ( Social Distancing ) and inspected the hearing aid and took both of them into his office. He cleaned them, replace the rubber tips and told my Wife how to maintain them going forward. Very pleasant gentleman, polite, professional. No charge.....No charge! Well to start off, Cindy the receptionist was wonderful! She was very personable and connected right away with my mom & I. Already it was a very pleasant experience for my 94 year old mother who was almost resisting hearing aids, until...she met Dr. Shayne Sage. She was so patient and kind to my mom. She is very professional & knowledgeable, and spent quality time with us explaining the results & the options after she tested her for my moms hearing aids. Feeling no pressure, mom even got to take a trial pair home for two weeks before she made her final decision!Dr. made sure they fit her well & were tuned to match her hearing loss and made sure the buds fit snug in her ears! A wonderful and pleasant experience, where mom on her own, mind you at 94, now knows how to put on & take off her aids and turn them off at night before she puts them in the case before bed! Amazing & I can turn down my T.V. now...thank you Dr. Sage!!!Also...I was so impressed, that I referred my 65 yr. old brother to her, who says he has loud ringing in his ears and his T.V. is also turned up very loud! 🙉 Im confident Dr. Sage can help him too! 🙏👍😉 If there were 10 stars Id click on them all! 🤩

This office is awesome. I am a younger fellow, and I have 3 kids and a wife. I was visiting this office to help me with cleaning my old hearing aids, which were not great at all. They willingly cleaned the hearing aids and the receptionist carried a wonderful conversation with my wife and me. About a week later I crushed my hearing aids. This was terrible because I was low on funds. I went back into this office because of my prior experience and the doctor and receptionist were so nice and helpful with all the information that I needed. I scheduled an appointment and returned a few days later. These ladies conduct their selves so well. They made my family and I feel welcome and apart of their family. I will forever be a patient for this office and it should be awhile because I am in my early 30s. Thank you Dr. Shayne and Cindy.

Drove all the way there from Glendale in a hurry thinking I was going to get wax traps and have my aid sent off to the manufacturer for repair to find out they were going to charge me 50.00 for an office visit and referred me somewhere else. After I came from another office as well. Dr. Sage was nice and lookes up some information for me but her receptionist was unnecessarily curt. Never got the wax traps either. Not my kind of office.
