I had been struggling for over a year, to get the programming in my hearing aids to work as advertised. Yesterday was my first appointment with Ana and after listening to my issues she got it right. No more echoes or tunnel sound. I am so delighted to give her this big shout out. Not not only was she very and friendly but she listened and after a little fine tuning my issues were resolved. Ana is a fantastic lady. We go in to her office frustrated and very devilish. Ana explains every thing to us and teaches us all about our hearing aids. She has the patience of Job. We leave her office with all smiles, calm and angelic. She knows her business and we appreciate all the things that she does for us. She is definitely a keeper.

As a physician Im very picky about where I get Healthcare so when it came time to get my dads hearing checked and his hearing aids I knew despite a long drive that the only place I would trust to go is to Anna Mavris at miracle ear. She really took the time to explain to my parents the details of their exam and what real quality of life consequences are to delaying care. For the first time in his life my dad listened to a medical professional and he was blown away by how knowledgeable Ms. Mavris is and why despite his so called mild hearing decline he should wear hearing aids. Since that time about 4mos ago his life has changed he can hear his granddaughter and seems less grumpy since no one is saying things loud or repetitively to him now that he can hear better. He watches tv using direct to hearing aid technology built into his aids and uses the app to adjust for the environment. He even talks on the phone on his hearing aids! it truly is a miracle to work with Anna Mavris I refer all of my hearing loss patients to her so that they can get a chance to hear better like my dad!

Ana is the best we went in with a problem and came out extremely satisfied. She is one of a kind, she has a great personality and very easy to talk to, she listened to everything we said and made it right. Cant go wrong with her.
