The attention to customer service and education is what stands out. From the receptionist Anita to the Drs in this office like Dr. Mark you can feel they care about their patients. Ive been going to Soundpoint for 7 years, and the service has always been outstanding. Whether its a routine cleaning or new fitting always great attitude and service.
Great staff, helpful in many ways. Good information on products and informative about what hearing aids are best for me. Also three follow ups per year. Highly recommend.
The women at the desk was delightful & extremely helpful. Please give her a raise. You are lucky to have such an employee.
Had a wonderful experience with SoundPoint in Surprise, AZ. Anita was very helpful with understanding purchasing of hearing aids, supplies and appointments. Mark - Amazingly patience, very knowledgeable about hear aids, what you can expect with your new aids and available options. Anything that he did not know or if you wanted to ask your questions directly he quickly, called and started an interactive video conference live with a doctor. This was awesome, because you could talk directly to an expert on the SPOT. Office visits are very efficient, welcoming and both Anita and Mark go out of their way to assist. Truly, understand customer service and making YOU feel comfortable! I would highly recommend this office - 18747 N. Reems Road, Surprise AZ 85374.
Went to Sound Point Hearing Center with a Starkey hearing aid problem. Came from out of state and Anita repaired the problem, checked and determined it was still under warranty while I waited. I will be using Sound Point in the future.
Excellent customer service. Solved my hearing aid problem.
I have been a very satisfied customer of Soundpoint Hearing in Surprise for many years. Mark Baker, the Hearing Instrument Specialist at this office, has excellent technical skills and a genuine desire to fit the customer with the best product to help them hear better. Mark does not try to “up-sell” the customer to more expensive hearing devices if that is not the best option for them. You can trust his integrity. I also want to offer praise for Anita, the office’s Administrative Assistant. Anita is always friendly and very efficient. She really takes care of the customer by ensuring appointments are set at a time and on a date that works for them. Her phone call reminders of the appointment are helpful and appreciated. Mark and Anita are good people. I am very happy I chose them to help me with my hearing loss.
I brought my hearing aid in for a check up in Surprise near 187th and Reems. The audiologist took them into another office for only a few minutes. I wondered how he could check them so fast and then charge me $100. Since the hearing aid battery died within the hour, I dont think he did anything. My previous Soundpoint in Tucson took much more time cleaning them and replacing the existing batteries. Im not going back here. Probably going to Costco for better service.
ALWAYS SO KIND AND PROMPT.
Oh, I love my hearing aids. After several years I am able to hear again. They are small and you cant see them or tell Im wearing them. Highly recommend SoundPoint Hearing.
I am very pleased with Soundpoint. Mark is very patient and very knowledgeable about the different kinds of aids. I was able to test two different kinds and am very happy with my new pair that can do so much. My favorite is the tv streamer that allows me-to hear tv through my hearing aids. Also hearing phone through them.
Anita and Dr Mark are just great.
Excellent service & attention to detail!
After more than 30 years I have finally found the greatest place to go for all your hearing needs. The staff are friendly, courteous and helpful. They will make you feel confident in your decision to put your trust in them.I have resumed my social life knowing that I feel comfortable in a crowd again. My hearing aid is very impressive since I was told that my hearing was deteriorating and the only choice I would have was a big aid that went behind my ear. Thanks Drew you are a great guy! You will love him as much I do!
Very happy with the personal and thorough professional service for my hearing aids. We spent a few office visits to get the hearing aid settings just right and they were very patient with my picky needs. I would HIGHLY recommend SoundPoint to anyone.
They take good care of their clients!
I am a Canadian snowbird and I was having trouble with my starkey halo hearing aids.Sound point handle that brand, so I booked an appointment for Thursday at 1:30 pm. I arrived 15 minutes early did the paper work and sat for 10 minutes and then was called in the office.I told the technician I though the microphone screens were plugged. He toke them in his hand and made a fist to see if they would screech. They didn’t so he took them in the back room and clean them. Problem fixed. The problem I have is the bill was $60.00 office call and 80:00 text fee for a total of $140.00I left at 1:40 pmI think there pricing is highway robbery
Everyone from the Front Desk and the Manager explaining the program were very professional.
For a first time visit I was very satisfied and and am really hopeful that my hearing aids will be better then what I have now. I really liked Mark and feel he knows his business and Im anxious to get my aids.
Quiet place. Nice staff.
I hada problem with my aid. I went to the office without an appointment & was taken care of right away. That is what I call service. I am very pleased.
It has been a year and a half now that I have had my Starkey aids that I bought at Soundpoint Hearing in Surprise. Having numerous acquaintances that had gone to hearing aids, I was somewhat reluctant to commit, simply for the fact that I wasn’t real impressed with the quality of their hearing with the aids. So, I decided to do my own research, using them as quinea pigs. Although, I had no way of knowing how their hearing was previous to the aids, I could tell which ones appeared to have excellent hearing with them, so I approached them as to what brand they were and where they purchased them. Incidentally, I did approach those who appeared to still not be “catching” everything as to their brands. After reading most of the reviews available out there on the brands in question, and I won’t mention the other brands, because it isn’t necessarily that the other brands were not as good, but it was all about having a knowledgeable person to program them to your hearing deficit, and stick with you until you are happy with the product. It is not magic; you don’t just pop them in and never think about them again; they are a highly technical digital device, that turns audio sound into digital sound, and they take getting used to. Each ear is different and has to be programmed differently. After wearing them awhile, you realize that maybe you might need more mid-tones and less high frequencies, or more low frequencies. Sometimes a different earbud is needed in one because your ear canal is a different size than the other and it may not be transmitting the sound properly. Different modes are programmed, that can be selected with your iPhone or android phone when you are in different venues. If you haven’t yet adjusted to the noise around you, just hit the mute button…I really like that one sometimes. The thing is that the programming technician cannot read your mind, and we are talking about Drew down at Soundpoint. He will never quit on you as long as you can tell him what you think you are not hearing. I had forgotten, over the years, what good hearing sounded like, but thanks to Drew’s perseverance, I can truthfully say that I am very happy with my hearing now, but not getting as many laughs, since I dont come up with all those hilarious rhyming words anymore.
Rheanna is so kind! She cleaned my hearing aids and helped me hear again!
Always very good.
