I just bought my third pair of hearing aids from Dr Grusecki. A family member suggested I could have saved a lot of money going to a well known big box store. Yes, I could have saved on the up front cost. As dad would say, you get want you pay for. Here I’m talking about the whole life of the aids. First, there is the office experience. You are greeted by staff who treat you as long lost friends. You are not waiting hanging on a counter with “the world watching” trying to hear what the sales person is saying. Second comes the big payoff, Dr. Grusecki! She is a Doctor of Audiology not a technician. Her educational training added to her personal values of service make her easy to talk to. In my case, my pulmonologist added oxygen to my treatment plan which means I now have tubing running over the microphones in my hearing aids. The sound is like you’re riding in car with bad wind noise. Dr. Grusecki was able to ask intelligent questions about my health, listen to my overall health goals and change the settings on my hearing aids to help reduce the terrible noise. Next, she asked if I had thought about new new hearing aids? My wife and I had discussed it but with concerns about cost. Dr Grusecki pointed out there were many options with all the improvements in hearing aid technology. She showed me a chart with a variety of brands and models. I chose a middle of the road model that has all the features I want at more than $1,000 less than my current 5 year old hearing aids. She is the kind of person you wish you had as your primary doctor. SHE LISTENS! I give her a full five gold star rating!

Grusecki notified me 1 month before my warranty was up that I might want to schedule to send my aids in for service. Scheduled an appointment and sent them in. They supplied a loaner pair, helped me set up Bluetooth (very important as I use my cell for communicating in my electrical contractor’s business)and was on my way. A couple weeks later received my aids back.My only suggestion is open the office 1 or 2 Saturdays a month( even half days). I am generally working before and after office hours and it’s easier to schedule around the Saturdays I save for emergency calls as well as not limiting hours for my customers.

Was new to area last year and found Grusecki through my Hearing Aid manufacturer.They took care of a warranty repair and gave me a loaner pair in the meantime.I was very happy with the service and recommended them to my parents who recently worked with Dr.Grusecki and the Audiologist Dawn.The office staff is great and the service is the best.

If they came to my home and set up shop, thats how if feels to go to Grusecki Audiology. The entire staff are upbeat, friendly and you dont think you in a medical facility until you Dr. Jamie Grusecki. She knows her stuff and you will be well cared for regardless of your hearing needs.

Dawn Semancik worked patiently with my elderly mom and went above and beyond to make it so she could get her hearing aids in, even though she just has use of one hand. The staff also worked hard to get us in. What a great experience when we thought it was going to be very stressful.
