I bought a truck (dodge ram 1500) the a/c was giving me issues and the rear end was making a noise in reverse. Took it to them 3x for the ac and was told the rear end was fine...well 6 months later what locks up?? Quick to get you in a car...and slack when it comes to issues...nice to see all the complaints arent just me...

Terrible customer service.my husband has bought two vehicles with ABC Auto paid off one and was working on the second one when we had a tragedy in the family had to leave Florida we sold what we could and left the rest of our lives in our apartment and had to leave we are homeless and my husband just started a job he hasnt had a job since December we are doing our best to try and come up with money weve been in touch with ABC Auto I have talked to Heidi I have talked to Bridget I have talked to Michael I have emails to prove that my payments were supposed to be monthly but they kept saying they were bi-weekly and kept charging us more and more money for being late when we were not late we had an agreement to pay our payment on the last day of the month I am disabled I get a check once a month and we havent had a check since December we still my husband still hasnt received a check but at least he had a job and he has a job now but they didnt care about that Im disabled I have a lot of doctors appointments I have a lot of issues not sure how Im going to make it there I also had to pay $50 to receive my own personal property out of my vehicle and had to drive a half hour from where I am trying to borrow car borrow the money because we dont have any money to get our personal items which included my mothers wedding pictures the tow company was not going to release the in for the personal items to me because Im not the registered owner and my husband is in class right now at a prison and cant miss work so thank goodness for Joanne at ABC Auto shes the only good thing about ABC Auto she immediately emailed the tow company to release the stuff to me so I give her kudos I think her from the bottom of my heart for being a human and having compassion but everybody else terrible terrible terrible and I will be going to the better business bureau about ABC Auto also thank you have a good day

I have gotten 2 vehicles from abc the first car I have paid off and I actually traded it in Nov of 2019 for a down payment on another vehicle everything has been fine but i got a flat tire and went to get the spare and the carlot in wimauma never put the Jack or the parts to get the spare down. So I contacted the main branch and was told I would get A call back never got a call back so I called and they tell me I need to bring it to the main branch I told the gentleman I dont feel safe driving bc its not the right tire and Im not spending almost $200 on a tire when i have one already i just cant get it from under my truck so I asked if they could send it to the wimauma shop and can get it from there and said he couldnt do that. Im paying almost $18000 for this vehicle this is ridiculous i will NEVER get another vehicle again from here

Worst place to get a car. We got a car here called two days later and told them there was something wrong with it. Went back in less then a week later to handle something with them and tell them the car was messed up to see if there was something could be been. To be told call the service center set up an appointment and pay $35 to get it checked out. As we left the lot a few blocks away about to get on the highway the car break down on us almost causing us to crash. The tier rod end broke or was missing on the car which was told to us. The manager on hand at the time didn’t care asked was the car checked out his response was we can’t control when a car breaks down. They don’t inspect there cars before selling them because if they did that would have been picked up and fixed. They fixed one side and now the other side is having the same problem. They don’t care here please shop some where else for your car. Plus they over price cars here.

My friend got her car from here. She gives me rides home every nighy from work. She just alerted me that she was told there is nothing wrong with her car.....I literally thought I was going to die getting into 275 from Busch blvd because the car wouldnt accelerate properly. And pretty sure she has a motor mount out cause when shes at a stop u can hear the vibration.

Well they sold me a vehicle which lasted 3 months and needed a new engine turns out. Then when I took the vehicle back they tried saying they didnt receive the vehicle until 6 months later with it setting on the sales parking lot the whole time and sent in a false debt report trying to say I owe 6 grand. Called them over the years to fix it and they proved that they are crooks and will screw over anyone.

I took my mom to ABC Auto to purchase a car. The car was a 2004 Saturn Ion priced at 7,000. The Kelly Blue Book is $4,345. After 3 weeks she needed a new radiator. They fixed with no problem. Two weeks later she began to have problems with the ignition switch. A month later an electrical problem. When you turn on either turn signal the emergency flashers would come on. My moms payments were $350 a month with a $1000.00 down. Later as I looked over my mothers paperwork the total that was written was $13,000. A TOTAL RIP OFF. DO NOT SHOP THERE! THATS WHY THEY ONLY HAVE 3 REVIEWS THAT WAS PROBABLY POSTED BY THEIR STAFF.

Ok let me start off by saying I love this place the dealership is awesome there mechanic side is amazing this is not the average by here pay here lot I am always nervous buying any used car maybe its because I am a manager of quick lube business, and I have seen some horrible things people have gotten there selves stuck with when buying a used car but at ABC I have never had a better experience Felipe was amazing Mike the sales manager is wonderful Conner is a trip. They care about you and your needs what you can afford is as important to them as it is you, thats hard to come by in the used car industry! So now that rant is over here is some proof I went in to buy a car my old Taurus was barely alive I took it over to ABC got a 2011 Ford Fusion the car had some issues that we addressed usually when you buy a used car your stuck good and bad. Well not at ABC the hub bearings were bad on the new ford brought it over to ABCs mechanic shop and they took care of it. Now I will tell you I am in the car industry so I know how much things can cost and hub bearings maybe a little inexpensive but the labor on that can empty your pockets. This was the best experience I have ever had buying a car. Thank You Guys you are one in a million in the used car market!!!!!

**Update now their mechanics are saying there is nothing wrong with my car, Im the one that drives it everywheres and know there is issues, Ive had ppl in the car with me that have witness the issues. I honestly beleive they just want to wait for the warranty to expire so they are not liable to fix it.So many issues for paying close to double the price for a 2012 Nissan versa that was already at their shop once ( wasted close to 5 hours of my time).... vibration issues...transmission issues...ac motor issues... wiperblade motor issues.....exhaust issues.... these cars are not certified preowned. I got a 3 yr old and a 6 year old and I do not feel comfortable with them being in this car. Ill update my review as my issues are addressed by management

Well, I will only tell you to buy a car with my wife after 10 days. It was ruined on December 30, they went to pick it up on January 6 and 26 days ago and nothing to fix and pay the monthly payment and no information about what happens with the car
