I have been going to Jamie for a classic set over the past 8 months and I cannot say enough good things about her work. I always leave feeling very pleased with my lashes. It’s a pleasant bonus that she has such a warm and easy going disposition. The salon as a whole runs smoothly and the ladies who run the front desk are always so incredibly kind and helpful. On the rare occasions when I need to reschedule an appointment the front desk has consistently been quick to help. I also love that there is an option to communicate via text with the front desk. I will and have recommend this lash studio to many of my friends and colleagues 😊

My mom had gotten eyelashes a few times here and she kept getting an allergic reactions even with the sensitive glue so she recently just wanted an eyelash lift since she’s allergic to the lashes/ glue, one of the eyelash techs were insisting for her to get eyelashes, even though my mom already explained she can’t even with the sensitive glue, the eyelash tech just kept insisting and PROMISED my mom she wasn’t going to get an Allergic reaction so then my mom trusted the eyelash techs WORD and she was like alright I’ll get them, and the next day my mom was again going threw the bad allergic reaction so she went to get them removed and they wanted her to pay for the removal even though she didn’t even want to get them for the same reason but since they wanted to insist so much and promise something then I don’t think she has to pay for something she wasnt asking for they were being extremely rude and telling her she couldn’t leave if she doesn’t pay and recording her, I honestly think that’s extremely disrespectful and trying to act like “ oh look she doesn’t want to pay” SHE PAYED 180 for the Lashes for them to get removed the next day, to pay another 30 for someone who had a false promise, do you guys think money falls off of a tree orrrr..since you guys wanted her to get them done so BAD then that was on you guys she should actually get her 180 BACK or at least HALF the money. if she was the one wanting them again then that would’ve been on MY MOM.

South Sound Lashes was highly recommended to me and now I understand why- from the atmosphere and cleanliness of the salon to the expertise of my lash technician/stylist - it was a phenomenal experience. Thank you South Sound Lashes!

I’ve gotten my lashes done for the last several years at a few different places. South Sound Lashes has by far the worst customer service and lashes that don’t last long. I come in for fills every two weeks because they don’t last longer than that (could go a month with other technicians). The lash technician Jordan has been 5 mins late to my appointment almost every time. The one time I’m late, they refused me service. I offered to pay full price for just a 20 minute fill on one eye and the manager refused to let me get a fill because I was 2 mins late. I’ve always been on time before then so the fact that she wouldn’t make an exception for a regular customer is absurd.

LOVE them! Clean place...great customer service and the employees are awesome. Never leave unsatisfied.. everyone compliments my lashes!

If you’re looking to get your lashes done, look no further! This place is truly the best. Upon being cute and cozy inside, the staff is outstanding. Everyone is always so nice and inviting. Each time it feels more like visiting a friend rather than getting my lashes done. This is the only place I will go! Lash apt. Cancelled morning of .Called to find out why, said they reached out for a deposit and got nothing ... No call or text asking for Deposit, scrolled back thru emails and all I have are confirmations for the apt .They even confirmed at 3 pm night before ???Could not fit me in .Awful service and place, will be passing on to girlfriends .

I’m a long time customer of South Sound lashes. Their services are very consistent. They work with my schedule too. Pleasant ladies and they love what they do. My short lashes needed help and I don’t need much makeup to look good since I started wearing extensions.I let my lashes do the talking. I’ve seen nearly everyone at this salon. They are all excellent stylists.

I have fairly thin lashes and I was pretty excited to get my lashes done and hopefully see an improvement. I love how they turned out. I continue to go back and get fills. The ladies are all so sweet and reassuring. I have to say I was a little nervous. Not any more. I love my lashes.

I have to say my first experience was not pleasing. THE POLICY the lash technician proceeded to tell me when I arrived threw me off she said “our appts are just whatever we can get on you in the time slot so whatever we can put on you in a hour and a half that’s it” I personally think there’s several things wrong with that logic considering the website LITERALLY has the prices for classic lashes and refills. Which made me to believe I was getting a full set of classics, and would only have to come back every so often for refills. I was being a little fidgety because I’m rusty it’s been a long time the technician gets frustrated and asks “do you want to just finish it early??” The comment just made me uncomfortable especially knowing there’s another customer right next to me. Bottom line I do not plan on going back there’s always better businesses that treat customers to a welcoming environment and have respect. My lashes did come out good tho. But service definitely left me unimpressed.

I just got my eyelashes done there for the first time last week. I saw Jessica. I got the level 3, natural lash. She did an excellent job. Every thing was clean, ran smoothly and I was very pleased with my experience. I was glad I purchased the eyelash wash as it has helped keep them cleaner. Will return, and recommend to friends.

This was my first lash extension experience and they have set a standard for me! I see Melissa C and she blew me away! They were so gorgeous. Made me feel so confident! Even my husband noticed. The salon is very accommodating!!! It was late at night so I decided to text so I didn’t disturb anyone, I asked about availability and they messaged first thing in the morning with an appointment available the NEXT day! Every time I text to make a schedule change they are so helpful and get me in when I need it. I’m so sad IM moving away because I’m scared I won’t find this amazing service anywhere else. If you are looking for amazing lashes and services with great pricing you will find that at lush lashes!

I am a first timer and got the classic by Michelle and the whole process was relaxing and easy. Michelle offered great banter and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. She did exactly what I wanted and I will be back. The lashes themselves are still full even after getting pepper sprayed (work -related reason) so 5 stars for the lashes alone.

Amazing experience, I had scheduled for my first time lash extension appointment ever. Unfortunately when I arrive they couldn’t find my appointment, but the lady called the owner and she came in to apply my extensions because I was catching a plane first thing in the morning to Vegas to get married. They came out amazing better than I could have hoped for. The experience was very relaxing. I honestly couldn’t believe the amazing customer service I received from Kia. I couldn’t thank her enough for making me feel comfortable, and calm. I honestly thought I was completely out of luck and just wasn’t going to have my extensions for the wedding. Absolutely amazing people!

Fabulous experience! They do an very good job of explaining proper maintenance of your lashes and make sure you are comfortable throughout the application. Kaylee listened when I told her what I wanted but made sure it wasn’t going to be too much for my natural lashes. I would absolutely recommend Lush Lashes.

Great experience. I had my lashes tinted and curled for a wedding. They were very patient with me as I have a hard time with anyone near my eyes. They were gentle and never acted irritated with me. My lashes looked great.

I had my lashes done for a wedding I was attending. The experience was excellent. The application process was very relaxing and the time flew by. The results exceeded my expectations. The lashes looked so natural and enhanced my eyes. My natural lashes are VERY short and they explained the length that my short lashes would support. I was so happy with the results. These ladies definitely know what they are doing and are very professional. I have seen women who have lash extensions that are too thick or too long and look fake. Lush Lashes create beautiful natural lashes that enhance without being obvious extentions. I am so glad I had my lashes done here.

Im SO happy I gave eyelash extensions another chance. After an awful experience elsewhere, I came to Lush Lashes after reading a lot of reviews. Shelby did amazing. I have a lot of missing and damaged lashes from the previous lash set being applied wrong, and she did a great job at explaining what she could do for me without risking further damage. Im completely satisfied with my results and will be coming here for a long time.They also have a lot of really cute jewelry/accessories/clothing that you can purchase in the lobby area.

Wow! I saw Kia when she was working from home. It always bothered me that I was made to lay my head down on the furry table/pillow covered with God knows what other clients had left behind. Never did I see medical grade pillow protectors in place! These people are working with eyes. One day I’d come and she was preparing for her upcoming wedding communicating with her roommate about a Life Center event that night with the now ex husband. When it was time to begin my appointment she neither washed her hands nor gelled. When I asked her to gel she became palpably offended and the entire appointment was uncomfortable. The last straw for me was when, as she was actively working on my eyes, her roomie offered her a donut, she joyfully accepted it, and took a bite from it as she did my lashes. That was it. I hopped off that disgusting table and paid her nothing!I know she now has a salon, but ladies, make sure their hands are as clean as they can be. Her location has changed, but behavior rarely does!

I cant recommend this place enough! Ive had my lashes done at 2 other places and they were not done well at all. Lucky I found Lush Lashes and they were able to remove the previously clumped together mess of lashes I had and replace them with beautiful, better quality ones.Ive been getting my lashes done here for a few months and I couldnt be happier with them. Amy usually does my fills and she always makes them look perfect. Ive had several other ladies here fill them as well and they have all done an amazing job.I love this place! ♡

Ive been doing my lashes with these girls for 2 months and I love them. The girls do awesome work and I love talking to Mischell and Melissa when Im paying. They work with my crazy schedule due to a military husband and my being a stay at home mom. One thing Im not too happy about is my left eyelashes fell out, and my right side is still okay. Not their fault at all. Other than that, I love them Highly recommended.

Extremely disappointed with service I received. Ive been to Lush Lashes before and had a good experience and my lashes lasted over 2 weeks before I needed a fill. When I came back last week there was all new staff and my full set did not even make it ONE week. When I reached out to the company and expressed my disappointment I was advised to make another paid appointment and that I could have been the cause for why they did not last even a week. I get it, if youre rough on your lashes they will not last but I know I wasnt completely at fault for every single lash to not last even 1 week. This service is not cheap and for the company to just push me aside and not make it right is extremely disappointing.

I see Shelby she so talented and constinstant every time with the best lashes around and I get compliments all the time. You feel warm and very welcomed from the minute you walk in the door and the easy convience about being able to text to get my next app or change is so awesome! I have also seen a couple girls here and would say this salon constantly putting the best lashes in town with every one of there girls! I would highly recommend this place to every one!!! The work is great but in the 3 years Ive been coming here, there has been significant turnover. None of the original staff remain. Ive had to change persons 3 times and was just notified today that my current girl is leaving. Appointments are very tough to get outside of normal work hours, fill up far in advance and cancellations less then 48 hours are charged a fee. I really like this place as its close to my home but these are serous negatives for me. They have recently expanded and hired more staff but, with competition what it is, I may have to move on. As dinner who works full time, commutes and goes to school full time, I need to be able to count on consistency.

This place is an absolute gem!!! I just recently moved here from the East coast and Ive been getting my eyelashes done now for about a year and a half. I was very nervous to find a new artist. Im always worried that if I go to the wrong person, I might lose my lashes. Lush Lashes is a god send! My post might be a bit long, but I feel its necessary in order to convey my true satisfaction with the service. Upon entering the shop, everything is incredibly CLEAN and COZY. I enjoyed the atmosphere a lot and the women that work there are very nice. I had my old lashes removed (which was a first). As nervous as I was, it was completely painless and it was done with a gel that easily broke down the bonds and wiped away my old lashes. I got the moment to check out my natural lashes and I must say I was relieved to see them very full and very much still there! lol Next came the process of choosing my lashes. This was a first for me. My artist Constance was very knowledgeable and sweet:) We picked a unique look just for me and apparently there are about a million different type of lash widths and lengths!! After professional consultation, we settled on a fit for me and next came the application process. Now keep in mind I had a FULL SET done. Which take some time...I was not expecting 2 + hours. My artist truly dedicated a lot of time to making sure she applied lashes to each and every one of my individual lashes! I felt very comfortable and SAFE in her hands. She told me I had about 80-90 lashes per eye??? I did feel like I could trust her with my eyes and honestly..between the heated massage table and plush neck pillow...I dozed in and out of sleep through most of it. The end product was something AMAZING! I got up, checked out my eyes and couldnt believe it!! Ive never had such natural and stunning looking lashes...I felt like I could blink and fly away with these killer lashes! They look very very real and because we custom fit the lashes to my eyes...they felt weightless, I can not even feel them. Constance cares about the quality of her work and I was blown away with her attention to detail and patience. She is very talented and a great representative of Lush Lashes! My experience with her gave a great reflection of this place. I took a handful of business cards and I already need more to hand out. All my girlfriends are very jealous and I must admit...I am a little more generous with those flirty winks ;)!! Thank you Lush Lashes!!

Literally the biggest rip off! They completely disregarded what I asked for! Gave me baby lashes then charged me $230 for them! The manager or owner saw that I was disappointed and tried to justify it and say if I come back to fix it in 2 weeks they will give me classsics to give me the length I wanted! I was cool and calm about my disappointment. Even left a tip. Thinking it could work. They don’t listen to anything you want. And now they are falling out in an alarming rate that I had to get them removed. So not only did I get eyelashes I could have achieved with $2 mascara they aren’t even staying in! I will never return and tell everyone I know to stay away. Please talk and treat your customers with some respect. Sorry you don’t listen to your customer’s wishes. You don’t need to clap back at your reviews. Just do better.
