I was a walk in, receptionist was nice. I told her what I wanted and a lady named Grace said that she could do my hair in a couple of hours. I was told it would be 200 for a balayage and 45 for a hair cut which I decided I didnt want one. So they had my number and called me an hour early which, I was pretty excited about.Background story... My hair was all natural, no hair dye what so ever and took me 2 years to make it that way.Her brushing was kind of rough which wasnt to big of a deal. I said I wanted a balayage with icy blonde and added some plum purple into the mix. She convinced me that I should just get blonde. Then I showed her another picture of a blonde balayage that I wanted. She said something about highlights, I could hardly understand what she was saying to me most of the time. But I showed her the picture and explained what I wanted..What I got is nothing like what I wanted. Not to mention she had me pay before she was even done because the recseptionist was leaving which all came up to $267 and some odd change plus I gave her a tip because she had worked so long on my hair but I did not want to be rude, and the store was already closing. Basically when I got home it looked like chunky highlights on the top of my head and my whole bottom hair turned out blonde which is not what I wanted at all. The last 2 photos are what I showed her. Also not to mention their were multiple different shades of blondes in my hair, which should not have happened on my hair that had no dye in it to begin with.

First time I went here. The rebooked me with someone I didn’t originally book with. She did an ok job at best. When I went home there were many hairs on the back of my neck that were completely missed. I decided to give this place one last try and they waited till I showed up to my appointment to tell me that she wouldn’t be in today. I had booked a week in advance. Then I rescheduled for same day at a later time. 30 minutes later they called and said they wouldn’t be in either. This place is awful and I do not recommend. Very poor professionalism.

Svetlana was wonderful! I went in to get some highlights. She listened to my vision and suggesting a flattering style to really make the colors pop!She went over the costs with me before she began to make sure I knew what was likely going to be the price.She made it better than I imagined!It was great working with her. I cant wait to try out some summer colors with her!She suggested to call and book a (free, 15 minute) consultation ahead of wanting a color, especially if you want a vivid color, to get the best results.

I was just here and got one of the best haircuts Ive had in a long time 100% reccomend

My appointment was at 2:45. I was waiting until 3:15 which is 30 mins after my appointment. I asked the front around what time she was going to be done. She said she was just cleaning her station and that was around.I would not recommend this place. Not friendly or professional. No one called me after I left the stylist was Victoria, thats really to bad. I was excited for this appointment.

My hair was 250 dollars for this mess... they refused a refund after a week of the supervisor not calling me back. I am disgusted that they refuse to acknowledge a horrible hair job. Don’t go there!!!!!

The lady that did my hair was very professional and she did an excellent job.

I went in asking for copper red and came out with my original dark hair with streaks of caramel, thick obvious streaks which is not my style at all, I prefer more gradual natural looking. It cost a little under $200. I called back about a week later and spoke to the manager, telling her of the issue and she was very rude and never called back despite saying she would. The mess up on my hair isn’t that huge of a deal, I’ll probably let it grow out or get it done at a better salon, but the manager here should be replaced by someone who knows how to deal with people. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Should have went to Gene Juarez, lesson learned.

I went in with a picture and instructions of what I want done. I ended up with not only something that was not what i asked for, but also completely uneven on one side. Would not recommend

This was a pretty good experience. I had a very nice hair stylist who was very helpful and patient. I dont normally get my hair treated do she walked me through the options and helped me figure out what would be best. She was also very attentive, offered me coffee, gave lots of helpful tips, and applied every discount possible to make it more affordable so I could come more often. I really appreciated all her hard work.

I got so mad at the employee here. My daughter was buying a purse and other items. We were followed so close. Even walking out the checked to make sure we didnt beeped. We put purse on counter and still had to wait for security to say we could buy. Three people came to try to help the cashier. I gave my phone number but couldnt remember home or cell and they still rude. Ill never shop here again and I will tell everyone I know how they act.

I came to this place a couple weeks ago, the service was okay but it was terrible I asked for a balayage a couple days later my hair was so damaged not blended and did not look like a balayage at all and the girl did a terrible job on it and it was pricey too, if you want a balayage I suggest you go to a different salon.

Was an awful introduction and embarrassing as a fellow stylist to walk in here. I wanted a quick trim on the top (I have short hair). I was greeted warmly by someone at the desk to then be told by another girl SITTING AT THE DESK ON HER PHONE that she doesnt do short hair.You went to beauty school, you were trained to do it. She was rude and they tried to push me to a master stylist.Ill never come back

I have been here THREE TIMES! I gave this salon many opportunities with different stylist and all of them ruined my hair.... I have asked for one thing and gotten the complete opposite every single time.Not only that but they have an attitude that is not welcoming. The store is great, the salon is NOT.Pleaseeeeee don’t ruin your hair.... I am in tears because my hair yet again has been ruined..

Dont come over here for haircut ever!!!!!!!One star is too good for this place!!!!!I dont even remember her name. She is ruined my hair with her amateur cut. Im so disappointed.She wasnt let me face the mirror and cut my hair while it still wet. Im in shocked and couldnt even complain my situation. I have this bad hair day on my birthday its kill all my confidence and I have to find new place to fix this $40 haircut and shameless lady that asked for tips.

BEWARE ANYONE UNDER 70 YEARS OLD! The worst customer service I have ever received in the 40 years of going to salons. I was left in the chair while the manager talked to the stylist. What was the manager thinking? Leaving a customer waiting while she made what ever point she made. Shame. I go to a salon to get a little pampering. This is not the place. I think the only women who still go here are over 70 so if you are looking for a professionally run place this is not it.

Nothing, i could not even get an answer about how much a haircut or a partial foil is. Matter of fact, they put me on hold and then another person got on and we went through the same questions. I guess, they dont want any business. I will not go there, if they cant even answer questions.
