I really like the employees at this location.The manager, Monica, is truly a Gem. She knows a little about every manufacturers line with in this store.If it isnt in her store shell locate it for you at a sister store. Ive been a customer at the Trains store for 20+ years.

The staff is always friendly and helpful, Ashley, Justin, and Monica all welcome me by name every time I go in. They are always willing to answer all my questions and place orders if they dont have what I need on hand. Such a wonderful group of people they gave in there.

This store is without the worst customer service Ive ever received at any store in my entire life on more than 20 occasions because Im a regular shopper there. It seems like the older gal who works there keeps hiring rude, very unhelpful girls. They never tell you about specials even when they ring you up for product. Im actually surprised that this store is still running because they never seem to have product available to purchase thats necessary to be stocking the store. Just horrible. Looks like Ill be shopping online instead.
