I had a five star review that I had to edit and switch to one star. I have been a Lexus owner, and going to this Lexus, for about 6 years. When Bob was the service manager, he was AWESOME, sparking me to leave a five star review. Now, the service department has gone SO downhill. Communication is poor and there is a lack of professionalism. I dropped my car off and a WEEK later, I had to say hello? can I have an update?! I had to do that weekly instead of getting provided updates. When I did get an update in response to my request for one, it was hours later and incomplete. When I finally got the car back after a month, only 3 of the 4 things I requested be done were done. Because I went so long without my car, I said, Forget it. Just give me the car. This is not the first incident that I was very displeased with, but this incident was so frustrating that it prompted me to come change my review.

Disappointed. Service is not what it used to be. My appointment was at 4pm I arrived at 3:55pm they were not busy and I still waited for about 15 minutes for advisor to show up. I was staying in the middle on the bay as nobody really approached me or asked me if I needed help. I was there for 55k service but they tried to sell me on a lot of additional unnecessary services that Lexus manual does not even mention. I question it and end up doing what I wanted but it is disappointing that they tried to charge me double of what was necessary. The waiting area is outdated and had an old carpet smell. At the end they tried to sell me on couple of additional services that again I did not need. I used Toyota service center last time for my 50k service and had a much better customer experience and much cheaper so I will be going to Toyota service center moving forward. I used to enjoy going to Lexus service centers but not anymore

I just recently bought a car from them (maybe 45 days ago) and already I am coming out of pocket for repair. My check engine light came on THE VERY SAME DAY, and now my battery needs replaced. (They said the Florida sun damaged my battery) This does not include what it will cost to repair whatever is wrong with my car once they figure that out. I am HIGHLY unsatisfied with my service. I bought this car off the strength that Lexus took good care of their customers, plus I was referred. I have received NO accommodation for getting this car repaired...a car they sold me only a month ago! I called twice over the past couple days and left my number for the store manager and have yet to get a call back.My salesperson, Edward Isin, told me that there was absolutely nothing wrong with this car and that it had passed a full inspection. Well, if there is nothing wrong with this car then WHY am I not driving it, and why am I now coming out of pocket to pay for repairs after a month? And WHY did my check engine light come on the very same day? I have texts from Mr Isin hounding and coaching me to tell the bank that there was nothing wrong with my car and that they would fix whatever is wrong with my car if I bring it in. The WORST mistake I have ever made. Lastly, I need for anyone reading this to understand, I do not EVER leave reviews like this. On top of that, I did not want to leave this review for Lexus, specifically, because my family has ALWAYS had great experience (for the past 15 years) with Lexus (Lexus of Orlando, specifically), but this particular dealership has sold me a car that after a month I CANNOT EVEN DRIVE. And I am paying for it ALL!!!!!!!$415 paid as of today just for the tow and battery so they can start the car, and I still dont know what else is wrong with my car nor how much this is all going to cost in the end. Lets wait and find out.............stay tuned, to be continued......
Just bought my first lexus and I really was impressed with customer service in service department!
Really surprised at a hi-line dealership service center.Someone(management)asleep at the wheel.came in at 730am, sat and waited for 10 min with no acknowledgement, when we finally hailed someone, he was dazed and confused and kept saying he didnt know, but hed get someone to help, he never did..We hailed a young lady and almost identical behavior, she said i dont know too.We were getting 4 new tires mounted and balanced, and it was the most frustrating experience for a simple service.Kind of scary if we needed real service, Even the service guy LA was not very engaging..Someone in management is not engaged..Very dissapointed customer

There was curb damage to my tires (ended up with a flat) and a couple other issues came up once they did the alignment and found the car wasn’t running properly.. Khristina was my service advisor and she did an amazing job at handling my case. She was extremely attentive and professional. Car issues can be stressful but she made the process so smooth and stress-free! I’m beyond thankful for all her help and I give this business 5 stars ALL DAY! thank you again Khristina! You are a life saver!
Horrible car washers!!!! They don’t change the rags outs and left so much filth from the rags and dirty inside my car! I wanted to cry! Unbelievable!!! Armor all spots all over my car!!!
I would highly recommend going to see Steve Blank if you are interested in purchasing a vehicle. We called ahead, and he had the truck we were interested in test driving ready to go when we arrived. He worked with us on a trade-in for our current vehicle and was able to negotiate to an agreeable price. Steve was efficient and not the least bit pushy. He even impressed my husband who is pretty hard to please. We will definitely be repeat customers.

Wonderful experience. Diego and the sales manager Jackson were so kind and helpful while making my purchase. The finance guy was awesome too he had great conversation with my dad. We kept them so late and past closing but I never felt rushed. I would recommend them to anyone.

Poor customer service . I have been a customer for many years .it’s unfortunate to see how the service has significantly deteriorated . Very rude unprofessional advisors . Did not wash car as they used to do in the past .just I didn’t feel they appreciate your business . Not the same service I expected from a Lexus dealership . I will try a different dealership for my next service

Poor customer service in the parts department. They showed lack of customer care and poor communication amongst dept. I called ahead for a specific part for my vehicle. Spoke to an employee on the phone explaining my situation and was told I they could take care of it. I drove from out of town for the appointment, got to the dealership and was then told they didnt have the part I had requested. Took the dealership 2 weeks to get the part and during that time I received no update as to when the part would arrive only that they would call me when it gets to their store.
Just not cool how once they sell you the vehicle they no longer care for you or keep promises well. even if they agreed and signed to something. They literally thought they could play me and tried telling me they performed a repair that took them 5 days with my car and would NOT even give us a loaner knowing we had work to go to. Several days later and many uber expenses later I had to call for an update only to findout my car has BEEN completed and that I could get it anytime. So unprofessional. So I go and look at the vehicle and its in the exact same condition I brought it in. They NEVER TOUCHED IT. So unprofessional. And this is from the boss of all salesman. Unreal. Never ever again! BECAREFUL PEOPLE.
I had the best experience I have ever had buying a car. Bernardo Román took care of me and listened to what I wanted. He was professional provided valuable information, he did not make me feel rushed for a decision and followed through until we closed the deal and I am sooo happy with my car! I also want to say that the a financial officer PJ was also excellent . He is knowledgeable and despite the fact that my credit was not the best he worked until he found me financing. I trust this guys so much I took my daughter to get a car there. My husband also is going to see Bernardo to get a car!

Called ahead to ensure car was ready to test drive. We drove an hour to get there. Salesman we were working with dumped us on someone else when we got there. They looked for the car for 20 minutes. Found it - tucked out of the way next to to a building; mechanic has the keys wherever he is. I won’t be back and would not recommend them to anyone.
First bad experience in this service department, from the moment I arrived no body at the DT waited for someone to come and asked what I needed and which service advisor I work with, I said anybody that I needed just oil change and my time was limited, the guy left and didn’t come back for about 10 minutes and didn’t say anything so I went into him and ask if I can get an advisor so he went inside and in about 2 minutes someone came out. I asked for an oil change and shuttle service so i signed the auth form and went inside the lounge and waited for about 5 minutes someone came and took Drive me to my office; the worst part was that in waited all day for a call to go back and get my car but this never happened around 5:30p I decided to call and ask for my car and of course it was ready. When I arrived to pick up the car only couple people in the service department left I waited about 19 minutes and had to ask for assistance since no one greeted me, then a guy just asked me to sign a form and ask me to give them a good review if I get a survey, no one reviewed the service report or gave me any info, I went out and my car was in the DT but they didn’t clean it, so I took it the next day to a car wash. When I read the report I noticed I need some break work and definitely will not take it here.

Regarding appointment for my Lexus after spending 3 hours waiting for 2 rear tires change and a oil change, absolutely furious with the results. Rims are scratched up from the tires changes out, completely ruined. Every time I go here they always move my seat also.

SCAM!! DIRTY Business Practices!!!!! his place will try and sell you a 7 year old nissan with 50,000 miles on it for 34,000 dollars. They dont negotiate price AT ALL.. they say they mark down there price of the car but what they dont tell you is they make up for it by give you significantly LESS for your trade in. In addition they tack on 2,000 dollars for various fees, scammy fees like filing fees!!! LOL. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! take your hard earned money somewhere else!
