It was my first time ever going to this beauty supply after hearing they were under new management I didn’t have a good experience with the previous owner but i’m glad I went in there and got a chance to see how the new management was going, they had a lot of new options and everyone there was so nice and so helpful and i’m glad to see a woman of color working there as well she gave me great advice and i’ll most certainly will be visiting again!

The store was unaccommodating to all nationalities, and the store clerk was pushy uninformed about products even when voicing concerns multiple times and would not show other products.

First off, I had been going there for years. Now I dont know about their staff. No one of color and the usual follow you around the store. So I changed my mind about something that I was going to buy. As I walked out the door,the lady asked me what I had in my pocket. I said my credit card. I am very disappointed 😞. I will not be shopping there anymore.

It was okay. The staff there are not much fun. They dont speak much English so you cant get your questions answered. They seem to not know about the products they sell. They speak language from other countries with each other when you are in the store, so you feel very excluded. I bought an item I had studied up on prior to go to the store but was unable to make other purchases I wanted to make due to lack of communication. They watch you like a hawk while you are in there, so you feel like they think you are going to shoplift something. They really should have at least one English speaking staff person durung their open hours. I patronize the store about once every year. Its Always the same. Just disappointing. 😞

Ran into the store to pick up a few things. Noticed a customer with no masks, no shoes and a dirty wig on, using the brushes and putting them back. The worker asked the customer if he could help her find something BUT did not say or do anything about the shoes, masks or using the brushes.

The people at this store are so nice they helped me get exactly what i needed and i was on my way and prices are great. danyell is a great employee

This is a ethnic hair store located in the heart of Tacoma. They have many different products for all types of hair and styles. A lot of the products they carry you cannot just find in your local grocery store so if you are looking for something specific this is a very good place to go. The staff isnt so friendly and warm but they dont make you feel unwelcome. I have been coming to this beauty supply store for over 10 years now and Ive never had a problem.

They are reasonably priced. They dont have everything tho just what youd expect from a small hair supply store. Customer service could be better.

The owner Ive known for many years, she is very helpful to me as a stylist when Im looking for certain hair products if she doesnt have it shell try to accommodate, and that is really appreciated.

Was looking for toner. The lady was very unfriendly and didnt even come from behind the counter to help. In the end we couldnt find it and she just shrugged us of with i dont know and she looked away and ignored us after that

If you want someone to treat you like you are lower than dirt. Go to Western Beauty Supply. They hurry and take your money so you can get out of their store. Theyre very rude and nasty. They treat black people like they are beneath them. I will not go back there.

Good place to buy all of your beauty and hair supplies surprisingly has quite a few items for men as well

The lady is rude and refuses to acknowledge customers even if you speak to her she will not. They follow you around the entire time and they have a poor cheap selection of items. Do not support a business who will not acknowledge you go elsewhere.

They have wigs and mainly specialize in hair products. Its the only place so far that i know of that sells adore hair dye

This place is way over priced and has not that great of quality of stuff. Hair selection was ok but, prices were not reasonable. I could see how it would be ok for buying hair clips for kids and a hair cream but thats it.

Worst service. Worst treatment. Right before coming out transgender full time, I tried to buy a wig and the owner was constantly pointing out that the wig was for a woman, and I kept saying I know. He was mean and rude. I never shopped there again.

I bought a two wigs I really Dont wear them all the time so I decided to wear one open the package this wig was used told back they I sorry no no rude as hell.On the hill no no no not exceped. So I will be going back with the police Thank you.

Horrid service very rude . I was Hung up on 3 times once was the woman saying shes with a customer then click so I waited 10mn later said hold on an click then waited 15 mn an tried again to ask a question an said someone just came in mid way threw question an click so I drove there yet again rude short an not informative an almost everything trying to just shove product down my throat distracting every time I asked a question!
